Their role is to support and care for some of the most vulnerable adults in the community, helping them to live independently in their own homes for as long as possible. While they assist with routine tasks, it is the personal touch that truly matters. The carers take time to connect, fostering a sense of value and reassurance. Together they strive for a “gold standard” of care, going beyond expectations. They help clients explore new interests, revive old hobbies, and discover local services and activities. All the team here believe age alone should never create assumptions as to what is possible. RaH carefully selects all of its carers. It is essential they share the same values of kindness, integrity, and patience. Before starting, they each undergo enhanced vetting and comprehensive training so you can be assured they will deliver the best care. Once working the carers have 24-hour support from experienced managers who are always there when needed.

My family and I were incredibly impressed by the care given by Right at Home. The team were extremely caring and tailored a care plan which was very specific to my Grandfathers needs. The team were a pleasure to have around and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who neede them.

I cannot speak highly enough about the care my mother is receiving from Right at Home (Mitcham, Streatham & Dulwich). My mother was very reluctant to receive any help, however, from the moment she got care, her life is 100% better. She looks great and she is feeling so much better in all ways how she
looks her mental and physical health.

After a terrible experience with three other care agencies, we have finally found a company that actually knows how to care for someone. My friend has gone from being unhappy and uncared for to someone who is always happy and eating three meals a day. All medical issues have been dealt with and his
house is clean again.
