I have found it a great asset to have the carers visit me 3 times a week. They have been a great help with the various things I can no longer do myself much as driving to the hospital or doctor of sometimes do some shopping - also I have very much enjoyed a chat and a cup of tea or coffee.

Right at Home staff looked after my wife between 2023 and 2024. Other carers I met at a Dementia Hub spoke of RAH as being a good company for their loved ones. I now believe that they are in fact the BEST. All RAH employees displayed high levels of training, empathy and kindness, I was totally satisfied
and significantly, so was my wife. Using a company like RAH not only provided me with the time to do shopping etc, but also eased the difficult transition for my wife from home to residential care when the time came. Thank you, I always recommend Right at Home.

RAH started caring for my father when he was discharged from hospital in June 2024, with a letter from the Hospital stating that he needed full time 24 hour care as he was at the end of life and had been given only weeks to live as he wasn't eating or at all mobile even to get to the bathroom.
Gradually
but within a very short time, a matter of a couple of weeks, the care givers had motivated him to eat and drink, get him mobile and clear up a grade 3 pressure sore that he had developed while in hospital. the family could not believe the miraculous recovery, by the end of August the day time care was reduced to a few hours leaving just the all night care , dad regained a lot of independence and was able to go out and drive a short distance
Sadly in December he had to have full brain radiotherapy due to a brain tumour and several cancers, RAH were called back again for 24 hour care and with the help of the hospice looked after him to the end their care and professionalism was amazing

Right at Home have been a great support to my father and to myself and my brother through a challenging time for our family. From the initial assessment and the need to put support in place quickly, they have been professional, supportive and have worked to help my father adjust to having care support.
Their communication is excellent and all the staff have been professional, respectful and caring, working hard to enable my father to maintain his independence. Right at Home was recommended to us by family friends. How glad we are that they did.

I can not praise Right at Home enough they have put our minds at rest regarding the care of my father-in-law, the staff are very professional and take marvellous care of him.
There is nothing too much to ask when the carers have finished caring for my Father-in-law they then start to do the housework.

Right At Home has been providing care for my Mum for over a year now. Their staff are lovely! They look after Mum’s needs well and she is very happy with them. They are kind, caring, and efficient in what they do, but also chat with Mum and are good company for her during their visits. The staff in

I’d highly recommend Right at Home. We have used Right at Home carers for our elderly parents for the past few years. All the carers are kind and caring and we know we can depend on them. The office staff are also supportive. They have been especially helpful as they are local and on hand while me and
my siblings live over an hour away. On occasions, they have gone the extra mile to sort out emergency situations until we were able to get there. I would highly recommend this caring agency.

My 94-year-old father lives alone, has specific medical needs and has been receiving care from Right at Home for approximately two months. The whole team have been amazing from the very start and could not do more to take good care of my father. I live some distance away and would not even consider
leaving him if I didn't have confidence in knowing that he is in good hands. They have on numerous occasions gone above and beyond the contractual hours to make sure he is ok including late evening and bank holiday impromptu visits. Each carer adds the personal touch and he feels at ease with them all, I could not wish for more and cannot recommend them more highly as I truly believe that Right at Home are second to none with the care and service they are providing for my dad and the constant reassurance and support they are giving to me.

Nothing is too much trouble.
Dress very smartly and appropriately.
Wear PPE at all calls.
Show an interest in what I'm doing.
Assist me to get to the local shop once a week.
The accompanying of a staff member enables this to happen.
Staff are very aware if
client is out of sorts and acts accordingly.

Really impressed with the service my mum received by both the carers and the management. We needed temporary care at short notice and this was put in place within a few days. A real lifesaver. The service was very flexible as my mum's needs changed over time. They could not be more helpful. The carers
were lovely and my mum enjoyed seeing them each day. Highly recommend this company. I will definitely use them again when the time comes. Big thank you to the whole team.

I left a successful career in publishing operations to start a family in 2016. After our daughter Dulcie arrived, my husband and I decided to make the move from London to the South coast and were immediately struck by the warm sense of community in our local area. Being part of the community was really important and through joining local groups I got to know and understand some of the challenges faced by our more vulnerable residents.


I had been considering a move into care for a while and was lucky enough to be provided with that opportunity in 2019. It was still a huge decision, but a personal life event cemented my chosen path as the right one.


When I saw the inconsistency of care that my Father received and the confusion that created for him and us as a family, I knew then that I wanted to provide a level of care in people’s homes that was dignified, bespoke to them and that enabled independence for as long as possible.


I’m the owner of Right at Home Chichester & Bognor Regis and so proud to say we can offer our clients a service that is Trusted, Honest and completely Person-Centred. Our aim is to help our clients live in the comfort of their own homes for as long as they can; we offer consistency of CareGivers so our Clients and their families are always seeing the same friendly faces and feel right at home.
