Thank you so much for your beautiful review and for sharing your lovely Mum's story. We all grew very attached to her - from her dedicated carers, to our Registered Manager, and myself. She left a real mark on all of us, and we miss her terribly. It was a true honour and privilege for me to support her personally, and I know the rest of the team felt the same. We're so glad she was able to spend her final months in the comfort of her own home, just as she wished, surrounded by those she loved.We were also happy to adapt quickly as her needs changed - increasing hours, providing respite and overnight care at short notice. It meant a lot to be welcomed by your family and to support you all. One of the most special moments was enabling her to get into the garden - calm, peaceful and smiling. Your Mum was an inspirational woman, and we're truly grateful to have been part of her life.
