I would definitely recommend Right at Home to anyone who wants a caring companion for their loved ones!

I have been a service client of Right at Home, South Manchester since 18th October 2022, having a 1 hour care visit twice per week. The carers that have provided this assistance have treated me with the utmost respect and kindness. As a general rule, my Tuesday carer has been the same person except when she is unavailable due to holidays etc. She has become a very valued friend and I always look forward to her visits. Also as a general rule, my 2nd visit of the week has been on a friday, and the visiting carer would be one of the other very caring members of the team, all of whom I have the greatest respect for. In the past month or so I have altered my 2nd visit on a Thursday, with one particular person who has been helping me reorganise my flat by moving stuff around and, after a friend of mine assembled some storage shelves for me, she was able to completely declutter my kitchen and make it a more usable space. I would highly recommend this company as carers for anyone. Thank you

I have been using the Companion service for my mum, who has Alzheimer's, for over 6 months now. Right from the start, when we met Mark, the whole process has been nothing short of professional, efficient and extremely caring. We had a list of preferences which they accommodated straight away. Mum has two main companions that take it in turn to see her every day, with a further companion in reserve, so i'ts not totally different people all the time, which was important to us as too many people would confuse her. Mum absolutely adores the companions and looks forward to their daily visit. She never stays in her apartment, they take her out every day (at our request) to cafes, parks, garden centers, walks and shopping. She has a big smile on her face when she knows they're coming to see her and thoroughly enjoys all her visits.

I would definitely recommend Right at Home, it's one of the best decisions we have made for mum.

The carers who supported our mum at home were truly exceptional. They provided personal care with such dignity, kindness, and respect, and their day and night respite sits gave our family the reassurance and rest we so desperately needed, they supported us as a family through an incredibly difficult time. Their kindness will never be forgotten. Knowing Mum was safe and cared for in her own home meant everything to us. We will always be deeply grateful.

We would recommend Right At Home if you're looking for compassionate, respectful professional care. The Team listen to the changing needs for mum, and now dad too, as he has his own daily carers. The carers are always respectful and kind, happy to oblige, and advise family of any situation needing further attention. Our family feels that mum and dad can remain relatively independent in the Right At Home carers' capable hands.

Due to vascular dementia, my very independent 91-year-old mum required support to help her continue to live safely in her own home. All my interactions with the carers and the office were very positive. As time went on, I think mum became more relaxed with her carers. I know she struggled initially and often refused help with showering. Everyone appeared to have endless patience with her, particularly when she hid the keys! Without the team's support, Mum would have had to go into residential care. I'm so very pleased that in the end, she died peacefully in her own home, as this is what she had wanted. Thank you.

While my dad is now fit enough to continue without care, the team really came through for the family when my dad was unwell. The support provided was really appreciated during a stressful time. I don't know we would've done without them.

Help to recovery from breast care reconstruction to get up in the morning personal care, dress and breakfast with a cup of tea above and beyond what is required.

After already using Right at Home for our parents , we automatically asked them to help with our Auntie. Although her needs were different, they accommodated our requests and her needs which are continually changing. They totally understand what is needed for her care and support and will contact and make us aware if they feel a situation needs further attention. I would totally recommend Right at Home, they are vital for our families peace of mind, knowing Auntie is being well looked after.

We could not have got through my dads last few months without the amazing care from Right at Home. They genuine love and care from each member of staff not only made my dad comfortable but myself and my mum. We trust them with our whole heart and really feel like we got it as good as we could've done given the circumstances. Staff were punctual and took a genuine interest in anything we had going on and they treated my dad with such dignity and respect even when he was at his most vulnerable. Can't thank them or recommend them enough.
