Very pleased with RAH enjoy going swimming most Wednesdays. Enjoy meeting the other clients for fish and chips once a month. Always treated with kindness and respect.

The carer has been caring for my mother-in-law for 7 months now and has built up a good close bond with both inlaws. She helps her to function on a daily basis, and has been invaluable at times especially when my mother-in-law was unwell. They enjoy going to tea with the carer. We are planning to increase
the hours as she is so helpful.

The carers looking after my mum have been wonderful. She has been looking forward to their every visit. They are all kind, caring and polite. Lovely to the whole family. When there was a decline in mum's health the management arranged for extra visits. We are all grateful for support received.

Over many years, Right at Home has provided care of the highest standard for our friend. The management team is very responsive and proactive, they have in discussion with us adapted our friend's care as he has aged and declined. They have been ready to suggest solutions and guide us through the likely
trajectory of his decline. This is especially true in the last few months and working with the current team. We have now moved to palliative live-in care, supported by visiting carers, district nurses and the community palliative care team. This new and complex system was set up with total professionalism by the management. The actual delivery of live in care has been exemplary, professional, proactive and compassionate.
Throughout, the carers have treated our friend with dignity and warmth, despite all the changing circumstances they have encountered.

My wife and I have been delighted by the care we have received from Right at Home Loughton. After two years we have always found them friendly and professional. My wife has MS and has been treated in a friendly and caring way, and any concerns and queries have been addressed quickly and efficiently.
The
management have overseen the care well, and the carers themselves have supported my wife so well she sees them as friends that cheer up her day. Can't ask more than that.

I was very pleased with all the carers. They not only took excellent care of my aunt but were also very friendly and caring towards my husband and me. They often made us all laugh which helped a lot. The app was very useful, keeping us well informed and there was always a close liaison at a senior level.
I would recommend them to neighbours and friends in the future.

Since Right at Home started caring for my wife we have had nothing but positive experiences and she has felt very comfortable. A particular staff member has been incredible at setting up the care package and has kept very much on top of everything to make sure we are happy and my wife is getting all
she needs. The care team that visits my wife daily are very professional, competent and very caring and we are extremely grateful to them all.

Right at Home came to our rescue when the palliative care we believed we already had in place failed our lovely mum. Within a matter of hours a staff member had visited our mum at home and arranged for carers to attend that evening. My sister and I were so relieved as it was our mum's wish to be at
home when she passed. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your speedy response and the kindness to which you dealt with our mum and us. Service worth its weight in gold. Would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you.

Mum has been receiving care from Right at Home since January 2024, the care given has been amazing, we are told straight away of any concerns and they are dealt with. Every one of Mum's carers are lovely and friendly and Mum loves them all. Would recommend this company to anyone.

The agency has provided some wonderful, kind, caring staff who have become like family to us over the months. They would go above and beyond and would engage with my husband. The daytime carers worked a 12-hour shift and they were always cheerful and compassionate.
