My father Charles was looked after by the Right at Home Team in Chichester. He lived alone as a 94 year old until a short illness and visit to Hospital. On his return we organised with RAH for carers to visit three times a day initially rising to 4 times towards the end of the care period. The staff
were always helpful, polite and caring and managed Charles with empathy and respect. During the latter stages when his health deteriorated they were in regular contact with myself and my sister and were very supportive and flexible at a difficult time.
I would have no hesitation in recommending RAH to other families based on our experience.

We started using Right at Home in May 2025. Sammie the Registered Care Manager was very responsive to the needs of my father-in-law, and a care plan was quickly in place. I am my father-in-laws full time carer and Right at Home have allowed my husband and I to have 1 day a week to ourselves, giving
me a much needed break. We generally have the same ladies visiting 4 times during the day. All of the carers are kind and gentle with my father-in-law who at 96 has dementia and other physical needs. Very importantly, if we ever have a query Sammie and other office based staff are easy to contact and quick to respond.

I have used the service for some time and I usually have the same person (Amy) although I have occasionally had someone else. All of them have done what I asked and looked after my husband well.

Right at Home have been like an emergency service for my father. They have always been there to support him and us as a family. They had treated us all with kindness at a very difficult time. We are very grateful to them.

I contacted Right at Home to discuss the possibility of arranging some carers for my Nan after a family emergency meant she would need some additional help around the house. I initially spoke to Georgie, who has been absolutely fantastic throughout. I work full time so often had to phone after 5 pm
or at the weekend and she was always available and happy to help. My Nan was initially strongly opposed to having anyone in to help, but Sophie handled this with sensitivity, and obviously has great respect and understanding for her clients. My Nan now has a carer come in every day of the week and has fully embraced them, which has made such a difference to her day to day living and also to our family.
We had researched many different companies and the reviews for Right at Home were outstanding and they haven't disappointed. I cannot thank Georgie enough for getting things organised so quickly and ensuring things ran so smoothly, at what was such a difficult time for our family.

First class in every respect. Thank you. I contacted Right at Home at very short notice having realized I would not be able to cope with the time table required for me to prepare for neurosurgery. I needed to shower with an antibacterial 3 days prior to admit once to hospital the person I spoke to
arranged everything and assured me all would be well - and it was!

Exceptional care and consideration for my mum. Privacy always a priority . Punctual timing and plenty of notice when appointments need changing. Nothing too much trouble. We are so happy with this company and would recommend them to anyone that finds themselves with aging parents.

The team do a great job with our dad. He can be an extremely stubborn and difficult man, but they all take it in their stride and do a good job of looking after him. Living alone, and far from us, it's also really nice that he has someone to chat to a couple of times a day.

The carers have displayed initiative, friendliness, and were always been ready to make my situation as comfortable as possible.

My mum has been treated with kindness and respect. She often has giggles with the carers and they understand her personality. She has been taken out for an ice-cream and had walks along the coast followed by chips on the beach.
They have a genuine fondness for their clients.
The management team
have been excellent. They are approachable, responsive and have always acted promptly, given good advice and showed great understanding. Thank you to all the team.

I have found it a great asset to have the carers visit me 3 times a week. They have been a great help with the various things I can no longer do myself much as driving to the hospital or doctor of sometimes do some shopping - also I have very much enjoyed a chat and a cup of tea or coffee.

Right at Home staff looked after my wife between 2023 and 2024. Other carers I met at a Dementia Hub spoke of RAH as being a good company for their loved ones. I now believe that they are in fact the BEST. All RAH employees displayed high levels of training, empathy and kindness, I was totally
satisfied and significantly, so was my wife. Using a company like RAH not only provided me with the time to do shopping etc, but also eased the difficult transition for my wife from home to residential care when the time came. Thank you, I always recommend Right at Home.

RAH started caring for my father when he was discharged from hospital in June 2024, with a letter from the Hospital stating that he needed full time 24 hour care as he was at the end of life and had been given only weeks to live as he wasn't eating or at all mobile even to get to the bathroom.
Gradually but within a very short time, a matter of a couple of weeks, the care givers had motivated him to eat and drink, get him mobile and clear up a grade 3 pressure sore that he had developed while in hospital. the family could not believe the miraculous recovery, by the end of August the day time care was reduced to a few hours leaving just the all night care , dad regained a lot of independence and was able to go out and drive a short distance
Sadly in December he had to have full brain radiotherapy due to a brain tumour and several cancers, RAH were called back again for 24 hour care and with the help of the hospice looked after him to the end their care and professionalism was amazing

caregivers are all lovely all very happy and helpful. I have a good bond with my regular carers.
Very happy with the support I receive from Right at Home. Would highly recommend.

Right at Home have been a great support to my father and to myself and my brother through a challenging time for our family. From the initial assessment and the need to put support in place quickly, they have been professional, supportive and have worked to help my father adjust to having care
support. Their communication is excellent and all the staff have been professional, respectful and caring, working hard to enable my father to maintain his independence. Right at Home was recommended to us by family friends. How glad we are that they did.

I can not praise Right at Home enough they have put our minds at rest regarding the care of my father-in-law, the staff are very professional and take marvellous care of him.
There is nothing too much to ask when the carers have finished caring for my Father-in-law they then start to do the
housework.

This is the best care company I have ever used and I have used a few over the years. I feel the caregivers and office team have amazing communication. I feel listened to at Right At Home.

I have not met a poor carer. All do what I ask them to do. All have been kind and friendly. Personally I like one or two more than others. That's normal.
