The care given to my mother-in-law by this company has been amazingly good. All of the ladies are caring, and nothing is too much trouble. The admin are brilliant and keep us informed of issues immediately any arise. I can't thank all involved with mother-in-law's care enough for everything they do.

I am very pleased with the support that Right at Home has been providing for my mother this year. The carers all have a warm and friendly approach and have developed good relationships, meaning she happily welcomes them into her home. Carers are careful to follow all procedures as agreed and are adaptable to changes when needed. The admin team are keen to ensure that the care plan closely reflects my mother's needs and this is updated regularly, through face to face meetings. Communication strategies are excellent, I am always kept updated about routine and specific matters. My mother recently had a small hospital procedure and the team at Right at Home were fantastic in following the aftercare treatment steps, even contacting the hospital when there was a concern and taking her for her follow up appointment. The personal touch from Right at Home sets them out from the rest.

My partner and I are so happy with the service and kindness we have received. We know my partner's mum is very difficult to please due to her condition, you never know what mood she will be in, but the carers have done an outstanding job to keep her happy. It was really nice for us to be able to go on a little Wales holiday and not having to worry about my mother-in-law, as we knew she was in good hands and well looked after! We are already planning to create a permanent care plan for her because we were so happy with how it all went. We can only recommend them and are looking forward to implementing the new permanent plan.

We've found the carers to be friendly and caring. We can talk to them easily. We've found them easy to have in our house and they're nice to know. We've found that the carers have helped us to catch up with household tasks which have made things easier for us.

My mother has been a client of Right at Home since Easter 2018. I've been very happy with the standard and consistency of care. The company has also been very flexible and able to respond to changes in support required. For example, at times my mother has needed more (after a fall) or less (when in hospital) care visits. I would not hesitate to recommend the service.

Very happy with the attention, thoughtfulness and real care that my mother received from all at Right at Home.
Carers provided invaluable relief to my father and my parents' live-in carer as my mother's Alzheimer's-related care needs became more acute.

I was also impressed with the efficiency that I encountered in dealing with them.

The carers keep exact time. I like a 7am call; they come at 7am spot on. Although I mainly have two carers my remarks apply without fail to all of them. They are attentive to my needs, considerate, polite, gentle (and gently authoritative when I talk too much!), efficient and intelligent.
The company is small enough that the HQ staff know me; the director and other HQ staff check up on my satisfaction. If there is staff absence, the director will turn up. Staff go well beyond their remits; shopping, telephone calls (I am partially deaf), cleaning, even when not asked, hoovering off their own bat.

I cannot speak too highly of the company.
