Overall Experience

The team do a great job with our dad. He can be an extremely stubborn and difficult man, but they all take it in their stride and do a good job of looking after him. Living alone, and far from us, it's also really nice that he has someone to chat to a couple of times a day.

From the initial call about support with care the service has been wonderful. Our needs were listened to and the carer who looked after us was exceptional. Friendly, empathetic, patient and efficient, always happy to be flexible and do all she could to help. Those that covered holiday periods were

The care for my father from Right At Home over the last two years has been absolutely outstanding. It has helped him to remain in his own home, which is his dearest wish for much longer than I could've forecast, despite his worsening dementia. I can't recommend Right At Home highly enough. Overall Experience

My mum has been treated with kindness and respect. She often has giggles with the carers and they understand her personality. She has been taken out for an ice-cream and had walks along the coast followed by chips on the beach.
They have a genuine fondness for their clients.
The management team

have been excellent. They are approachable, responsive and have always acted promptly, given good advice and showed great understanding. Thank you to all the team.

Overall Experience

I have found it a great asset to have the carers visit me 3 times a week. They have been a great help with the various things I can no longer do myself much as driving to the hospital or doctor of sometimes do some shopping - also I have very much enjoyed a chat and a cup of tea or coffee.

Overall Experience

Right at Home staff looked after my wife between 2023 and 2024. Other carers I met at a Dementia Hub spoke of RAH as being a good company for their loved ones. I now believe that they are in fact the BEST. All RAH employees displayed high levels of training, empathy and kindness, I was totally satisfied

and significantly, so was my wife. Using a company like RAH not only provided me with the time to do shopping etc, but also eased the difficult transition for my wife from home to residential care when the time came. Thank you, I always recommend Right at Home.

Right at Home have kept me and the family clearly updated on any changes in my mother in law's health and well being. Overall Experience

We have used Right at Home 3 times to cover when Mum's usual carers are away. The carers have all been excellent, very kind and great with Mum. She has been very comfortable with them all.
The office staff are very efficient and have organised the visits very well. I particularly like being able to

read the feedback on each visit that the carer updates online on leaving Mum. It gives me a good idea of how Mum is, and what has happened during the visit.
I would recommend them highly.+

Overall Experience

The whole team at Right at Home are fantastic. They are professional, caring, trustworthy and dedicated.
The team provided care to my Dad for many years and without their ongoing support, he could not have remained living in his own home where he wanted to be. The carers were proactive and always

put my father in the centre of everything they did.
At times they went beyond in the care and support they provided to him and for that we will always be grateful.
In the last two weeks of his life they were so reactive in the care they provided to him and supported him to die at home with dignity and respect.
As a family they fully support us at this very difficult time and ensured we were all ok. Kind words, cups of tea, space when we needed it and all care for my Dad when we needed a few minutes to step away.
Thank you to all the staff. We so much appreciated everything you did for Dad and for us.

Overall Experience

Right at Home have been providing care for over 18 months now for both my sister and brother-in-law and this has been excellent and very effective. I have found that the carers, staff and managers are dedicated with what they do and the overall service they provide and they always give excellent detailed

feedback, especially if there are specific incidents that need dealing with or raising of concerns. The carers are also well liked by my sister and brother-in-law. Overall an excellent and well run service and highly recommended.

Overall Experience

Understand that care times are most in demand in the mornings. All that was available to me was 09:45.
I accepted this which was Later than I hoped. This has been difficult as time keeping has been erratic.
I understand reasons why, but several times it's been necessary for me to ring to find out

if anyone was indeed coming.
I would have expected that I should have been informed of any delay. Delays have been up to 25 minutes.
Not the carer's fault - but it seems their schedule is so tight, and patients need more time perhaps, that and distance to travel from
One venue to the next. They all are excellent, nice, friendly and a delight to have around.

Overall Experience

Right at Home provided daily visit to my father, and he thought of the carer's as his girls and was always happy to see them, as they provided daily contact and met his day to day care needs.

As my father's needs changed Right at Home were able to meet his needs, right up to the time of his passing.

Excellent care provider, deeply appreciated by us, and would thoroughly recommend. From the start, Right At Home were warm, compassionate and professional. They were diligent in understanding our dad and his care needs, his interests and quirks, his life. They adapted as the care needs changed, particularly

in the last months before dad moved to a nursing home. Their response to requests or changing requirements was rapid, including the odd emergency out-of-hours... there was always someone there. The app allowed us to check on rosters and reports on each visit, so we could see how dad was every day. In our case, two of us are 12000 miles away in Australia, but we felt completely in touch. Overall, Right At Home took the pressure off, and we felt completely reassured that dad was in safe and kind hands. They were recommended by someone in dad's village, and we do the same to you.
