Right at Home have been fantastic with my elderly mother in law who at 93 years old managed to remain at home with support from the wonderful staff here. She was very reluctant to allow strangers in the home and was quite defiant at first but soon built up lovely bonds with the ladies and enjoyed spending
time with them and telling them her stories, particularly when she met the Queen! Anna and Rachel were brilliant at getting back to us with any queries and really supportive, they are all a brilliant team. I would highly recommend to anyone in similar situation.

It was a true privilege getting to know her & hearing all of her wonderful stories, especially about growing up, her career, & the joy these memories brought her - & of course, meeting the Queen! There was never a dull moment during our visits.

I personally loved spending time with her - whether that was enjoying a sunny walk in the park, pottering around her garden picking & stewing apples, or simply sitting together chatting & looking through her many family photos. I also particularly enjoyed playing beetle drive with her, painting with aqua paints, & completing jigsaws. Moments like these are what make providing quality home care so special.

This is a new experience for us, and in the short time this has been set up I have found Right at Home to be flexible and understanding to individuals needs. This was very important in our case, so having the ability to tailor support is much appreciated. Getting Opportunity to meet care workers before

I am writing to share my deepest thanks for the care you have provided to my godfather, since January 2024. As his needs have recently transitioned to residential care, our time with your team has come to a close, but I couldn't let it end without acknowledging your outstanding service.
The last two
years have been incredibly difficult, and your team was a constant source of support and guidance for my godfather and myself personally. Living some distance away, it has been a relief to know he had a dedicated team visiting him multiple times a day.
I am especially grateful for the times you went above and beyond-whether it was picking up additional hours when he needed extra assistance or accompanying him to doctor and hospital appointments. Your flexibility allowed me to balance my own family life and daily responsibilities, knowing my godfather was in safe, capable, and kind hands even when his needs weren't the easiest to manage.

Right at Home have cared for my Dad from July 2025 until he recently entered a care home. The carers are excellent. Compassionate, engaging, helpful. They did everything they were supposed to do. The local manager several times went the extra mile. E.g. buying a fish and chip takeaway for himself and
for Dad and sharing dinner together in Dad's dining room.

Amazing Care Company - Could not ask for more !!!
Such caring staff that go above and beyond - My Mother was well and truly looked after.
Only reason that we longer use them is due to my Mother going into a permanent care home.
Would 100% recommend.

So grateful to the Right at Home team for their care of my father who has increasing and variable care needs.
He has had daily visits from the team for a number of months. These have provided essential support with day to day activities and his care needs as well as social interaction, help with appointments
and not forgetting more enjoyable opportunities like cafes and the garden centre.
The team also provide guidance and support for myself if required and are prompt to communicate any concerns providing reassurance that my father is being professionally cared for.

We have been using home care since my dad had a bad fall last August and right from the first tearful phone call from me they have been absolutely fantastic with the care they have given and continue to give to him. The support they have given me has been such a tremendous help I can't fault anything.
My dad loves to see the carers when they come and he sings and tells jokes to them. It's lovely to see him happy and comfortable.

I would like to thank Right at Home, especially Anna, the Manager for her professionalism shown to my family and I in what was a very difficult time for us having to find the right care and support for my elderly mother. She had recently been discharged from hospital after being in there for several
months. Her kindness and support is truly remarkable, goes above and beyond, even though the care was not provided, due to NHS Fast Tracking funding. My family and I are eternally grateful for what Anna did for us in the background and would not have hesitated in using this care agency had it not been for the NHS funding and now will be telling family and friends.

The support provided to my mother age 94 enabling her to stay in her own home has been amazing.
Every member of staff and management have always been there to support both my mum and myself at challenging times .

Right at home responded promptly to our request for support for my Dad who has dementia. The carers were excellent. They were friendly, caring and patient. My Dad enjoyed the social contact as well as having the support with personal care.
Rachel and Anna were extremely helpful in arranging support
for my Dad for a family event and very patient when we kept changing things !
As a family we really appreciated their help and support to keep my Dad at home.

My Mother has Vascular Dementia aswell as bladder cancer which resulted in surgery. She now lives with a stoma and urostomy bag so her care needs are quite specific. The lovely ladies at RAH have been taking care of my mum for about a year now, (as her care needs have increased quickly and quite significantly.)
The care given has been of a high standard and my mum really enjoys the company and conversation that the team provide. I would highly recommend the care given by RAH to your family and loved ones. Massive thank you to Anna, Rachel and all the team!

My wife was discharged from hospital in June after four months and needed a care position in order to return home. We had a lot of trepidation about how the system would work and its effect on both my wife and myself, as we are both around 90. Several care providers were looked at, but 'Right at Home'
seemed more than the best to understand and were very sympathetic to our needs, the manager even saw my wife in hospital and visited our home to ensure that understanding. The initial caring was done by the manager until a routine was established, and then introduced other carers appropriately, but still, with the director, made frequent visits to keep fully aware of progress. We will be eternally grateful to the management & staff for the heartfelt love and care they have shown and are still showing to my wife and I through what has been a very difficult period, and I am sure we would not have gone through this as we have without their understanding help.

We are incredibly grateful to Right at Home for the exceptional 1-to-1 care they have provided to Trevor during his end-of-life journey. From day one, the team has shown not only professionalism but a deep sense of compassion and respect.
The carers have gone above and beyond in every way - always
treating him with dignity, patience, and warmth. Their presence has brought great comfort to him and to us as a family during a very emotional and challenging time.
What stood out most was the personal attention and genuine kindness each carer brought with them. They didn't just look after his physical needs - they made sure he felt safe, heard, and cared for on every level.
We couldn't have asked for better support. Right at Home has made a truly difficult time easier with their constant dedication and heart. We would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone needing compassionate, high-quality care.
