The team at Right at Home in Camden, Hampstead and Golders Green made a daunting task a lot easier right from the management and office team, talking us through the options with empathy and transparency, through to the excellent carers who were patient, understanding and always took time to accommodate requests, understanding that each patient is an individual with different preferences. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team at Right at Home.

The management seem to be unable to cope with Direct Debit payments. I am owed four weeks support for times when it was not required and we gave the specified notice that we would be away. This is of particular concern as we understand that if we do not require support on a particular day, then our care worker is not paid.

Right at Home (Camden, Hampstead & Golders Green) provided a very professional and thorough consultation at very short notice. This gave us the peace of mind to choose the right care package for my father.

It's fairly early to give a review. The carer has been extremely diligent and a good worker/carer. The other carer is always on time and seems to get on with Mum and Dad. As far as I'm aware, the managers are dedicated! The carers they send are good.

I am pleased with the service, with the supervisor, with the company. The company give me good carers. The management are good and understand my care and my needs I recommend.

Excellent teamwork to ensure that my parents are well looked after and treated with dignity and respect. The team go the extra mile with ensuring that the GPs provide medical care when required. Have been using home care for 6 months now and am very happy. They were very quick to respond when we suddenly found ourselves in a really difficult situation and the carters have been really helpful. They really have given us peace of mind.

The Camden, Hampstead and Golders Green branch of Right at Home has been providing my darling Mum with care since the Autumn of 2022. I am extremely impressed with the way the managing director and registered manager of this branch approach care provision for their clients with an exemplary, person-centred focus. Communication is excellent; day-to-day matters are very well-organised and efficient; and they are always flexible and proactive in their responses. Alongside all of this, they and their hand-picked carers deliver the personal touch which means the client and family feel valued and very well looked-after indeed, which brings huge peace of mind. I have to say that we found not only the owner and manager of homecare to be incredibly professional but also very supportive. In a time when we needed to have care in place for my dad to come out of hospital, they were reliable, flexible and understanding as our timings and plans were changing. The care staff were experienced and friendly and efficient and made it possible for my dad being able to convalesce comfortably at home. I can't thank them enough.

Excellent in every way from initial phone contact, through to the lovely lady who came to discuss my husband's needs and assess the facilities of our home right through to the absolutely wonderful carer who was sent to us. He really could not have been more professional, efficient and genuinely caring and made a very anxious and stressful time much easier.

The carer is amazing, helping both my parents. She has come in and within a couple of weeks, has really changed the dynamic. She is conscientious, hard-working and very caring. My parents would not be able to continue living at home without the support provided.
