My partner and I are so happy with the service and kindness we have received. We know my partner's mum is very difficult to please due to her condition, you never know what mood she will be in, but the carers have done an outstanding job to keep her happy. It was really nice for us to be able to go on a little Wales holiday and not having to worry about my mother-in-law, as we knew she was in good hands and well looked after! We are already planning to create a permanent care plan for her because we were so happy with how it all went. We can only recommend them and are looking forward to implementing the new permanent plan.
It's been such a pleasure to have supported you and to make sure you had a very well deserved break. We have a great team which I am very proud of!
Very pleased with all my care providers. At least six carers come and all were most helpful and left me comfortably, ready for the day ahead.
It's been great to be able to support you. We are very proud of our team!
We've found the carers to be friendly and caring. We can talk to them easily. We've found them easy to have in our house and they're nice to know. We've found that the carers have helped us to catch up with household tasks which have made things easier for us.
I'm pleased the support we are providing is working well.
I am very happy with the high standard of care that my mother receives. All of the girls have been fantastic in making sure that she is well looked after and is happy. I can highly recommend Right at Home.
We are extremely happy to have such great feedback from you for your Mum. Our staff love to visit her and to make sure she is always happy!
My mother has been a client of Right at Home since Easter 2018. I've been very happy with the standard and consistency of care. The company has also been very flexible and able to respond to changes in support required. For example, at times my mother has needed more (after a fall) or less (when in hospital) care visits. I would not hesitate to recommend the service.
Thank you very much for your kind review, and we certainly will continue to support your Mum very well!
I have been very happy with the service and my carers and have already recommended you to friends.
We appreciate your review and are very pleased that you are most happy with our service.
Carers provided invaluable relief to my father and my parents' live-in carer as my mother's Alzheimer's-related care needs became more acute.
I was also impressed with the efficiency that I encountered in dealing with them.
A very professional service that goes the extra mile. They have been caring and because I'm managing my mother's support remotely always willing to act as the interface to local service providers and the NHS.
Thank you for your kind review, and we are most pleased to be able to support your Mum very well
Happy with care/ladies. Big improvement of personal care.
I would highly recommend this company which provides an excellent home care service.
The company is small enough that the HQ staff know me; the director and other HQ staff check up on my satisfaction. If there is staff absence, the director will turn up. Staff go well beyond their remits; shopping, telephone calls (I am partially deaf), cleaning, even when not asked, hoovering off their own bat.
I cannot speak too highly of the company.
Right at Home have been an invaluable service to my mother. They provide her with a meal and company at lunchtime. She is always happy to see them. Having company during the day really lifts her spirits.
Thank you for your most kind review. We are pleased to be able to care for your Mum and our carers love going out of their way to make her day different and enjoyable.
Reliable, friendly caregivers - am very happy with the care provided, lovely staff.
Thank you for your very kind words - we are honoured to be able to support you.
We have been delighted with the care and support provided. The Right at Home carer has made a huge difference to my mother-in-law's life, happiness and well being.
Very good service given by Right at Home.
Very happy with all aspects of the care given by Right at Home.
I find the carers on time. Very efficient very sensitive towards my needs. They were a great support to my husband in the last days of his life and nothing is ever too much for them. They have restored my faith in home care. I am very grateful for everything.
I am very pleased with the service I receive from my carers. They are very helpful and proficient, frequently anticipating my needs. If they get held up and will be late (not very often) I am given a phone call to let me know.
Mum really liked ALL of the carers. They seemed so caring and kind, and we had the opportunity to introduce them to Mum before their visits so that they wouldn't be strangers to her.
Right at Home use an app to record all their visits, and we were able to access this to see how the visits had gone. I could also see in advance who was coming to Mum each week so that she knew who would be turning up.
I can't recommend this agency highly enough - the staff are all lovely, the management/admin team are responsive and helpful. Everything was handled very professionally, but with a personal touch. Thank you so much.
The managing director and his team were superlative in every way with my Mum's care needs. I had tried another agency to get her confidence (early Alzheimer's) with poor results.
However, his approach and that of his team was professional, caring and 100% confident they would get a result - which they did.
They are probably not the cheapest: but I don't want "cheap" when it comes to looking after my Mum: I want "good" - in fact, I want "excellent". They were, indeed, excellent.
I would not hesitate to recommend Right at Home. They were fantastic. They seriously took the stress out of what was becoming a stressful situation.
