Right at Home (Calderdale)

I am very pleased with everything they provide for her and myself and are very professional. The carers are lovely and make sure everything is attended to including medication, getting dressed, personal hygiene, cleaning and washing when required and keeping mum company including small walks weather permitting. I am glad I chose Right at Home and would recommend them to anyone making the important decision to select the right company for your loved ones.

I can't thank Richard, Christine and the team enough for the way they have cared for my Dad.. Thank you.

I'm really grateful for the great care my stepmum gets from right at home. My mind is at rest knowing that she is cared for as I live abroad and cannot get to the UK as often as I would like.Lovely professional carers, I can't thank them enough.

The care received from the 'Right at Home' team has been excellent in every way.The staff are friendly caring and efficient. Any small concerns we have had have been dealt with immediately. After my visit with my lovely stepmum who tells me how wonderful Right at Home are who comes to take her out to various appointments and clubs. They are very professional and have an abundance of dignity and compassion. I highly recommend Right at Home.

The care that was given was amazing. They treated him with respect and dignity. The staff came on time, very polite. The care was arranged by staff in the office as soon as it was needed. I'm only sorry he can't be home with Right at Home coming in to care for him.

Delighted with the support I get, they could not be more caring. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The best thing my son has done for me recently is set up these visits.

I used the services of Right at Home for short-term post-operative care, as I live alone. I found all the staff to be most helpful, cheerful and obliging. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I would definitely recommend them to others.

4 visits per day, not a single appointment has been missed in 5 weeks which speaks volumes for the professionalism of everyone at Right at Home.

I found the staff very reassuring at an obviously worrying time. My father seems to like the carers, and he is kept clean and tidy. Everyone seems to be very competent and caring. If there has been anything that needs changing, i.e. times of visits, that has been accommodated. I'm not sure how many different carers are visiting, but it would be nice if there were as few as possible so that dad can get to know them.

I emailed my enquiry and the response was instant. I set up a meeting with the manager, me and my mum within days. The meeting exceeded all my expectations and I knew straight away these were the ones I would put my trust in to look after Mum. Communication with the manager has been second to none and I can feel a weight lifted off of my shoulders. I know Mum is going to be in good hands because it's clear this is not just a job, the manager is truly passionate about what she does. I can see a lovely future for Mum and these guys because they actually care.

Right at Home were asked at short notice to provide 24-hour at-home end-of-life care to a single lady. Their team of carers were excellent in giving compassionate and dedicated care under the most trying conditions. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Only downside was that everything came at once and was very overwhelming. I live alone and having so many people in the house at the same time was just too much.
