Right at Home (Worthing & Shoreham)

I cannot speak highly enough of both the office staff and the carers. The office staff always worked with my my mum's and the family's interest at heart, and provided carers that my mum simply loved. Her days were made special by looking forward to those carers. I cannot get over the kindness and care they showed to my mum.

Mum has been recieving companion calls for the last six months and really enjoys the carer's visits. Mum has Dementia and this impacts social abilities etc. The Carers chat, support Mum with small chores and play silly games which she loves! Mum has a regular team of 4 carers, a rarity these days! And these ladies really seem to care about supporting and encouraging Mum. We are very impressed with the company, Lisa and Leah do their best to provide the consistent care, along with any extra calls we may need, most of the time with the same carers from her team. Timing is consistent and any changes are communicated to us beforehand to make sure we are happy. The team of carers are excellent, and Mum looks forward to their arrival. Am well impressed with the service this company provides so far.

I called several care companies before I found Right at Home and from the moment I spoke to the office staff I knew I had found the right company for my mum. They weren't just filling in a form but instead listened to our needs. The ladies who visit are wonderful and suggest ideas on how they can help her each week. We are also able to extend visits to cover appointments too. I am extremely happy with the service received so far and all the staff at Right at Home. Thank you - it has given me the additional support we needed.

I also found the admin of the office to be excellent. Anton and his team are providing a brilliant service. I would highly recommend Right at Home.

The carers are kind and very supportive and the office staff are helpful and friendly. During the last months of my mother's life, all the staff and carers were such a comfort and support for Dad and I. The carers always leave the house clean and tidy and the care they provide is second to none. I cannot thank them enough for all they have done for us - they made such a difference during a very difficult time.

Absolutely excellent communication when setting up the care provision. The care provided has then been seamless. We are rarely troubled unless essential to ensuring our client is well looked after at all times.

I have found my carers from Right at Home to be really friendly, supportive and considerate to my needs. They always come across as very professional and skilled. Their focus and attention to detail is really appreciated.

Right at Home have kept me and the family clearly updated on any changes in my mother in law's health and well being. A caring, concerned attitude is shown by every staff member throughout the management team and hands on carers. They are all polite, friendly and show respect to my mother in law and to ourselves as a family and highly professional with their nursing skills. Right at Home provided daily visit to my father, and he thought of the carer's as his girls and was always happy to see them, as they provided daily contact and met his day to day care needs.

As my father's needs changed Right at Home were able to meet his needs, right up to the time of his passing.

We were looking for care for my mum and dad and had been sent 6 local agency's to call. We short listed to 2, rang them both, asked the same questions and by 100%, Staff member at Right at Home blew us out of the water. She was kind, genuine, caring and answered all our questions. She remained professional throughout and was understanding of our needs. I would recommend Right at Home to anyone I spoke to who needed care for anyone. I cannot say enough good things about the wonderful care my mum is receiving. She loves her carer's visits after initially being nervous. We have found that nothing is too much trouble and in my view, the company always goes above and beyond.

Right at Home supported my frail mother, who still lived at home, for a year until her recent demise. From the start, the engagement was positive with friendly and committed people and a solid assessment process. Although several carers attended my mother the number of people was kept to a minimum due to her Alzheimer’s and all were punctual, engaging, friendly and efficient. They helped make my mother’s last year comfortable.
