The caregiver's attention to detail is very much tailored to my needs.

I have not met a poor carer. All do what I ask them to do. All have been kind and friendly. Personally I like one or two more than others. That's normal.

The carer comes to me three times a week and does an excellent job looking after me and cleaning the house.

Right At Home has been providing care for my Mum for over a year now. Their staff are lovely! They look after Mum’s needs well and she is very happy with them. They are kind, caring, and efficient in what they do, but also chat with Mum and are good company for her during their visits. The staff in the office are always helpful and friendly. I’d highly recommend Right at Home. We have used Right at Home carers for our elderly parents for the past few years. All the carers are kind and caring and we know we can depend on them. The office staff are also supportive. They have been especially helpful as they are local and on hand while me and my siblings live over an hour away. On occasions, they have gone the extra mile to sort out emergency situations until we were able to get there. I would highly recommend this caring agency.

My 94-year-old father lives alone, has specific medical needs and has been receiving care from Right at Home for approximately two months. The whole team have been amazing from the very start and could not do more to take good care of my father. I live some distance away and would not even consider leaving him if I didn't have confidence in knowing that he is in good hands. They have on numerous occasions gone above and beyond the contractual hours to make sure he is ok including late evening and bank holiday impromptu visits. Each carer adds the personal touch and he feels at ease with them all, I could not wish for more and cannot recommend them more highly as I truly believe that Right at Home are second to none with the care and service they are providing for my dad and the constant reassurance and support they are giving to me.

Really impressed with the service my mum received by both the carers and the management. We needed temporary care at short notice and this was put in place within a few days. A real lifesaver. The service was very flexible as my mum's needs changed over time. They could not be more helpful. The carers were lovely and my mum enjoyed seeing them each day. Highly recommend this company. The standard of care is extremely high, and it's clear that each person I have worked with takes pride in their work. I'm treated with dignity for which I'm thankful, and as and when my needs have changed the company is able to be flexible and can accommodate me. It is a pleasure working with them.

The care providers (carers) have always too, been very obliging and thorough in their work. As individuals also, they are a very friendly group and will do whatever they can to assist you. I cannot speak any other than to praise them most highly for all they do for me.

Mum (80) was struggling, having had bronchiectasis over the last 10 years that has worsened, and this was exacerbated last year when she broke her pelvis. Over Christmas things got even worse and we called Right at Home Chichester and Bognor Regis to help. We have now set up for carers to visit twice a day and we are so happy with the effect it has had upon her. Mum is happier and, relieved of the need to do housework, is able to cope with her situation much better. Right at Home Chichester and Bognor Regis have been professional and helpful. There is always someone to answer the phone when I call and she always answers in a friendly, positive way. I would recommend them to others.

I asked Right at Home to look after my aunt, who was still living by herself, but starting to suffer from dementia and finding it hard to cope. Living over 4 hours away, it is difficult to visit and make sure my aunt was okay. I checked with the CQC and all the reviews pointed to Right at Home, and from making contact and speaking to the managing director, I was very impressed. They visited my aunt alongside social services and made a great assessment of her needs and what would be best for her. My aunt has only got better with their care, they check she is eating, help her with cooking, going shopping and taking her medication. They are happy to arrange and take her to appointments and visit shops further afield and with their care and attention my aunt is flourishing. Thank you to everyone at Right at Home.

Right at Home Chichester and Bognor cared for my father during what could of been a particularly tough time but they made sure that he was cared for with the utmost dignity and compassion. He would look forward to seeing a friendly face and the last few weeks of his life were able to be of better quality due to the outstanding caregivers.
