Right at Home provides a professional, kind and knowledgeable service. The staff are very kind and considerate. Additional service is very professional and considerate to me and my wife's needs.

We have been very happy with the care provided twice daily for my mother. The reports and general communication with us are excellent and the staff show patience and kindness towards her. The planned schedule and care requested are accurately followed and the family have benefitted greatly from knowing the carers are visiting regularly. I would recommend them to anyone with similar needs.

I have help 3 days a week, 2 hours on each day for shopping, housework, help with understanding and dealing with TV, the internet and the utility companies. Also for getting out of my home for an accompanied walk, or visit out in fine weather by car. I'm aged 80 and partially disabled and really appreciate my 6 hours a week help with my regular carers who are kind and helpful (laundry, bed, lunch as well).

The help and care for both my mum and dad for a period of around eight months was so appreciated. The team were always helpful, and once in a routine, the same carers would visit to ensure that we knew the person coming. The team are great.

My mum was looked after by Right at Home from August 2021 to August 2023. During this time the carers treated my mum with patience, kindness, dignity, humour and understanding. Dealing with Dementia is a very difficult task and people’s personalities suffering from this terrible condition change very quickly, but the carers understood my mum very well. The office and admin staff were also very patient and understanding with me - it is not only the client that needs support, but the family as well. The office staff always listened to my many phone calls and dealt with my problems and requests promptly and sympathetically. I have no hesitation in recommending Right at Home to anyone looking for care for their loved ones.

I cannot praise this company highly enough. Our family has used Right at Home for a couple of years now. Initially for help at home and then full-time care so we have experience with most of their services. Nothing was too much trouble even at very short notice. They made our life so much easier selecting perfect carers for our needs. Her help and expertise always exceeded our expectations. Can thoroughly recommend Right at Home, especially this branch.

Everyone was prompt on visits. I knew who was coming and when. Any changes, which were rare, I was told about. All the carers were excellent; they were very professional and cared with compassion, providing dignity and kindness to my father. They told me of any concerns and were supportive to me also.

Everyone has been very kind to mum and we have found that you are all very helpful towards mum's care, always quick to help out in any event of change. When required, all the girls we have seen over the last year have been very nice.

I have been very impressed with the service, particularly the regularity and punctuality of the carers who are nearly always dead on 8am.

Staff arrive on time prepared for the client they are caring for. Management support discreetly in the background and are always available on email/phone if needed.
