Overall Experience

Right at home provides individualised, compassionate high quality care for my father on a daily basis. We value highly the consistency of staffing and the way in which the team have got to know dad as an individual. They are flexible and always go the extra mile.

Overall Experience

The support provided to my mother age 94 enabling her to stay in her own home has been amazing.
Every member of staff and management have always been there to support both my mum and myself at challenging times .
I would not hesitate to recommend Right At Home North Leeds.

Overall Experience

Right at home responded promptly to our request for support for my Dad who has dementia. The carers were excellent. They were friendly, caring and patient. My Dad enjoyed the social contact as well as having the support with personal care.
Rachel and Anna were extremely helpful in arranging support

for my Dad for a family event and very patient when we kept changing things !
As a family we really appreciated their help and support to keep my Dad at home.

Overall Experience

My Mother has Vascular Dementia aswell as bladder cancer which resulted in surgery. She now lives with a stoma and urostomy bag so her care needs are quite specific. The lovely ladies at RAH have been taking care of my mum for about a year now, (as her care needs have increased quickly and quite significantly.)

The care given has been of a high standard and my mum really enjoys the company and conversation that the team provide. I would highly recommend the care given by RAH to your family and loved ones. Massive thank you to Anna, Rachel and all the team!

Overall Experience

My wife was discharged from hospital in June after four months and needed a care position in order to return home. We had a lot of trepidation about how the system would work and its effect on both my wife and myself, as we are both around 90. Several care providers were looked at, but 'Right at Home'

seemed more than the best to understand and were very sympathetic to our needs, the manager even saw my wife in hospital and visited our home to ensure that understanding. The initial caring was done by the manager until a routine was established, and then introduced other carers appropriately, but still, with the director, made frequent visits to keep fully aware of progress. We will be eternally grateful to the management & staff for the heartfelt love and care they have shown and are still showing to my wife and I through what has been a very difficult period, and I am sure we would not have gone through this as we have without their understanding help.

I am disabled and my carer's husband had to go into hospital and as a consequence I needed help at home. Right at Home staff rallied around to help and I was very impressed. They were always very professional, cheerful and helpful. They were also punctual and willing to do that bit extra. I have no

We are incredibly grateful to Right at Home for the exceptional 1-to-1 care they have provided to Trevor during his end-of-life journey. From day one, the team has shown not only professionalism but a deep sense of compassion and respect.
The carers have gone above and beyond in every way - always

treating him with dignity, patience, and warmth. Their presence has brought great comfort to him and to us as a family during a very emotional and challenging time.
What stood out most was the personal attention and genuine kindness each carer brought with them. They didn't just look after his physical needs - they made sure he felt safe, heard, and cared for on every level.
We couldn't have asked for better support. Right at Home has made a truly difficult time easier with their constant dedication and heart. We would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone needing compassionate, high-quality care.

Right At Home have recently provided my mum with care through various home visits in June and August. We needed someone to look in on her whilst we were away on family holidays and give us peace of mind. This they did very professionally and with care throughout those periods, which meant we were able

to relax in the knowledge she was being monitored and aided; now she has dementia. I would not hesitate to use their services again and have no hesitation in recommending them to others. I am certain that I will be contacting them again in the future. Many thanks to the team.

Overall Experience

The team was efficient, professional, compassionate, kindly and humorous. Time keeping was excellent and they constantly asked if there was anything additional they could do. They very quickly mastered PEG feeding and the inevitable, intricate aspects of bespoke care. The team was very respectful (without

being cloying) and were impressively quick to size up situations. This indicates empathy and emotional intelligence. Always within the parameters of care guidelines, they knew when to take the initiative, if this was ever needed. The owner of the agency was always very well-informed about our individual set up and was regularly updated by her staff. She was fearless in seeking honest feedback. She was also concerned about us as individuals.

Overall Experience

Right at Home worked with my mum-in-law for a few weeks before her death. She had been declining steadily and become more dependent. She lived with us for about 15 years but latterly lacked other social contact. All the 'girls' (as she called them!) who attended were great. They brought a ray of sunshine

into her life and she looked forward to their visits. They assisted with showering, bed linen changing and general cleaning, but possibly more important was the company they provided and the anticipation of that company. They were never perfect because that was my mother-in-law, but they were pretty near!

Overall Experience

We required a care package pulling together in a timely manner. The MD of Right at Home responded promptly and we were able to set up the support package quickly and efficiently. This was our first experience of accessing care, and both my mum and I were very impressed with how professional, flexible

and client centered the service was. My mum felt she was treated with dignity and respect and that the support workers were easy to build a positive rapport with. Overall we were very happy with the service we required and would highly recommend the company to anyone who requires care.
