Mum was only in your care for a few short weeks before going into residential care but the service provided was very accommodating to her needs and she got on well with the care staff who supported her .
I could recommend the service to friends and family.,

I am writing to share my deepest thanks for the care you have provided to my godfather, since January 2024. As his needs have recently transitioned to residential care, our time with your team has come to a close, but I couldn't let it end without acknowledging your outstanding service.
The last
two years have been incredibly difficult, and your team was a constant source of support and guidance for my godfather and myself personally. Living some distance away, it has been a relief to know he had a dedicated team visiting him multiple times a day.
I am especially grateful for the times you went above and beyond-whether it was picking up additional hours when he needed extra assistance or accompanying him to doctor and hospital appointments. Your flexibility allowed me to balance my own family life and daily responsibilities, knowing my godfather was in safe, capable, and kind hands even when his needs weren't the easiest to manage.
Please share my thanks with all the Team

So grateful to the Right at Home team for their care of my father who has increasing and variable care needs.
He has had daily visits from the team for a number of months. These have provided essential support with day to day activities and his care needs as well as social interaction, help with
appointments and not forgetting more enjoyable opportunities like cafes and the garden centre.
The team also provide guidance and support for myself if required and are prompt to communicate any concerns providing reassurance that my father is being professionally cared for.

We have been using home care since my dad had a bad fall last August and right from the first tearful phone call from me they have been absolutely fantastic with the care they have given and continue to give to him. The support they have given me has been such a tremendous help I can't fault
anything. My dad loves to see the carers when they come and he sings and tells jokes to them. It's lovely to see him happy and comfortable.

I would like to thank Right at Home, especially Anna, the Manager for her professionalism shown to my family and I in what was a very difficult time for us having to find the right care and support for my elderly mother. She had recently been discharged from hospital after being in there for several
months. Her kindness and support is truly remarkable, goes above and beyond, even though the care was not provided, due to NHS Fast Tracking funding. My family and I are eternally grateful for what Anna did for us in the background and would not have hesitated in using this care agency had it not been for the NHS funding and now will be telling family and friends.

The support provided to my mother age 94 enabling her to stay in her own home has been amazing.
Every member of staff and management have always been there to support both my mum and myself at challenging times .
I would not hesitate to recommend Right At Home North Leeds.

Right at home responded promptly to our request for support for my Dad who has dementia. The carers were excellent. They were friendly, caring and patient. My Dad enjoyed the social contact as well as having the support with personal care.
Rachel and Anna were extremely helpful in arranging support
for my Dad for a family event and very patient when we kept changing things !
As a family we really appreciated their help and support to keep my Dad at home.

My Mother has Vascular Dementia aswell as bladder cancer which resulted in surgery. She now lives with a stoma and urostomy bag so her care needs are quite specific. The lovely ladies at RAH have been taking care of my mum for about a year now, (as her care needs have increased quickly and quite
significantly.) The care given has been of a high standard and my mum really enjoys the company and conversation that the team provide. I would highly recommend the care given by RAH to your family and loved ones. Massive thank you to Anna, Rachel and all the team!

My wife was discharged from hospital in June after four months and needed a care position in order to return home. We had a lot of trepidation about how the system would work and its effect on both my wife and myself, as we are both around 90. Several care providers were looked at, but 'Right at
Home' seemed more than the best to understand and were very sympathetic to our needs, the manager even saw my wife in hospital and visited our home to ensure that understanding. The initial caring was done by the manager until a routine was established, and then introduced other carers appropriately, but still, with the director, made frequent visits to keep fully aware of progress. We will be eternally grateful to the management & staff for the heartfelt love and care they have shown and are still showing to my wife and I through what has been a very difficult period, and I am sure we would not have gone through this as we have without their understanding help.

Right At Home have recently provided my mum with care through various home visits in June and August. We needed someone to look in on her whilst we were away on family holidays and give us peace of mind. This they did very professionally and with care throughout those periods, which meant we were
able to relax in the knowledge she was being monitored and aided; now she has dementia. I would not hesitate to use their services again and have no hesitation in recommending them to others. I am certain that I will be contacting them again in the future. Many thanks to the team.

Right at Home worked with my mum-in-law for a few weeks before her death. She had been declining steadily and become more dependent. She lived with us for about 15 years but latterly lacked other social contact. All the 'girls' (as she called them!) who attended were great. They brought a ray of
sunshine into her life and she looked forward to their visits. They assisted with showering, bed linen changing and general cleaning, but possibly more important was the company they provided and the anticipation of that company. They were never perfect because that was my mother-in-law, but they were pretty near!

The team care for my mum a few days a week and they are very good, caring and responsible. They listen to my requests and hers, and I feel she is in safe hands when I'm at work or away. They have never let me down with covering hours for when I need a holiday break and they genuinely want to make
sure mum is cared for to my requirements and that she feels safe and happy when with them.
I searched for a reliable care team for a long time and I hit the best with the Right at Home North Leeds, Otley and Wetherby branch.

I have now been with right at home for two weeks during which I have had two caters for four different sessions. They have both been extremely helpful and fulfilled requests for driving to the shops and going for a walk.

All carers are extremely reliable, visiting at the time requested & offering the necessary support and care required.
The weekly rota and accessible post-visit carers notes available through the Right at Home website keep the family well informed and make us aware of any issues or concerns that
may arise.
The daily visits have provided the family with reassurance and support & the carers have carried out their duties with discretion, empathy and sensibility.

My mother's team of carers are all wonderful. They each bring a personal touch to her visits and make her happy.
Right at Home are very flexible and accommodating if our plans need to change.
