Overall Experience

RAH provide excellent care for my mother. All the carers are friendly, professional and supportive to my mum and enable her to live independently. My mum feels she is very well supported and looks forward to seeing her carers who are all so kind and caring .

Overall Experience

My mum has been cared for a while now by RAH and the support she has received has been wonderful.
From the office to the carers who support mum all have displayed kindness and compassion. All have demonstrated a dependability and commitment to mum's needs
We really value the befriending approach

the team takes with carers getting to know mum and her needs.
It's not been easy at times...and sometimes mum has needed the help of the Emergency Services. On those occasions she has been comforted and supported by the carer up to the point when the ambulance crew take over.
The team take the time to talk to mum and have raised concerns with the family.
We really appreciate the flexibility and support that RAH provide to the family too as needs change. With regular reviews, visit write-ups and easy means of contact it feels like a reassuring collaboration.

Overall Experience

Right at Home have been sending carers in to help my husband get out of bed, shower and dress him for four years now. I am impressed by the calibre of the carers. They are all people who do their job with full compassion and understanding of my husband and his needs. They treat him with respect and

consideration and talk and even sing with him. Right at Home really know how to recruit good people but they are also good employers as the staff are well trained and supported. Every new carer who is introduced to my husband comes into shadow the current carer at least once, and usually twice, before taking over the service on their own. The office staff are also very good - answer the phone immediately and deal any problems politely and efficiently. It is an excellent organisation.

Right at Home take time to find the right carers for your family member and offer frequent reviews to check that the right care is being delivered. All the staff are extremely supportive and kind. They go the extra mile to make my mother feel comfortable accepting the care she needs.

Overall Experience

Right at Home has been providing care for my father who has been in decline physically and mentally this year, and has moved from having daily carers to now having a full-time 24/7 live-in carer. Right at Home has been exceptionally helpful throughout this period going the extra distance to ensure a

high quality of care for my father when he most needed it. Reviewing his care plan with my sister and myself throughout this time has been very helpful so that, together with Right at Home, we can support my father in his own home as best as possible. Staff at Right at Home have gone out of their way to ensure this high standard of care, and have been both supportive and attentive to my father's needs, seeking to give him the best possible well-being at this difficult stage of his life. Care with thought and heart in equal measures is what he, and us as a family, need, and this is what we get from Right at Home.

Overall Experience

Right at Home provided care for my mum for many many years until she died in March. The care provided was on the differing needs - as she had sight problems and many operations with varying success the type of care changed throughout the years. The Director and Manager were absolutely amazing and often

felt like family. They were determined to provide the right people to look after Mum - carers that matched her needs and character! If ever there was a problem they were so quick to resolve as Mum's well-being was their top priority. They checked in frequently and I don't think ever did not manage to change the schedule to accommodate things that were going on in our lives.
They were a great source of support to me as well during a lot of difficult times. Their key concern was that my mum would still be herself in every way and feel empowered to keep her independence and her pride.
This is a home care provider that actually cares.

Overall Experience

We have used this Right at Home care agency for six years. We have regular planned constructive review meetings with the managers. The collaborative teamwork between managers, carers, myself and my sister has enabled Mum to be well cared for in her own home and her dementia has remained stable.
When

I have raised any issues, the managers have responded promptly either via email or come to the house.
The carers have a lovely manner with Mum and are professional/respectful which has enabled me to go to work and be happy that Mum is in good hands. If a carer has any queries they can contact me immediately. We recommended Right at Home to a friend and his wife has also become a client. I would recommend this care service to family and friends.

Carers from Right At Home have been working with my friend for 2 years now. In that time she has been supported in her physio exercises post-stroke. Her sessions with the carers have been a massive boost as they have always been positive about her development, and support her emotionally too. She has

since had another stroke and I have been struck by how much the carers continue to keep in touch and visit my friend while she is in hospital. They give her hope, give her companionship and really care. Right At Home also takes great care to match the client with the right carers in terms of both personalities and interests. This has made such a difference and they are a life line for my friend. We are so grateful.

Overall Experience

I was very happy with the care provided to a friend with dementia and other health problems. My friend was quite challenging, and I, the attorney for property and financial affairs and the agency, worked together as a team to solve issues that arose related to my friend's cognitive problems. I found

one lady very responsive, and her experience was invaluable. The electronic record-keeping was good. I would recommend the agency.

Overall Experience

We have been using Right at Home since 7th November 2022. Initially, 3 days a week to get Mum used to the 4 carers on a rota. Within 3 weeks, this increased to 5 days a week and from 16th January 2023, it was daily. Excluding the rare hiccup, Mum is happy with the carers allocated. They all do a good

job as a baseline, and some do the little extras - changing Mum's linen, hoovering, cleaning any soiling on the bedroom mat or not rushing to leave when time is up. All the carers are friendly.

Having had the help of Right at Home carers for a number of years. I can only say that they have always provided, and continue to provide a first-class service. All the carers who have helped us have been extremely kind and helpful as well as efficient and willing to work with me to achieve the best

We like the fact that we have a team of three carers who each bring their own personality to the job which we find refreshing. Overall Experience

We, as a family (and particularly my mother-in-law, who is being supported with her care and needs by the team at Right at Home) are delighted with this service in every respect. All staff are incredibly caring, kind, patient, attentive, vigilant and trustworthy people and their skills in this difficult

field are exceptional. I genuinely know this to be the case, having experienced other care providers both for my mother-in-law and for my own mum. In particular, we are able to lead normal lives, as the team liaise with us regarding any concerns and proactively deal with any issues arising. For example, this week, they were very worried about her state of health and took necessary steps to ensure she had appropriate medical help, whilst keeping us informed every step of the way so that we were able to come and be with her during this stressful time. Also, having provided support for my mother-in-law for at least 4 years, they have enabled her to retain her dignity and involved her in any decisions about her care.

Overall Experience

Living alone, and following foot surgery, I needed help during my initial 5 week healing period. I had re-entered the world of home care with some trepidation - having already had my fingers burnt when I organised care for my elderly parents. It was very poor. By contrast, Right At Home was simply

brilliant! Gone were those awful days of all sorts of different carers turning up, as had happened at my parents. My needs were discussed before care started. The staff were trained and professional. By day 2 we had an established routine. I cannot emphasise enough how important that was. I didn't have to keep issuing continual instructions from my bed. Instead, I could be looked after. Properly. My other major concern was that carers would take over, doing things their way. My house would no longer be my own. But everything was done in the way I would have done it, with warmth, respect, and discretion. I highly recommend Right at Home.

Overall Experience

A masterclass in care. As a family, we were a little dubious when it came to employing help for our 96-year-old mum, but we needn't have been. From the first visit, we were overwhelmed by the team's expertise, professionalism and compassion.
We've had many bumps in the road with hospital visits, less

than smooth discharges home and multiple GP contacts. Each time the manager and her team were there to smooth out the process and have our mum at the core of their concerns.
Not only did they care for mum, but for the extended family. They took time to know us, understand how our family unit worked, and how best they could work alongside us. They have empathetically helped us navigate through unknown territory with frequently changing care needs.
We are so very grateful for their guidance. They have always been at the end of the phone, always on time, always reliable and always made our mum smile.
Care comes in many forms, and the Right at Home team excels in all areas.

Overall Experience

We have been helped by our provider on an ad hoc basis since before Covid. They are very accommodating with dates and times and provide excellent staff who are very caring. My husband's needs will increase in the future, and the provider is able to accommodate his changing and increasing needs. The

staff, whether in the office or with carers, are polite, and nothing seems to be a problem. The management of the branch always has time to listen to changing needs.

Right at Home have been providing care for my good friend since summer 2020. They are responsive to anything needed and always willing to help. They have shown tremendous flexibility in scheduling caregivers to come in and visit and through those early stages when establishing a new relationship with
