My hope is that as my cousin's conditions worsen we will be able to increase RAH's input to support her and her husband,

We have had them coming to mum for about 2 years now, and increased their hours as our needs increased. Currently very happy with the care they give and their approach to care provision.

When accidentally coming across Right At home on the internet, we had an initial discussion with them and they sounded really professional and caring. We initiated a contract for them to care for our mum twice a week. Since Right At Home started caring for our mum the relationship they have built has been very positive and enjoyable for her. They have always been on time and do actually conduct regular reviews to see how they can add to mum's wellbeing. They talk to the family about support and medication suggestions like we are equal and not like we don't have a clue. They have communicated any changes to carer's regularly. They share a lot of laughter with my mum whilst delivering a second to none experience of support. I am so pleased that we came across them when we did.

Right At Home have been caring for my 96 year old mother since April 2025 and since then they have been a breath of fresh air for the family. We have had carers in the past but none of them have shown the level of professionalism that Right At Home offer. They certainly have exceeded my expectations, showing genuine care and respect, not only towards my mother's ongoing needs as an Alzheimer's client, but also to the rest of the family in terms of friendly support and guidance. We are truly greatful to have found you!

Right at Home were brilliant in providing several weeks of thoughtful care for my mum who was recovering from surgery. We contacted them at the last minute but they were able to get back to us quickly and provide the care and attention that we needed.

To conclude this service is well designed to be both flexible and user friendly and I am very pleased to be benefiting from the services it provides.

RAH provide excellent care for my mother. All the carers are friendly, professional and supportive to my mum and enable her to live independently. My mum feels she is very well supported and looks forward to seeing her carers who are all so kind and caring .

Right at Home have been sending carers in to help my husband get out of bed, shower and dress him for four years now. I am impressed by the calibre of the carers. They are all people who do their job with full compassion and understanding of my husband and his needs. They treat him with respect and consideration and talk and even sing with him. Right at Home really know how to recruit good people but they are also good employers as the staff are well trained and supported. Every new carer who is introduced to my husband comes into shadow the current carer at least once, and usually twice, before taking over the service on their own. The office staff are also very good - answer the phone immediately and deal any problems politely and efficiently. It is an excellent organisation.

Right at Home take time to find the right carers for your family member and offer frequent reviews to check that the right care is being delivered. All the staff are extremely supportive and kind. They go the extra mile to make my mother feel comfortable accepting the care she needs.

Right at Home has been providing care for my father who has been in decline physically and mentally this year, and has moved from having daily carers to now having a full-time 24/7 live-in carer. Right at Home has been exceptionally helpful throughout this period going the extra distance to ensure a high quality of care for my father when he most needed it. Reviewing his care plan with my sister and myself throughout this time has been very helpful so that, together with Right at Home, we can support my father in his own home as best as possible. Staff at Right at Home have gone out of their way to ensure this high standard of care, and have been both supportive and attentive to my father's needs, seeking to give him the best possible well-being at this difficult stage of his life. Care with thought and heart in equal measures is what he, and us as a family, need, and this is what we get from Right at Home.

The carers have a lovely manner with Mum and are professional/respectful which has enabled me to go to work and be happy that Mum is in good hands. If a carer has any queries they can contact me immediately. We recommended Right at Home to a friend and his wife has also become a client. I would recommend this care service to family and friends.

Carers from Right At Home have been working with my friend for 2 years now. In that time she has been supported in her physio exercises post-stroke. Her sessions with the carers have been a massive boost as they have always been positive about her development, and support her emotionally too. She has since had another stroke and I have been struck by how much the carers continue to keep in touch and visit my friend while she is in hospital. They give her hope, give her companionship and really care. Right At Home also takes great care to match the client with the right carers in terms of both personalities and interests. This has made such a difference and they are a life line for my friend. We are so grateful.

I have always found ‘Right at Home’ to be reliable and their team of care staff are very concerned with the wellbeing of my elderly friend. I am more than satisfied with the service that is provided and I would definitely recommend this company; in fact, I have already done so to other people for their friends and family members.

I was very happy with the care provided to a friend with dementia and other health problems. My friend was quite challenging, and I, the attorney for property and financial affairs and the agency, worked together as a team to solve issues that arose related to my friend's cognitive problems. I found one lady very responsive, and her experience was invaluable. The electronic record-keeping was good. I would recommend the agency.

We have been using Right at Home since 7th November 2022. Initially, 3 days a week to get Mum used to the 4 carers on a rota. Within 3 weeks, this increased to 5 days a week and from 16th January 2023, it was daily. Excluding the rare hiccup, Mum is happy with the carers allocated. They all do a good job as a baseline, and some do the little extras - changing Mum's linen, hoovering, cleaning any soiling on the bedroom mat or not rushing to leave when time is up. All the carers are friendly.

Having had the help of Right at Home carers for a number of years. I can only say that they have always provided, and continue to provide a first-class service. All the carers who have helped us have been extremely kind and helpful as well as efficient and willing to work with me to achieve the best outcome possible for my adult daughter who has advanced multiple sclerosis.

We like the fact that we have a team of three carers who each bring their own personality to the job which we find refreshing. We look forward to the arrival of a friendly face and we much appreciate their reliability and punctuality. They always bring a cheery professionalism to everything they do and help us to keep everything running as normally as possible.
