Time was given by the Care Manager to get to know me and prepare my care plan beforehand. The carers that visited me were confident, friendly, and genuinely wanted to take care of me! They were willing to do all that I needed and I enjoyed chatting with them during the visits. I now know that I can use their services if I need extra support in the future.
Thank you so much for your kind feedback. We are delighted to hear that you felt reassured and well supported by our team.

A big big thank you to everyone in the Right at Home team for looking after my Step-Mum so well whilst she is recovering after her operation. They have always been very friendly, caring and understanding, providing her with companionship as well as the help and support she has needed. This has included with both regular daily visits and taking her for an appointment. It's been very reassuring for me too to know we can rely on the team for help. Thank you once again.
Thank you so much for your lovely message. It truly means a great deal to all of us. We're delighted to hear that your step-mum has felt supported, cared for, and comfortable during her recovery - that's exactly what we strive for every day.
Wishing your step-mum a smooth and steady recovery, and please don't hesitate to reach out if there's anything more we can do.
The service we have received from Right At Home has been brilliant. We really look forward to their visits. They are kind, caring, but most of all really fun to have around. It's a great comfort to know that they're at the end of the phone.
Thank you so much for your lovely review. We're delighted to hear how much you enjoy our visits. Knowing that our team brings kindness, care, and a bit of fun into your day means the world to us. It's wonderful to know you feel supported and reassured whenever you need us. We truly appreciate your kind words.
What a joy dealing with the staff at Right to Home. Always cheerful and friendly and, at the same time, providing an excellent service. The team have been working with my sister who is presently in a nursing home. They have been providing additional support to my sister in the form of a car and driver/carer twice a week, providing my sister with mobility and companionship. Due to problems with her eyesight she has had to give up driving. Besides providing the transport the carers have helped my sister with sorting out around her house and at the same time provided companionship.
Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to share your experience. We are delighted to hear that the team has been able to provide both practical support and companionship for your sister during this time. Maintaining independence, mobility, and social connection is so...
We've been using Right At Home for daily care for my 93-year-old mother, and the carers are wonderful. They are kind, thoughtful, and treat her with genuine warmth and respect. It's clear they truly care about the people they look after, and they always go the extra mile to brighten her day. Highly recommended.
Thank you so much for your kind words and recommendation. It means a great deal to hear that your mother feels cared for, respected, and supported by our team. We're incredibly proud of our carers and the compassion they bring every day. Knowing they've made such a positive difference and brightened your mother's days is truly rewarding. Thank you for trusting us with her care.
I speak very highly of RIght at Home. They provide consistent high quality care, both in the office team and the visiting carers, forming friendly, considerate relationships with their clients. Because I trusted the standard of care they provide, I felt I could relax knowing my dad and then my aunt were in safe capable hands. On occasions, outside of the care times provided, if there was an issue, which I was unable to manage due to circumstance, they were always available to be a reliable point of contact to ask for extra support. RIght at Home are not just a service provider they are a team of genuinely caring human beings.
We are especially pleased to hear that both our office team and carers helped provide not only high-quality care, but...
I cannot speak highly enough of both the office staff and the carers. The office staff always worked with my my mum's and the family's interest at heart, and provided carers that my mum simply loved. Her days were made special by looking forward to those carers. I cannot get over the kindness and care they showed to my mum.
Thank you so much for your very kind words. We are very proud of our staff and how they made your Mum's days special
Mum has been recieving companion calls for the last six months and really enjoys the carer's visits. Mum has Dementia and this impacts social abilities etc. The Carers chat, support Mum with small chores and play silly games which she loves! Mum has a regular team of 4 carers, a rarity these days! And these ladies really seem to care about supporting and encouraging Mum. We are very impressed with the company, Lisa and Leah do their best to provide the consistent care, along with any extra calls we may need, most of the time with the same carers from her team. Timing is consistent and any changes are communicated to us beforehand to make sure we are happy. The team of carers are excellent, and Mum looks forward to their arrival. Am well impressed with the service this company provides so far.
Thank you so much for your kind review. We're delighted to hear how much your mum enjoys her companion calls and the consistency of her care team. It's wonderful to know she looks forward to their visits, and we're very proud of the carers for the support and encouragement they provide. Thank you for your trust and support.
I called several care companies before I found Right at Home and from the moment I spoke to the office staff I knew I had found the right company for my mum. They weren't just filling in a form but instead listened to our needs. The ladies who visit are wonderful and suggest ideas on how they can help her each week. We are also able to extend visits to cover appointments too. I am extremely happy with the service received so far and all the staff at Right at Home. Thank you - it has given me the additional support we needed.
Thank you so much for your kind feedback. We're delighted to hear that you felt listened to and supported from the start, and that our team has been able to make a positive difference for your mum. Your lovely comments mean a great deal to us, and we're pleased to be providing the support needed. Thank you for choosing Right at Home.
I have always found that Right at Home supplied excellent carers - very experienced, dedicated and good at their duties within a difficult home environment. I met several of the carers over the last couple of years and they were all lovely people and seemed to form a good relationship with my brother and sister and provided high quality care.
The office communications was also very good - I was always kept up to date with issues that were arising, so these could be dealt with as required.
I also found the admin of the office to be excellent. Anton and his team are providing a brilliant service. I would highly recommend Right at Home.
It has been an absolute privilege to have supported your brother-in-law and your sister, and are very pleased that your sister has now settled in her new home well. Thank you for your lovely review - we are extremely proud of our very professional and caring team!
The carers are kind and very supportive and the office staff are helpful and friendly. During the last months of my mother's life, all the staff and carers were such a comfort and support for Dad and I. The carers always leave the house clean and tidy and the care they provide is second to none. I cannot thank them enough for all they have done for us - they made such a difference during a very difficult time.
It has been a real honour to have been able to support your Mum, Dad and the family during such a tough time. We are proud to have been able to have made a difference.
Absolutely excellent communication when setting up the care provision. The care provided has then been seamless. We are rarely troubled unless essential to ensuring our client is well looked after at all times.
Thank you for the wonderful reply. It's a pleasure to look after all of our clients.
I have found my carers from Right at Home to be really friendly, supportive and considerate to my needs. They always come across as very professional and skilled. Their focus and attention to detail is really appreciated.
Thank you very much for your wonderful review! It truly means a lot to us. We're thrilled to hear that you are happy with the caregivers and the care they provide.
Right at Home have kept me and the family clearly updated on any changes in my mother in law's health and well being. A caring, concerned attitude is shown by every staff member throughout the management team and hands on carers. They are all polite, friendly and show respect to my mother in law and to ourselves as a family and highly professional with their nursing skills. We are extremely grateful for all the advice and care shown by all at Right at Home.
Thankyou for the review. Its so lovely hear your kind words about our staff.
The office staff are very efficient and have organised the visits very well. I particularly like being able to read the feedback on each visit that the carer updates online on leaving Mum. It gives me a good idea of how Mum is, and what has happened during the visit.
I would recommend them highly.+
Thankyou for the lovely review and feedback. We are proud to be able to provide the support when needed.
The team provided care to my Dad for many years and without their ongoing support, he could not have remained living in his own home where he wanted to be. The carers were proactive and always put my father in the centre of everything they did.
At times they went beyond in the care and support they provided to him and for that we will always be grateful.
In the last two weeks of his life they were so reactive in the care they provided to him and supported him to die at home with dignity and respect.
As a family they fully support us at this very difficult time and ensured we were all ok. Kind words, cups of tea, space when we needed it and all care for my Dad when we needed a few minutes to step away.
Thank you to all the staff. We so much appreciated everything you did for Dad and for us.
Thankyou so much for the lovely review. Such kind words. Im glad we were able to support you and the family in anyway we could.
From the very first introductory meeting with the Right at Home staff, we felt valued as customers, and were immediately confident that we were in good hands. We have always found Right at Home to be helpful, supportive and understanding. The office staff are friendly and obliging, and the carers are worth their weight in gold, reliable, knowledgeable and compassionate, going above and beyond as a matter of course.
I accepted this which was Later than I hoped. This has been difficult as time keeping has been erratic.
I understand reasons why, but several times it's been necessary for me to ring to find out if anyone was indeed coming.
I would have expected that I should have been informed of any delay. Delays have been up to 25 minutes.
Not the carer's fault - but it seems their schedule is so tight, and patients need more time perhaps, that and distance to travel from
One venue to the next. They all are excellent, nice, friendly and a delight to have around.
The carers are very kind, thoughtful and friendly to my Mother and Aunt, they have lovely chats together as well as performing their tasks and safe guarding functions.
The managers and back office team are also very good: always responsive and helpful.
Well done everyone!!
Right at Home provided daily visit to my father, and he thought of the carer's as his girls and was always happy to see them, as they provided daily contact and met his day to day care needs.
As my father's needs changed Right at Home were able to meet his needs, right up to the time of his passing.
Thankyou. Caring for your dad has truly been a privilege. He was such a character who all the carer's enjoyed seeing.
