Right at Home (Worthing & Shoreham)

My time s a client is coming to an end. It started after a spell in hospital and my daughters felt I needed somebody to at least look in on me a daily basis.I have had 6 months of special care from a variety of carers of varying ages all of all have treating me with kindness and good humour and I will miss them all. I would happily recommend them.

The staff who come out are very nice and caring. They do all that I ask of them and are very helpful. I feel safe and am very grateful of their company and help on the occasional days out that I have when the carer comes with me.

It's given our whole family such peace of mind knowing she's in safe, caring hands.

The care team have always provided excellent care & support for mum & dad whenever the call is.

Right at Home have provided care for almost 3 years now and have shown a consistent high level of care throughout this period.

During a 3 year period there have been a small number of issues/queries, but when raised these have been dealt with promptly and to my satisfaction, which is credit to the support/managerial team to ensure that mum & dad's care is a priority.

Time was given by the Care Manager to get to know me and prepare my care plan beforehand. The carers that visited me were confident, friendly, and genuinely wanted to take care of me! They were willing to do all that I needed and I enjoyed chatting with them during the visits. I now know that I can use their services if I need extra support in the future.

A big big thank you to everyone in the Right at Home team for looking after my Step-Mum so well whilst she is recovering after her operation. They have always been very friendly, caring and understanding, providing her with companionship as well as the help and support she has needed. This has included with both regular daily visits and taking her for an appointment. It's been very reassuring for me too to know we can rely on the team for help. Thank you once again.

The service we have received from Right At Home has been brilliant. We really look forward to their visits.They are kind, caring, but most of all really fun to have around. It's a great comfort to know that they're at the end of the phone.

What a joy dealing with the staff at Right to Home. Always cheerful and friendly and, at the same time, providing an excellent service. The team have been working with my sister who is presently in a nursing home. They have been providing additional support to my sister in the form of a car and driver/carer twice a week, providing my sister with mobility and companionship. Due to problems with her eyesight she has had to give up driving. Besides providing the transport the carers have helped my sister with sorting out around her house and at the same time provided companionship.

I speak very highly of RIght at Home. They provide consistent high quality care, both in the office team and the visiting carers, forming friendly, considerate relationships with their clients. Because I trusted the standard of care they provide, I felt I could relax knowing my dad and then my aunt were in safe capable hands. On occasions, outside of the care times provided, if there was an issue, which I was unable to manage due to circumstance, they were always available to be a reliable point of contact to ask for extra support. RIght at Home are not just a service provider they are a team of genuinely caring human beings.

I cannot speak highly enough of both the office staff and the carers. The office staff always worked with my my mum's and the family's interest at heart, and provided carers that my mum simply loved. Her days were made special by looking forward to those carers. I cannot get over the kindness and care they showed to my mum.

Mum has been recieving companion calls for the last six months and really enjoys the carer's visits. Mum has Dementia and this impacts social abilities etc. The Carers chat, support Mum with small chores and play silly games which she loves! Mum has a regular team of 4 carers, a rarity these days! And these ladies really seem to care about supporting and encouraging Mum. We are very impressed with the company, Lisa and Leah do their best to provide the consistent care, along with any extra calls we may need, most of the time with the same carers from her team. Timing is consistent and any changes are communicated to us beforehand to make sure we are happy. The team of carers are excellent, and Mum looks forward to their arrival. Am well impressed with the service this company provides so far.

I called several care companies before I found Right at Home and from the moment I spoke to the office staff I knew I had found the right company for my mum. They weren't just filling in a form but instead listened to our needs. The ladies who visit are wonderful and suggest ideas on how they can help her each week. We are also able to extend visits to cover appointments too. I am extremely happy with the service received so far and all the staff at Right at Home. Thank you - it has given me the additional support we needed.

I also found the admin of the office to be excellent. Anton and his team are providing a brilliant service. I would highly recommend Right at Home.

The carers are kind and very supportive and the office staff are helpful and friendly. During the last months of my mother's life, all the staff and carers were such a comfort and support for Dad and I. The carers always leave the house clean and tidy and the care they provide is second to none. I cannot thank them enough for all they have done for us - they made such a difference during a very difficult time.

Absolutely excellent communication when setting up the care provision. The care provided has then been seamless. We are rarely troubled unless essential to ensuring our client is well looked after at all times.

I have found my carers from Right at Home to be really friendly, supportive and considerate to my needs. They always come across as very professional and skilled. Their focus and attention to detail is really appreciated.

Right at Home have kept me and the family clearly updated on any changes in my mother in law's health and well being. A caring, concerned attitude is shown by every staff member throughout the management team and hands on carers. They are all polite, friendly and show respect to my mother in law and to ourselves as a family and highly professional with their nursing skills. We are extremely grateful for all the advice and care shown by all at Right at Home.
