Living overseas, it has been very difficult to navigate the care system in the UK, so I was so relieved to find Right At Home to provide at-home services for my parents. While my father was recovering from surgery, my mother needed someone to help her each day, and to take her to go and visit him. The staff have been amazing, and a huge comfort to all of us. It is such a weight off my mind, being so far away, that my parents are in very professional, caring hands. Can't recommend Right At Home highly enough.

I am particularly impressed by the quality of service when l have needed last minute cover as my PA has been ill. All the carers I currently have treat me very well and always have time for me even though they work to a tight schedule, they're a great team of ladies

My mother has been under the care of Right at Home ( South Derbyshire and East Staffordshire) for the past 9 months. We are very happy with the quality and level of care provided. She has a small designated Care Team and she very quickly became comfortable and friendly with all of them. She is cared for with respect and dignity. She obviously has her favourites and these carry out the majority of her visits. The organisation is meticulous when it comes to her medications and this is reassuring. When issues do occur necessary action is taken without delay. In summary, we are very happy with Mums carers and I would happily recommend this organisation to any prospective client.

We are so pleased with the care and companionship given to our mother, it really is like leaving her with a family carer. All of our carers are amazing people and really add to the quality of her life.This support is helping us to keep mum at home. Thank you.

Fantastic service from the start, we meet with Karren as we have had some bad experiences in the past she reassured myself and my wife, we have now meet all the cares and they all seem fantastic, we receive weekly programme on who is coming and when which is great and to reassure my wife, she now looks forward to the team coming as in the past she used to get up worried.

We are using the company to provide companionship care for our mum. She looks forward to the twice weekly sessions with her two regular carers and enjoys their chats and the activities they do together. It also gives her different things to talk about with us! Another bonus is that it has given us piece of mind on days we are not visiting mum ourselves and the opportunity is there to add on more care if that becomes necessary in the future.

The staff cared for my aunt for many months until her passing. Friendly service, caring staff. My aunt was very fond of them all. Management updated shifts according to her care needs. Kept me updated at all times of her condition and care.

We had two carers to look after my husband in his final days, they were very kind and gentle with him. They made sure that he was comfortable at all times and kept me fully updated on his condition and the care that was being given. They made the very sad time a lot more bearable for all of the family. I cannot praise them highly enough for their care and support.

The team at right at home are truly fantastic! They treat mum as if she is a member of their family and we can't express how much of a positive impact they have on her life. We have worked with many care companies and there is no other that even comes close to the level of service, care and compassion each and every carer provides.

Mom has really valued her care service and is generally very happy. I found that Mom's needs have been well accommodated. Since coming home from the care home, despite still getting confused on occasions, I've certainly since a great improvement in her general well-being. This is largely down to the carer's obvious care and patience. So thank you so much.

The Care setup requirement was handled very professionally. (Will not hesitate to contact you next time I'm on holiday).

Generally speaking, very good care and most of the girls are very good, just one or two that are still not wanting to talk in the morning but later in the day are very chatty.

The home-help service was brilliant during the time I needed them. Very reliable, always on time. All staff was polite and friendly. 100% recommend the service for anybody who requires a home-help service.

Altogether a happy and delightful experience. A cross-section of age groups run by a very efficient and up-to-date management. A pleasure to deal with and highly recommended.

We cannot fault Right at Home. They have efficient and friendly staff both out in the field and back in the offices and nothing is too much trouble. My mum is severely disabled and My dad would not be able to cope without Right at Home. The carers look after Mum very well and she seems so happy to be in their company. We have a long stay call once a week which gives Dad much-needed respite to go shopping etc which he would not be able to do ordinarily as myself and my brother live a long way away. We are eternally grateful for the dedication, kindness and respect both Mum and Dad receive. Keep up the good work and thank you for all you do.

We are very happy with the care Mum receives from Right at Home. The staff are always cheerful and helpful and willing to listen to Mum’s requests. We have recently requested a change to the hours for Mum's care and the office has quickly accommodated the new timetable. Thank you all.
