Our friend has been treated with the utmost kindness and consideration. All her needs have been met, and her wishes are put first at all times. The staff have quickly and efficiently involved all the necessary outside agencies for her care needs. They have kept us (as power of attorney) updated with
progress with her daily needs.

At Right at Home Calderdale, I believe I have a unique opportunity to deliver outstanding care in our community, which I have been part of for over 20 years. My career to date has been in hospitality and the service industry, and I want to bring all the great stuff I have learnt together into Right at Home Calderdale to make a difference every day.


My father suffers from Alzheimer's, and I’m a recognised dementia friend and want to progress to a dementia champion to develop my understanding of dementia further and help people in our community."

Elsa's journey with Right at Home is truly inspiring. With a background in residential care and management, she started as a CareGiver to work around her young child. Her dedication was clear, and she quickly advanced to Care Coordinator, all while earning a degree in Health and Social Care. She eventually accepted the role of Registered Manager, a position she was thrilled to take. Now Elsa has progressed on to the role of Operations Manager for Calderdale and East Lancs.


Elsa's experience with the company from the very beginning gives her a unique perspective. As she explains, "I have an in-depth knowledge of all our clients and staff, and I live and breathe the quality ethos that drives everything we do. I love this work, and I'm dedicated to making sure our clients get the high-quality care they deserve."
