Overall Experience

My mother has been under the care of Right at Home ( South Derbyshire and East Staffordshire) for the past 9 months. We are very happy with the quality and level of care provided. She has a small designated Care Team and she very quickly became comfortable and friendly with all of them. She is cared

for with respect and dignity. She obviously has her favourites and these carry out the majority of her visits. The organisation is meticulous when it comes to her medications and this is reassuring. When issues do occur necessary action is taken without delay. In summary, we are very happy with Mums carers and I would happily recommend this organisation to any prospective client.

Overall Experience

We are so pleased with the care and companionship given to our mother, it really is like leaving her with a family carer. All of our carers are amazing people and really add to the quality of her life.This support is helping us to keep mum at home. Thank you.

Fantastic service from the start, we meet with Karren as we have had some bad experiences in the past she reassured myself and my wife, we have now meet all the cares and they all seem fantastic, we receive weekly programme on who is coming and when which is great and to reassure my wife, she now looks

forward to the team coming as in the past she used to get up worried.

Overall Experience

We are using the company to provide companionship care for our mum. She looks forward to the twice weekly sessions with her two regular carers and enjoys their chats and the activities they do together. It also gives her different things to talk about with us! Another bonus is that it has given us piece

of mind on days we are not visiting mum ourselves and the opportunity is there to add on more care if that becomes necessary in the future.

Overall Experience

The staff cared for my aunt for many months until her passing. Friendly service, caring staff. My aunt was very fond of them all. Management updated shifts according to her care needs. Kept me updated at all times of her condition and care.

Overall Experience

My Dad has lived in care from Right at Home and I find this very reassuring to know that somebody is available 24/7 should Dad need anything.
The lady who carries out this duty is lovely, really personable and has a very caring nature. She is also very patient. She's easy to talk to and very keen to

please. If there are any problems for her or for me, Right at Home Managers are there to support me instantly.
I didn't realise that the duty of care extends to me as a family member and have found Right at Home brilliant if any problems that are tricky to deal with come up. What a great team.
It's tricky to put somebody else in charge of a family member's care, but this team of people are the team anyone should trust.
Thank you Right at Home - you are my lifeline.

Overall Experience

We had two carers to look after my husband in his final days, they were very kind and gentle with him. They made sure that he was comfortable at all times and kept me fully updated on his condition and the care that was being given. They made the very sad time a lot more bearable for all of the family.

I cannot praise them highly enough for their care and support.

Mom has really valued her care service and is generally very happy. I found that Mom's needs have been well accommodated. Since coming home from the care home, despite still getting confused on occasions, I've certainly since a great improvement in her general well-being. This is largely down to the

carer's obvious care and patience. So thank you so much.

Generally speaking, very good care and most of the girls are very good, just one or two that are still not wanting to talk in the morning but later in the day are very chatty.

Overall Experience

We cannot fault Right at Home. They have efficient and friendly staff both out in the field and back in the offices and nothing is too much trouble. My mum is severely disabled and My dad would not be able to cope without Right at Home. The carers look after Mum very well and she seems so happy to be

in their company. We have a long stay call once a week which gives Dad much-needed respite to go shopping etc which he would not be able to do ordinarily as myself and my brother live a long way away. We are eternally grateful for the dedication, kindness and respect both Mum and Dad receive. Keep up the good work and thank you for all you do.

I give the company 100%, everyone is so caring, friendly and very professional.
Before this company, we had another company who were not friendly or professional and didn't help my husband at all, just leaving him lying in bed. Within weeks of these exceptional people coming, they helped him sit up

on the edge of the bed and eventually got him sat in a chair, he is now able to get around using his sticks.
We cannot thank every member of staff enough.

We are very happy with the care Mum receives from Right at Home. The staff are always cheerful and helpful and willing to listen to Mum’s requests. We have recently requested a change to the hours for Mum's care and the office has quickly accommodated the new timetable. Thank you all.

Overall Experience

Living away from my father and with no other family around, the services of Right at Home have been invaluable. With covid restrictions, the carers have been the only physical company that my father has had. Whilst on their visits, they have arranged Zoom calls so that my father can chat with me and

other distant friends and family. I would not like to think how my father could have coped without the regular carers visiting. The online software gives me comfort as I can read who has been and what they have done on each of the calls.
