Right at Home looked after my 94-year-old Mum for 7 months during an accelerated decline in health due to heart failure and a other medical issues. The whole family and I were very happy with the level of care, compassion and professionalism given by the team to Mum in her final months of life. Mum felt very confident around her carers and often said that she felt that they were "very special people". I couldn't agree more. As well as supporting my Mum they often found time to support me with my worries about Mum's health and were able to give much useful advice. They were always punctual, polite, responsive and very attentive to Mum's needs and what she wanted. Never imposing anything on her. Sometimes things could get very stressful, for eg if Mum had a fall, and the team would respond very quickly to provide extra care as soon as possible. In a quickly changing situation, nothing was too much trouble. I strongly recommend them and thank them enormously for everything they did.

It's been so lovely to see my mum smile because the carers are so lovely to her, and they have been flexible, proactive and responded to changing needs efficiently and quickly. We are enormously grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend them - we can't thank them enough.

I am an 80 year old man. After a knee replacement operation, I needed a period of support and care. I chose "Right at Home" after considering several different options. Their approach was both understanding, professional and from the start caring. My first operation was cancelled at short notice and Right at Home responded flexibly and efficiently in re-scheduling my care. Over a two week period I received care from two exemplary carers. They used their skills and experience to support me as I began the process of recovering from the operation and being able to walk unaided once again. I was able to discuss with them the type and amount of care I needed as during my recovery. Nothing was too much trouble. I am convinced that the speed of my recovery and increased confidence I gained in my mobility, was accelerated by and dependent on the superb care I received over the two weeks. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future if and when needed.

Right at Home are a responsive care provider with good communication and committed staff who genuinely care for their clients, especially the manager, who doesn't just do office work like many from other agencies. She and individual carers will work hard to make sure your special events can be supported as well as every day care.

Thank you to all the ladies who give care to our Mum, you are amazing. I love your attention to detail, your creative ideas and your flexible attitude. Thanks also to the Management Team who try so hard to adapt to my Mum's ever-changing needs and our demands.

My 99-year-old dad needed support after injuries to both arms. We chose Right at Home as their pitch placed greater emphasis on the emotional side of being cared for than others. Two one-hour visits per day covered all his needs from dressing and personal care to meal preparation and laundry. He quickly got to know his carers personally and cannot speak highly enough about their support and assistance. The carers encouraged my dad with his physiotherapy exercises and regaining his independence in terms of washing, dressing and preparing his food. After a few weeks we dropped down to one visit per day and then later 3 visits per week. At all times there has been clear communication between the family and Right at Home so that all arrangements worked out smoothly. We won't hesitate to use this company again.

I contacted them to help support my husband who was struggling with serious mobility issues at home. Care was offered three times a week to support his needs. The carer and manager had visited to complete an assessment and provide a comprehensive care package. They have been brilliant and supported both of us through a very difficult time.
