I have nothing but praise for the Right at Home team and their management. From the very outset, communication and organisation of the care provided was second to none. Every aspect of it was expertly handled with every care and attention, where possible, expertly provided. I would have no hesitation

My parents need help. My sister and I live 200 miles away. From the instant we found Right at Home a lot of stress has been taken away. Professional and caring all the way from initial contact to the carers who turn up on a daily basis. As a family we could not have had a better experience - this really

Right At Home have taken over from a previous care company that didn't deliver proper care needs.
Since Right At Home have been caring for my elderly mother she has been so much happier. Her anxiety and stress have reduced and she is always laughing and jolly.
As her daughter, I also feel happier.
The manager and the team are welcoming and easy to talk to. Would recommend.

I have found the service to be very reliable and prompt to inform us of any issues that may have arisen during their visits. There is great care to maintain continuity of caring staff who are friendly and considerate with priority placed on maintaining my mother's dignity and safety. This service combines

We met the carer for the first time in November, she introduced herself and explained what she would do, we found her caring and very professional, she performed her tasks well and talked to her client all the way through. It has been a really good experience and we think highly of the way the agency
is run, always someone on the end of the phone to help if we have any queries.

My mum (93) has been receiving support from the team for approx six months, following a fall that knocked her confidence. From the start, we felt the team went out of their way to understand Mum as an individual as well as her care needs. Her care plan has been tailored to suit these, with reliable
and caring helpers. Mum's needs are not great, but the visits offer us assurance. Mum has got to know her carer and vice versa. This continuity ( wherever possible) has also helped us all keep an eye out for changing needs. As a health care worker myself, it gives me great peace of mind. I have found all my interactions with the Manager and the team to be both professional and caring. Thank you

I have been very pleased with the service received by my elderly mother. The Right at home team, led by the Care Manager, have always been sympathetic, practical, and professional and are always available to answer any queries or concerns I or she may have.
I would have no hesitation in recommending

We found Right at Home on the internet.
From the initial phone call to the Manager, we had great confidence.
The group of carers she has allocated to my mum have been absolutely brilliant, they listen and do exactly what mum needs and wants. We are extremely impressed and local neighbours have
reported that they have noticed a significant improvement in her whole demeanor.
Thank you so much, this lovely care has stopped her from being admitted to a long stay place in a care home which she absolutely didn't want.

The carers from Right at Home were amazing. They helped me to look after my husband for the last three months of his life. They were patient, professional, cheerful and always ready to listen…to both of us. We felt we became friends not just clients on a rota. I could not have managed without them.
Their love and care enabled me to fulfil my husband’s wish to remain at home. I have no hesitation in recommending Right at Home Chichester and Bognor Regis.

I recently asked Right at Home if they could help with my mum when she came down to stay with us for 2 weeks. In all, my mum had three carers over the 2 week period including the same carer for all weekdays. All 3 carers were very professional with my mum, helping her get showered and dressed each morning
and just as importantly they all had a friendly sunny demeanour. Their overall approach gave us and my mum a feeling that she was in very safe hands and swept away any worries we may have had.

My 91-year-old mum fell in June and broke her hip. She was provided with NHS care when she went back home in July, but she needed private carers to take over. We met with Right at Home and were impressed with their professional and friendly approach. We appointed them and they started in the second
week of August. Three weeks on and our initial impressions have proved to be correct. They are meticulous in preparing and delivering the things that Mum needs. Every person we have dealt with has been helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Most importantly, Mum really likes them and she feels safe and has full confidence in them.
We have no previous experience of carers fees but theirs seem very reasonable to us for the quality of service they provide.
I would recommend them to anybody.

At a time when the family felt totally overwhelmed by our mother's cancer diagnosis, and the need for constant care, the Right at Home Care team were amazing from day 1.
Not only did our mother receive loving professional care, we too were supported emotionally and given valuable advice and guidance.
We
were initially sceptical about having strangers look after our mother, however, I cannot at any point remember feeling that the care team were strangers in our home.
After hearing lots of horror stories about carers, we feel very fortunate that this was not our experience and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I’m so happy to have a lovely, kind lady to care for my mum 3 mornings a week. She shows kindness and courtesy to my parents and has a lovely sense of humour. My mum is treated with the dignity you’d wish for her personal care. I wished we had thought of care a long time ago. This is an amazing company

This provider has a very keen sense of health and safety requirements whilst delivering a prompt, caring and informed service. Nothing was too much trouble and the contract terms were such that I had maximum flexibility. This was a very strong feature of the service.

I left a successful career in publishing operations to start a family in 2016. After our daughter Dulcie arrived, my husband and I decided to make the move from London to the South coast and were immediately struck by the warm sense of community in our local area. Being part of the community was really important and through joining local groups I got to know and understand some of the challenges faced by our more vulnerable residents.


I had been considering a move into care for a while and was lucky enough to be provided with that opportunity in 2019. It was still a huge decision, but a personal life event cemented my chosen path as the right one.


When I saw the inconsistency of care that my Father received and the confusion that created for him and us as a family, I knew then that I wanted to provide a level of care in people’s homes that was dignified, bespoke to them and that enabled independence for as long as possible.


I’m the owner of Right at Home Chichester & Bognor Regis and so proud to say we can offer our clients a service that is Trusted, Honest and completely Person-Centred. Our aim is to help our clients live in the comfort of their own homes for as long as they can; we offer consistency of CareGivers so our Clients and their families are always seeing the same friendly faces and feel right at home.
