Gives me peace of mind that someone is caring for my mum on days I am unable to visit her at home.

We used Right at Home for a week to help mum while I was on holiday. All of the carers were lovely and friendly. They helped mum to take her medication and made sure she had had her dinner. They chatted and kept mum company. We also used the time to go for a walk with Mum one afternoon. Mum especially loved that day and all the company.

Overall myself and my husband are very happy with the service and care they give. My regular carers are very cheerful and brighten our days especially our morning carer.

Dad's carer is lovely and caring and he feels comfortable and safe with her.

Very pleased with RAH enjoy going swimming most Wednesdays. Enjoy meeting the other clients for fish and chips once a month. Always treated with kindness and respect.

My uncle has had excellent care and is very happy with his care, and the clean house and give you a choice of needs. The carer help him with his independence.

The carer has been caring for my mother-in-law for 7 months now and has built up a good close bond with both inlaws. She helps her to function on a daily basis, and has been invaluable at times especially when my mother-in-law was unwell. They enjoy going to tea with the carer. We are planning to increase the hours as she is so helpful.

She feels happy with them all and one carer often sings with her, so nice to hear.

I am extremely grateful for my carers as I am completely disabled diagnosed and rely on carers to help me in my home. All of my team see me as an individual.

I was very pleased with all the carers. They not only took excellent care of my aunt but were also very friendly and caring towards my husband and me. They often made us all laugh which helped a lot. The app was very useful, keeping us well informed and there was always a close liaison at a senior level. I would recommend them to neighbours and friends in the future.

Since Right at Home started caring for my wife we have had nothing but positive experiences and she has felt very comfortable. A particular staff member has been incredible at setting up the care package and has kept very much on top of everything to make sure we are happy and my wife is getting all she needs. The care team that visits my wife daily are very professional, competent and very caring and we are extremely grateful to them all.

Right at Home came to our rescue when the palliative care we believed we already had in place failed our lovely mum. Within a matter of hours a staff member had visited our mum at home and arranged for carers to attend that evening. My sister and I were so relieved as it was our mum's wish to be at home when she passed. Mum has been receiving care from Right at Home since January 2024, the care given has been amazing, we are told straight away of any concerns and they are dealt with. Every one of Mum's carers are lovely and friendly and Mum loves them all. Would recommend this company to anyone.

The agency has provided some wonderful, kind, caring staff who have become like family to us over the months. They would go above and beyond and would engage with my husband. The daytime carers worked a 12-hour shift and they were always cheerful and compassionate.
