All carers who visited us were well presented with a recognisable uniform and their equipment to hand. They were friendly in their approach and very helpful in responding to our daily needs. In particular, they would often suggest one or two smaller jobs which they were willing to carry out if time
permitted. This was much appreciated by us. We always felt the benefit of their visits each time. We are happy that the care they offered helped speed our return to normality and we wish to thank you all for your excellent care and attention.

The team have been outstanding. My elderly parents lived in the family home in Aldwick. My dad has dementia and I have just placed him in care. My mum needed help at home but was reluctant to accept it. One staff member, in particular, was excellent at meeting Mum, settling her down and then coming
on the first visit to administer the shower. She has also been on subsequent visits too. Which is fantastic as I know her time is precious. In addition, she has also been really helpful at providing advice on other matters and in notifying me of my mum's skin condition.
I haven't met another member of staff who was also a massive help in setting things in motion.
I can't thank them enough and their service has helped my mum decide that she is also better off in a home where she can get this attention all the time.

I cannot thank the manager and the team enough for the help they provide. My mum really enjoys the companionship visits. The fees charged are very reasonable compared to other companies in the area. The manager took time to find out what my mum needed and made sure the companion was the right fit.
She is always available to offer advice which I really appreciate. Amazing service, amazing people. Thanks so much for being there.

We have had so many hassles trying to get a diagnosis for my mom as well as get support from the NHS but Right at Home helped with care in the interim, with advice and guidance and just so very supportive. It's been fantastic considering
I arranged care remotely as I live over 100 miles away everyone in the team supported us every step of the way.

For the first time, our bright, healthy, independent mum needed care support. We shortlisted Right at Home following a review of the local market providers and then made our selection based on first impressions. They had the right blend of listening, wanting to understand mum’s situation and needs and
then matching to their services.


Our experience of the service then lived up to the promise. I liked their professional, pragmatic and above all caring approach. And of much greater importance, so did mum! One simple illustration; mum had a fall and used her pendant to call for help. The usual contacts were unavailable and family members were too far away. Right at Home answered our cry for help and with their local network were able to get to mum and provide the necessary intervention and reassurance.


Seeking care at home for our independent mother was not an easy step but Right at Home made the journey a lot more comfortable than we had anticipated.

Right At Home have taken over from a previous care company that didn't deliver proper care needs.
Since Right At Home have been caring for my elderly mother she has been so much happier. Her anxiety and stress have reduced and she is always laughing and jolly.
As her daughter, I also feel happier.
The manager and the team are welcoming and easy to talk to. Would recommend.

We met the carer for the first time in November, she introduced herself and explained what she would do, we found her caring and very professional, she performed her tasks well and talked to her client all the way through. It has been a really good experience and we think highly of the way the agency

My mum (93) has been receiving support from the team for approx six months, following a fall that knocked her confidence. From the start, we felt the team went out of their way to understand Mum as an individual as well as her care needs. Her care plan has been tailored to suit these, with reliable
and caring helpers. Mum's needs are not great, but the visits offer us assurance. Mum has got to know her carer and vice versa. This continuity ( wherever possible) has also helped us all keep an eye out for changing needs. As a health care worker myself, it gives me great peace of mind. I have found all my interactions with the Manager and the team to be both professional and caring. Thank you

We found Right at Home on the internet.
From the initial phone call to the Manager, we had great confidence.
The group of carers she has allocated to my mum have been absolutely brilliant, they listen and do exactly what mum needs and wants. We are extremely impressed and local neighbours have
reported that they have noticed a significant improvement in her whole demeanor.
Thank you so much, this lovely care has stopped her from being admitted to a long stay place in a care home which she absolutely didn't want.

I recently asked Right at Home if they could help with my mum when she came down to stay with us for 2 weeks. In all, my mum had three carers over the 2 week period including the same carer for all weekdays. All 3 carers were very professional with my mum, helping her get showered and dressed each morning
and just as importantly they all had a friendly sunny demeanour. Their overall approach gave us and my mum a feeling that she was in very safe hands and swept away any worries we may have had.

I left a successful career in publishing operations to start a family in 2016. After our daughter Dulcie arrived, my husband and I decided to make the move from London to the South coast and were immediately struck by the warm sense of community in our local area. Being part of the community was really important and through joining local groups I got to know and understand some of the challenges faced by our more vulnerable residents.


I had been considering a move into care for a while and was lucky enough to be provided with that opportunity in 2019. It was still a huge decision, but a personal life event cemented my chosen path as the right one.


When I saw the inconsistency of care that my Father received and the confusion that created for him and us as a family, I knew then that I wanted to provide a level of care in people’s homes that was dignified, bespoke to them and that enabled independence for as long as possible.


I’m the owner of Right at Home Chichester & Bognor Regis and so proud to say we can offer our clients a service that is Trusted, Honest and completely Person-Centred. Our aim is to help our clients live in the comfort of their own homes for as long as they can; we offer consistency of CareGivers so our Clients and their families are always seeing the same friendly faces and feel right at home.
