Right At Home provided excellent care for my father in law allowing his wish to die at home to be fulfilled. Throughout the months he was cared for the staff were kind and thoughtful, and supported the family throughout. During his last days he was cared for with great compassion and expertise, ensuring
he was able to pass peacefully. Knowing that he could have not received better care has been a great comfort to all the family.

The two ladies who look after me are brilliant, attend to me with dignity and care. They are able to do everything I require and have seamlessly entered into my routine without being told. Any queries that we may have is handled by the management promptly. The following week's schedule is sent to me
on a Friday so that the next week can be planned. The service we get is certainly value for money.

I find all services from Right at Home to be of an excellent first class standard.
The office are always helpful and polite.
The carers are all respectful, careful of my property, punctual and attentive to my needs and requirements.
The management team take a continual interest of my requirements
and suit my care attention accordingly.

We were very worried about having Carers. My husband has Parkinson's and Dementia and struggles with change. RAH made us feel relaxed about the whole process, going above and beyond, to make sure my husband had the same Carers. Now he can't wait for his Carer to arrive. She completely caters the call
to revolve around how he's feeling that day. Top level Care, from an efficient and caring company. We couldn't be without them.

I have found all the carers to be very caring, friendly, reliable and helpful and very obliging. I am always treated with dignity. Nothing is too much trouble. The office team are very understanding, caring and will arrange carer whenever possible. Nothing is too much trouble. One thing is the reliability
of the service. I could not ask for a better company.

I have used R at H for mums care approx 9 years and care has been increased to suit mums needs over that time. All my dealings with R at H have been totally positive and the care mum receives is consistently good. Carers are all friendly and treat mum with dignity and care. Nothing is too much trouble.
The office staff are also very helpful.

Right at home are an amazing care company. Having swapped carers, the difference was apparent on the first day. The carers, "care" and do what's right for the client (my mum) they all use common sense and care for my mum as I would, which makes me feel confident with her in their hands. Amazing!

I needed to set up home care for an elderly neighbour before being discharged from hospital.
It was essential to research and find a good, reliable and professional agency.
And WOW! Have we chosen well!
I called Right At Home on a Friday afternoon, the care manager visited and assessed her in hospital
on Monday and care commenced on Tuesday. She was then able to be discharged home same day.
The care is exceptional. Manager listens and acts on any concerns and implements changes to care plan when needed.
The careers always arrive promptly with a smile and often a hug, nothing too much trouble.
The on line access to the rota is so helpful and allows us to see who and what time the carers are coming in.
After every visit, I am able to read the audit written by the carer.
The visits enable her to continue living at home independently with support! She loves the girls. As well as the physical care, the chats and laughter are a tonic! Better than any medicine!

I would highly recommend the whole team at 'right at home'. Their care and communication is excellent. It puts the family’s minds at rest that mum is so well looked after. They have become a brilliant part of the team caring for Mum so she can remain in her own home. Mum's support network is family
and right at home.
