My 91-year-old mum fell in June and broke her hip. She was provided with NHS care when she went back home in July, but she needed private carers to take over. We met with Right at Home and were impressed with their professional and friendly approach. We appointed them and they started in the second
week of August. Three weeks on and our initial impressions have proved to be correct. They are meticulous in preparing and delivering the things that Mum needs. Every person we have dealt with has been helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Most importantly, Mum really likes them and she feels safe and has full confidence in them.
We have no previous experience of carers fees but theirs seem very reasonable to us for the quality of service they provide.
I would recommend them to anybody.

At a time when the family felt totally overwhelmed by our mother's cancer diagnosis, and the need for constant care, the Right at Home Care team were amazing from day 1.
Not only did our mother receive loving professional care, we too were supported emotionally and given valuable advice and guidance.
We
were initially sceptical about having strangers look after our mother, however, I cannot at any point remember feeling that the care team were strangers in our home.
After hearing lots of horror stories about carers, we feel very fortunate that this was not our experience and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I’m so happy to have a lovely, kind lady to care for my mum 3 mornings a week. She shows kindness and courtesy to my parents and has a lovely sense of humour. This provider has a very keen sense of health and safety requirements whilst delivering a prompt, caring and informed service. Nothing was too much trouble and the contract terms were such that I had maximum flexibility. This was a very strong feature of the service.

I left a successful career in publishing operations to start a family in 2016. After our daughter Dulcie arrived, my husband and I decided to make the move from London to the South coast and were immediately struck by the warm sense of community in our local area. Being part of the community was really important and through joining local groups I got to know and understand some of the challenges faced by our more vulnerable residents.


I had been considering a move into care for a while and was lucky enough to be provided with that opportunity in 2019. It was still a huge decision, but a personal life event cemented my chosen path as the right one.


When I saw the inconsistency of care that my Father received and the confusion that created for him and us as a family, I knew then that I wanted to provide a level of care in people’s homes that was dignified, bespoke to them and that enabled independence for as long as possible.


I’m the owner of Right at Home Chichester & Bognor Regis and so proud to say we can offer our clients a service that is Trusted, Honest and completely Person-Centred. Our aim is to help our clients live in the comfort of their own homes for as long as they can; we offer consistency of CareGivers so our Clients and their families are always seeing the same friendly faces and feel right at home.
