Right at Home (Camden, Hampstead & Golders Green)

Right at Home tied me over a difficult, even critical, part of my life. They did this with care, tact and compassion. I grew to trust the company and their carers, I appreciate their flexibility, and intend to maintain my association with them as I am growing older and my needs change.

The care that both my parents get from the staff and carers is outstanding. From the first day through both Lilly and Polly have treated my parents with compassion, respect and help them maintain an independent life in their own home. The staff in the office also provide great communication and care. We are so grateful the whole team.

All in all a good experience at a difficult time

We have been extremely pleased with the care and support provided by 'Right at Home Camden, Hampstead & Golders Green'. Their team has demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and reliability. The carers are not only skilled and attentive but also genuinely kind, treating our loved one with the dignity and respect they deserve. Communication has been excellent throughout, with regular updates and a willingness to adapt to our needs as they evolve. It has brought our family great peace of mind knowing that our loved one is in such capable and caring hands. The care and service my mother received from Right at Home (Hampstead and Camden branch) was second to none. The carer matched to our mother was perfect. She was friendly, professional, caring and proactive in calling us when our mother was not feeling well. In addition, we felt reassured by her reliability and engagement. Respect was shown at all times. All staff (including the Manager) were very approachable and always responded to any query we had. As a family we were very happy Right at Home managed to care and support our mother so professionally and with ease.

The team at Right at Home have consistently gone above and beyond in their care of my mum. When her needs have changed, they've adapted. Where obstacles (such as acceptance of care, for example) have been presented, they've found a way around them. They have been the only people to have been contactable, let alone helpful, and they've bent over backwards to accomodate a sudden very high level of care over the Christmas period with very little notice. If only the public agencies ran as well, elderly care would be almost relaxing!

I am so impressed by the care and dedication of my parent's carers. With the onset of milder weather, on their own initiative, they encouraged and supported my parents to go out for a walk everyday last week which gave my parents a boost. This is on top of the patience, care and can do attitude they demonstrate everyday.

Right at Home has been our rock since my husband had a stroke and we needed support. The Management guided us, advised us and listened to us during all the early planning. We initially needed a great deal of help, and I can only congratulate the Company that as we started to cut the hours required there was absolutely no suggestion or pressure not to do so. We are now being looked after in a secure way, and I cannot say how much we appreciate that. The Carers are a whole story in themselves.! Our highest praise has to be that within the first few visits they became, and continue to be, family! Thank you, Right At Home People!!!

I am very happy with the care, kindness, attentiveness, perceptiveness, and commitment of my mum's live-in carer. I think she is an exceptional and professional carer. I also think the backup of the 'Right at Home' management/co-ordinating team is very good, communicative, helpful, and timely. Altogether I have found the service a very good one.

I knew from my first dealings with Right at Home that we had found exactly what we were looking for. Our needs were understood and met with kindness and sensitivity. A big thank you to all the Carers and Management for their professionalism, reliability, compassion, and kindness. Most importantly for always putting our Mother's needs first, and for enabling her to safely stay in her home for as long as possible. Very grateful.

Very well-organised company and The Registered Manager is fantastic. 5 stars. I would highly recommend her and this agency they are responsive, helpful, and very professional. Excellent all round.

As an ageing independent healthy person not wanting to adopt the need for any assistance, I am very pleased. I have assistance twice weekly for two hours and it has been a very pleasant experience. Thank you.

Right at Home (Camden, Hampstead & Golders Green) has provided the best care for my dad. The carers that care for my dad are very friendly, professional, kind and have a caring attitude. My dad has been well prepared with planning of the day, with board games or going out to the memory clinic that Right at Home provides. I have been at ease when I go to work knowing my dad is safe and with his carer.

Right at Home have been lovely and very helpful! All the staff, from the managers, coordinators to the carers themselves go above and beyond what is expected in order to give the best care to my parents. Last week the manager, on learning that my father was too frail to walk outside, offered to bring a wheelchair and take him for a spin which he really enjoyed! The carers are friendly, compassionate and engaging, and my parents look forward to seeing them. Finally I can rely on the team to provide extra cover if I am away which is a great relief. All in all a great choice.

This is an amazing care company with a fantastic team from carers to office staff, all dedicated to delivering the best outcomes, as they did with my brother. The carers are incredibly kind and efficient, and the management went above and beyond to provide us with the best care imaginable, very supportive of my brother's needs.
