Mum has been recieving companion calls for the last six months and really enjoys the carer's visits. Mum has Dementia and this impacts social abilities etc. The Carers chat, support Mum with small chores and play silly games which she loves! Mum has a regular team of 4 carers, a rarity these days!
And these ladies really seem to care about supporting and encouraging Mum. We are very impressed with the company, Lisa and Leah do their best to provide the consistent care, along with any extra calls we may need, most of the time with the same carers from her team. Timing is consistent and any changes are communicated to us beforehand to make sure we are happy. The team of carers are excellent, and Mum looks forward to their arrival. Am well impressed with the service this company provides so far.

I called several care companies before I found Right at Home and from the moment I spoke to the office staff I knew I had found the right company for my mum. They weren't just filling in a form but instead listened to our needs. The ladies who visit are wonderful and suggest ideas on how they can
help her each week. We are also able to extend visits to cover appointments too. I am extremely happy with the service received so far and all the staff at Right at Home. Thank you - it has given me the additional support we needed.

I have been using Right at Home for the last 2+ years since August 2023 to provide care for my brother in law and sister, who have both required support at home. My brother had multiple heath needs and my sister has alzheimer's. Unfortunately my brother in law recently died and my sister has now
gone into a dementia care home.
I have always found that Right at Home supplied excellent carers - very experienced, dedicated and good at their duties within a difficult home environment. I met several of the carers over the last couple of years and they were all lovely people and seemed to form a good relationship with my brother and sister and provided high quality care.
The office communications was also very good - I was always kept up to date with issues that were arising, so these could be dealt with as required.
I also found the admin of the office to be excellent. Anton and his team are providing a brilliant service. I would highly recommend Right at Home.

The carers are kind and very supportive and the office staff are helpful and friendly. During the last months of my mother's life, all the staff and carers were such a comfort and support for Dad and I. The carers always leave the house clean and tidy and the care they provide is second to none. I
cannot thank them enough for all they have done for us - they made such a difference during a very difficult time.

Absolutely excellent communication when setting up the care provision. The care provided has then been seamless. We are rarely troubled unless essential to ensuring our client is well looked after at all times.

Right at Home have kept me and the family clearly updated on any changes in my mother in law's health and well being. A caring, concerned attitude is shown by every staff member throughout the management team and hands on carers. They are all polite, friendly and show respect to my mother in law and
to ourselves as a family and highly professional with their nursing skills. We are extremely grateful for all the advice and care shown by all at Right at Home.

We have used Right at Home 3 times to cover when Mum's usual carers are away. The carers have all been excellent, very kind and great with Mum. She has been very comfortable with them all.
The office staff are very efficient and have organised the visits very well. I particularly like being able to
read the feedback on each visit that the carer updates online on leaving Mum. It gives me a good idea of how Mum is, and what has happened during the visit.
I would recommend them highly.+

The whole team at Right at Home are fantastic. They are professional, caring, trustworthy and dedicated.
The team provided care to my Dad for many years and without their ongoing support, he could not have remained living in his own home where he wanted to be. The carers were proactive and always
put my father in the centre of everything they did.
At times they went beyond in the care and support they provided to him and for that we will always be grateful.
In the last two weeks of his life they were so reactive in the care they provided to him and supported him to die at home with dignity and respect.
As a family they fully support us at this very difficult time and ensured we were all ok. Kind words, cups of tea, space when we needed it and all care for my Dad when we needed a few minutes to step away.
Thank you to all the staff. We so much appreciated everything you did for Dad and for us.

Understand that care times are most in demand in the mornings. All that was available to me was 09:45.
I accepted this which was Later than I hoped. This has been difficult as time keeping has been erratic.
I understand reasons why, but several times it's been necessary for me to ring to find
out if anyone was indeed coming.
I would have expected that I should have been informed of any delay. Delays have been up to 25 minutes.
Not the carer's fault - but it seems their schedule is so tight, and patients need more time perhaps, that and distance to travel from
One venue to the next. They all are excellent, nice, friendly and a delight to have around.

All the Right at Home team are excellent!
The carers are very kind, thoughtful and friendly to my Mother and Aunt, they have lovely chats together as well as performing their tasks and safe guarding functions.
The managers and back office team are also very good: always responsive and helpful.

Right at Home provided daily visit to my father, and he thought of the carer's as his girls and was always happy to see them, as they provided daily contact and met his day to day care needs.
As my father's needs changed Right at Home were able to meet his needs, right up to the time of his
passing.

We were looking for care for my mum and dad and had been sent 6 local agency's to call. We short listed to 2, rang them both, asked the same questions and by 100%, Staff member at Right at Home blew us out of the water. She was kind, genuine, caring and answered all our questions. She remained
professional throughout and was understanding of our needs. I would recommend Right at Home to anyone I spoke to who needed care for anyone. She was passionate about what she did and put my mind at ease straight away. Thank you for being amazing.

A lady in the office is great at communicating with me any changes or concerns the carers have had with Mum.

I cannot say enough good things about the wonderful care my mum is receiving. She loves her carer's visits after initially being nervous. We have found that nothing is too much trouble and in my view, the company always goes above and beyond.

Right at Home supported my frail mother, who still lived at home, for a year until her recent demise. From the start, the engagement was positive with friendly and committed people and a solid assessment process. Although several carers attended my mother the number of people was kept to a minimum
due to her Alzheimer’s and all were punctual, engaging, friendly and efficient. They helped make my mother’s last year comfortable.
