Everyone is helpful and kind and respectful.

Right At Home has been providing care for my Mum for over a year now. Their staff are lovely! They look after Mum’s needs well and she is very happy with them. They are kind, caring, and efficient in what they do, but also chat with Mum and are good company for her during their visits. The staff in
the office are always helpful and friendly. We are more than happy with the care Mum receives and would recommend Right At Home as a really good care provider.

I’d highly recommend Right at Home. We have used Right at Home carers for our elderly parents for the past few years. All the carers are kind and caring and we know we can depend on them. The office staff are also supportive. They have been especially helpful as they are local and on hand while me and
my siblings live over an hour away. On occasions, they have gone the extra mile to sort out emergency situations until we were able to get there. I would highly recommend this caring agency.

My 94-year-old father lives alone, has specific medical needs and has been receiving care from Right at Home for approximately two months. The whole team have been amazing from the very start and could not do more to take good care of my father. I live some distance away and would not even consider
leaving him if I didn't have confidence in knowing that he is in good hands. They have on numerous occasions gone above and beyond the contractual hours to make sure he is ok including late evening and bank holiday impromptu visits. Each carer adds the personal touch and he feels at ease with them all, I could not wish for more and cannot recommend them more highly as I truly believe that Right at Home are second to none with the care and service they are providing for my dad and the constant reassurance and support they are giving to me.

Staff are kind, caring and flexible.
Nothing is too much trouble.
Dress very smartly and appropriately.
Wear PPE at all calls.
Show an interest in what I'm doing.
Assist me to get to the local shop once a week.
The accompanying of a staff member enables this to happen.
Staff are very aware if
client is out of sorts and acts accordingly.

Really impressed with the service my mum received by both the carers and the management. We needed temporary care at short notice and this was put in place within a few days. A real lifesaver. The service was very flexible as my mum's needs changed over time. They could not be more helpful. The carers
were lovely and my mum enjoyed seeing them each day. Highly recommend this company. I will definitely use them again when the time comes. Big thank you to the whole team.

I have visits twice daily to help support me in a domiciliary capacity. They work well with my full-time carers and are one of the best companies I have worked with, with regards to time management, continuity of care, and general attitude towards me as a client.
The standard of care is extremely high,
and it's clear that each person I have worked with takes pride in their work. I'm treated with dignity for which I'm thankful, and as and when my needs have changed the company is able to be flexible and can accommodate me. It is a pleasure working with them.

I have always found the above company most helpful. The administration staff have always been helpful and polite.
The care providers (carers) have always too, been very obliging and thorough in their work. As individuals also, they are a very friendly group and will do whatever they can to assist you.
I cannot speak any other than to praise them most highly for all they do for me.

Mum (80) was struggling, having had bronchiectasis over the last 10 years that has worsened, and this was exacerbated last year when she broke her pelvis. Over Christmas things got even worse and we called Right at Home Chichester and Bognor Regis to help. We have now set up for carers to visit twice
a day and we are so happy with the effect it has had upon her. Mum is happier and, relieved of the need to do housework, is able to cope with her situation much better. Thank you so much - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone needing quality, caring help for their loved ones.

I asked Right at Home to look after my aunt, who was still living by herself, but starting to suffer from dementia and finding it hard to cope. Living over 4 hours away, it is difficult to visit and make sure my aunt was okay. I checked with the CQC and all the reviews pointed to Right at Home, and
from making contact and speaking to the managing director, I was very impressed. They visited my aunt alongside social services and made a great assessment of her needs and what would be best for her. My aunt has only got better with their care, they check she is eating, help her with cooking, going shopping and taking her medication. They are happy to arrange and take her to appointments and visit shops further afield and with their care and attention my aunt is flourishing. Thank you to everyone at Right at Home.

Right at Home Chichester and Bognor cared for my father during what could of been a particularly tough time but they made sure that he was cared for with the utmost dignity and compassion. He would look forward to seeing a friendly face and the last few weeks of his life were able to be of better quality

It's always a challenge finding care for yourself or a loved one but the gamble paid off for me with Right At Home.
My regular carers provide a great service. They deliver what they actually promise which is fantastic care that's reliable right in your home.
They treat my home with care and respect,
they treat my family with warmth and offer support when needed. I'm 43 years old and I'd recommend them for the young and the young at heart alike!

We were with another care agency for 2 years but then things began to go wrong and as my husband was on palliative care we needed another care agency and we were sent this company (wished we had them in the first place). The manager and her team made my husband and I very welcome always asking if we
were both ok. She could always tell if I wasn't myself and we would always have time to chat. My husband mostly had the same carer and she went above her duties to help him and stay on past her time. Fortunately we were only with this company for approximately 12 weeks then my husband lost his life, and some of the staff attended his funeral. I would not hesitate to recommend this company 100%. They ring you up just to make sure everything and you are alright. My husband's care was not straightforward and they accommodated his care to his needs. Can't give any starts for value for money as his care was funded.

The carers provided were professional, reliable and friendly and the same one visited apart from holiday commitments thereby ensuring continuity and an ongoing rapport with the client who came to view them more as a friend than a carer. It was appreciated that the carer also went beyond their basic

I left a successful career in publishing operations to start a family in 2016. After our daughter Dulcie arrived, my husband and I decided to make the move from London to the South coast and were immediately struck by the warm sense of community in our local area. Being part of the community was really important and through joining local groups I got to know and understand some of the challenges faced by our more vulnerable residents.


I had been considering a move into care for a while and was lucky enough to be provided with that opportunity in 2019. It was still a huge decision, but a personal life event cemented my chosen path as the right one.


When I saw the inconsistency of care that my Father received and the confusion that created for him and us as a family, I knew then that I wanted to provide a level of care in people’s homes that was dignified, bespoke to them and that enabled independence for as long as possible.


I’m the owner of Right at Home Chichester & Bognor Regis and so proud to say we can offer our clients a service that is Trusted, Honest and completely Person-Centred. Our aim is to help our clients live in the comfort of their own homes for as long as they can; we offer consistency of CareGivers so our Clients and their families are always seeing the same friendly faces and feel right at home.
