We would recommend Right At Home if you're looking for compassionate, respectful professional care. The Team listen to the changing needs for mum, and now dad too, as he has his own daily carers. The carers are always respectful and kind, happy to oblige, and advise family of any situation needing further
attention. Our family feels that mum and dad can remain relatively independent in the Right At Home carers' capable hands.

Due to vascular dementia, my very independent 91-year-old mum required support to help her continue to live safely in her own home. All my interactions with the carers and the office were very positive. As time went on, I think mum became more relaxed with her carers. I know she struggled initially
and often refused help with showering. Everyone appeared to have endless patience with her, particularly when she hid the keys! Without the team's support, Mum would have had to go into residential care. I'm so very pleased that in the end, she died peacefully in her own home, as this is what she had wanted. Thank you.

The carers are all a credit to the company, very empathetic and patient, and the management, particularly Matthew, were so helpful, going above and beyond to help us at a really difficult time. Our family cannot recommend them more highly

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for Right at Home. From the very first interaction, their commitment to dignity and personal touch was evident. The caregivers are not only professional and skilled but also genuinely compassionate. They took the time to understand our needs and built a strong
rapport with my dad, making him feel safe and valued. Every visit was filled with kindness and respect, allowing our family to have peace of mind during a challenging time. I highly recommend Right at Home Stockport to anyone seeking quality home care that prioritises both dignity and a personal connection. The service over the phone is also second to none. They are excellent problem solvers and go above and beyond with everything they do.

While my dad is now fit enough to continue without care, the team really came through for the family when my dad was unwell. The support provided was really appreciated during a stressful time. I don't know we would've done without them.

The care received for my brother was exceptional. Professional, safe, kind, physical, person centred, clear communication, friendly, patient and numerous in line with our family. Caring to my sister in law and extended family when we were dipping in and out. The support from your many members of staff
has been above and beyond what we'd ever envisaged or expected. Our unpredictable changes led to short notice requests which you all delivered with good grace, you all made it possible for us to care for our loved one in his home environment with a feeling of continued support and cheery presence.

Even before the regular weekly care started a visit from the manager was very helpful and she explained the procedures in a clear and friendly manner. I was confident that I had made a good choice.

in working with clients with dementia, and built up a good relationship with my husband treating him with patience and building on his interest of music.
A 2 hour break once a week to shop and have a coffee was invaluable to me as a full time carer and I could relax knowing that he was safe and well cared for.

My Dad is a tricky man to look after these days and his carer is wonderful with him. She is super kind, patient and understanding, adapting what she does to his demeanour each visit. I have found Right at home very supportive and flexible.

After already using Right at Home for our parents , we automatically asked them to help with our Auntie. Although her needs were different, they accommodated our requests and her needs which are continually changing. They totally understand what is needed for her care and support and will contact and
make us aware if they feel a situation needs further attention. I would totally recommend Right at Home, they are vital for our families peace of mind, knowing Auntie is being well looked after.

We could not have got through my dads last few months without the amazing care from Right at Home. They genuine love and care from each member of staff not only made my dad comfortable but myself and my mum. We trust them with our whole heart and really feel like we got it as good as we could've done
given the circumstances. Staff were punctual and took a genuine interest in anything we had going on and they treated my dad with such dignity and respect even when he was at his most vulnerable. Can't thank them or recommend them enough.

I've been using this provider for a year for my mum and now using them for my dad too.
All the staff are very accommodating and nothing is too much trouble.
My family feel same in the assurance that my mum and dad are in capable hands.

Right At Home support my mother to live life as she chooses in her own home. The carers are consistently polite and helpful with some going well above what is expected. Mum gets on well with them.
My only gripe is with communication: I am never sure that emails are acted on and telephone messages

The loving & attentive care for my husband was simply wonderful from Right at Home. Consistently gentle & caring; always treated with dignity & respect and happy to engage with my husband's humour from the outset and I always knew he was completely safe in their hands. My husband was completely at ease
and reassured by every carer who looked after him. As his needs changed & increased, the carers adapted easily & communicated clearly to each other. Friendly chat & a calming presence was a huge comfort to me also during such difficult times. Organisation and information of support from the office was also excellent throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Thank you for all you did for us and I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

Not consistent with times they arrive and staff is changed each time. Some staff are good and some are not so good at engagement and need to be guided more than you would expect. Some don't appear interested.

Right at Home provided regular care at home for my husband throughout the final six months of his life. The team was professional, friendly and polite and worked with us to accommodate our needs. Being able to rely on Right at Home made a huge difference to us in a difficult period. We are very grateful

Right at Home you are amazing. Excellent communication from the beginning, always there to help and assist where possible. Your carers were amazing, always friendly and acted with discretion and dignity. The support you also provided to the family was second to none. Cannot recommend you enough. We
