Overall Experience

All the 10 carers are nice people, interested and interesting. They keep the house tidy, cook for me and feed. They do shopping as required. Nothing is too much trouble.

I have care provided by Right at Home, the carers are fabulous, and they can't do enough for me. The office team are very proactive to my needs, and when I call up, they know how to help me. Can't recommend the service enough.

Overall Experience

Mum has dementia and a stoma and recently came out of hospital. The regular carer was unfortunately on holiday. All the staff that have come over the past week have been very helpful and made some good suggestions for managing her conditions.

Mum came out of hospital worse than she went in. I was not impressed by her standard of care there. With the help of the Right At Home Carers she is now improving day by day.

Overall Experience

I would highly recommend Right at Home to anyone. They provide excellent care for my loved one who has Young Onset Dementia.
The staff are excellent, caring and understanding and well matched to our needs. Right at Home take time to understand and get to know their clients. They take a very personal individual approach and I have been delighted with the care we have received.

All the staff are always kind and responsive and I would recommend Right at Home to anyone looking for Dementia care.

Overall Experience

We thoroughly recommend Right At Home. Dad enjoys attending his Dementia Group every other Thursday. He always leaves with a smile on his face. Christopher and Aaron are great with the group. They have a laugh and a joke whilst giving them excellent care. Dad also enjoys his ad hoc trips out to play golf (even more so if he wins!) We always feel dad is in very safe hands when he is with Right at Home!

My husband enjoys the groups organised by Christopher and likes to tell me about them. He likes to be with the groups and taking part in the activities - golf, dominoes, etc. He particularly likes golf and is looking forward to going to play next week.

Thank you so much for looking after my husband so well
It was the first time as a family we had tried to look for some
weekend care
My son and daughter were pleased to meet his overnight carers
and left him safe in the knowledge he would be well looked after.

He also enjoys his outings during the day with various members of staff

Overall Experience

After initial teething problems all of our dealings with Right at Home have been very good. Our regular carers for Mum are all very nice and happy to help with whatever we have asked them to do. Right at Home have always tried to accommodate my mum's needs whatever they have been.

The staff that care for my mum is excellent, and peace of mind for me. When mum has been in and out hospital at the drop of a hat. They kept changing her care plan without questions they have been amazing. Office staff and the carers.

Overall Experience

Right at Home has been a huge help to our family while supporting my great grandmother.
My grandma has been caring for her own mum as her health has declined with dementia, mobility issues and other complications. Over time this has become very difficult and has taken a toll on her, as she can't commit the same time and energy that she once could.
Most of the rest of the family also aren't local, so a lot of the responsibility has fallen on my grandma. Having Right at Home involved has made a real difference and helped ease some of that responsibility.
The carers are always kind, patient and very respectful towards my great grandmother, and it's clear they genuinely care about her wellbeing. Knowing she is being looked after properly and treated with dignity gives the family peace of mind, especially when we can't always be there ourselves.

We're very grateful for the support they provide and would happily recommend them to families looking for help caring for an elderly loved one.

Overall Experience

RightAtHome Nottingham North has been supporting my parents since August 2023 - we started a gradual introduction of just 1 hour a week to get them used to having some help and to start building a relationship with RAH. Mum's dementia was starting to have a big impact and caring for her was becoming too much for us - we recognised we would need help but mum and dad were very resistant.

RAH support has gradually increased over the last 30 months and the management team has worked in close partnership with us to really understand what support we want, going to great lengths to match suitable caregivers with mum and dad and we have an ongoing dialogue to make sure things work smoothly. They provide personalised, kind, patient, professional, respectful and excellent care, enabling mum and dad to be as independent as possible whilst keeping them safe, well, clean and nourished, so we could step back and be daughters again, not carers - and RAH are part of our family now, thank you.

Overall Experience

My Dad has care visits twice a day to help my Mum with the daily tasks such as bathing, and changing bedsheets etc. From day one, the care was completely different from the other two care companies we have used previously, where Dad was just a number. They wanted to know all about my Dad as a person - his hobbies and interests - which meant the carers always have something to chat to Mum and Dad about. It feels like Dad is truly cared about by everyone that visits him, and by the management team. They have done everything they can to learn about Dad's additional requirements and his Parkinson's-specific symptoms. They also go the extra mile sharing time schedules so Mum and Dad know exactly when they will be visiting each day. A very well managed and organised, and really caring company, I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I would like to drop you a line to say a very big thank you for the wonderful care I received after my shoulder replacement surgery.
Everyone of the girls that looked after me at this difficult time were kind, caring,amazingly competent and patient.

Especial thank you to Paula who was faced with an extremely unpleasant emergency situation when she discovered me covered in blood and bleeding heavily from my wound and nose. Not what she was expecting. I could not have coped without her, and her other visits. Ruth
