My friend received wonderful care at home whilst recovering from a knee operation. The whole team both the office staff and the carers were very kind, friendly and sympathetic to her needs. I was quite worried about her care but as it turned out quite needlessly. Thank you once again for the care she was given.

They treat my home with care and respect, they treat my family with warmth and offer support when needed. I'm 43 years old and I'd recommend them for the young and the young at heart alike!

We were with another care agency for 2 years but then things began to go wrong and as my husband was on palliative care we needed another care agency and we were sent this company (wished we had them in the first place). The manager and her team made my husband and I very welcome always asking if we were both ok. She could always tell if I wasn't myself and we would always have time to chat. My husband mostly had the same carer and she went above her duties to help him and stay on past her time. Fortunately we were only with this company for approximately 12 weeks then my husband lost his life, and some of the staff attended his funeral. I would not hesitate to recommend this company 100%. They ring you up just to make sure everything and you are alright. My husband's care was not straightforward and they accommodated his care to his needs. Can't give any starts for value for money as his care was funded.

The carers provided were professional, reliable and friendly and the same one visited apart from holiday commitments thereby ensuring continuity and an ongoing rapport with the client who came to view them more as a friend than a carer. It was appreciated that the carer also went beyond their basic remit without complaint.

All carers who visited us were well presented with a recognisable uniform and their equipment to hand. They were friendly in their approach and very helpful in responding to our daily needs. In particular, they would often suggest one or two smaller jobs which they were willing to carry out if time permitted. This was much appreciated by us. We always felt the benefit of their visits each time. We are happy that the care they offered helped speed our return to normality and we wish to thank you all for your excellent care and attention.

I can't thank them enough and their service has helped my mum decide that she is also better off in a home where she can get this attention all the time.

The standard of care is excellent, a very friendly team and adaptable when I needed extra care sessions for my mother as I couldn't come due to having covid. Would definitely recommend Right at Home as caregivers.

Right at Home have been absolutely fantastic from beginning to end! We have had so many hassles trying to get a diagnosis for my mom as well as get support from the NHS but Right at Home helped with care in the interim, with advice and guidance and just so very supportive. It's been fantastic considering I arranged care remotely as I live over 100 miles away everyone in the team supported us every step of the way.

For the first time, our bright, healthy, independent mum needed care support. We shortlisted Right at Home following a review of the local market providers and then made our selection based on first impressions. They had the right blend of listening, wanting to understand mum’s situation and needs and then matching to their services.

Our experience of the service then lived up to the promise. I liked their professional, pragmatic and above all caring approach. And of much greater importance, so did mum! One simple illustration; mum had a fall and used her pendant to call for help. The usual contacts were unavailable and family members were too far away. Right at Home answered our cry for help and with their local network were able to get to mum and provide the necessary intervention and reassurance.

Seeking care at home for our independent mother was not an easy step but Right at Home made the journey a lot more comfortable than we had anticipated.

I have found the service to be very reliable and prompt to inform us of any issues that may have arisen during their visits. There is great care to maintain continuity of caring staff who are friendly and considerate with priority placed on maintaining my mother's dignity and safety. This service combines good value for money with a flexible care package tailored to my mother's needs.

We met the carer for the first time in November, she introduced herself and explained what she would do, we found her caring and very professional, she performed her tasks well and talked to her client all the way through. It has been a really good experience and we think highly of the way the agency is run, always someone on the end of the phone to help if we have any queries.

My mum (93) has been receiving support from the team for approx six months, following a fall that knocked her confidence. From the start, we felt the team went out of their way to understand Mum as an individual as well as her care needs. Her care plan has been tailored to suit these, with reliable and caring helpers. Mum's needs are not great, but the visits offer us assurance. Mum has got to know her carer and vice versa. This continuity ( wherever possible) has also helped us all keep an eye out for changing needs. As a health care worker myself, it gives me great peace of mind.
