This review applies to Right at Home for all of 2025 thru to present date. Right at Home provide care visits for my elderly mother and help her maintain a qualitive lifestyle at 95+ in her own home. All the team at RaH are caring, knowlegable and ever so friendly - they are both patient and driven to ensure each visit is special. My mother is so impressed and looks forward to their visits with great enthuisisam which is completley replicated by RaH! I can throughly recommend them.

I honestly couldn't be happier with the service. It's of great comfort to me knowing my elderly uncle is being so well looked after and happy. Nothing has been too much trouble for the team and they are always there to step in and go beyond when needed. I'd definitely recommend them.

Right at Home have been helping my mother to maintain her independence, to get out and enjoy life, despite her limitations. The service has been excellent. Communication from management with me has been clear and helpful at all times, and the carer made my mother feel at home from the outset.

As a family we have had a very positive experience with RAH Wimbledon, Putney & Kingston. I have found them to be very professional whenever I have been in touch with the team who provide such excellent care for my 90 year old mother who is living on her own. They have worked hard over the last couple of years to find the right match for my mother. Her current caregiver is outstanding, we are all really pleased with how well she looks after mum, cheerful and friendly and a genuine help. The team have listened to any feedback we had and responded well, they have also been quick and reliable when we have needed to ask for extra help eg when mum was unwell or needs to be taken to appointments. Overall RAH are delivering well on our priority which is that our mum has the best care.

I have always found the care managers both empathetic and understanding in dealing with a problem. They are reassuring and supportive and are alert to heading off a crisis before it occurs. The care workers themselves are reliable, conscientious, polite, punctual and a pleasure to work with, and my daughter (the client) is confident and relaxed in their company. Great teamwork!

I highly recommend this home care provider to anyone living in the Wimbledon area.

My uncle has been very well cared for, everything is taken care of and we couldn't be happier with the service they provide. Knowing that he is happy at a difficult time in his life means the world. I feel they go above and beyond and always keep us in the loop when need be. I would highly recommend them.

Enrica from Right at Home, Wimbledon was fantastic. She enabled our family, including my mum who has a stoma and lives in a care home, to have a family reunion in Brighton for my mum's birthday. We had such a lovely day. Enrica was caring and personable. We enjoyed her company and it was comforting to know we had an expert around so that we could enjoy the day without worrying. Right at Home support my dad for pad changes, washing, food and general companionship. A special thanks to one of the carers, a phenomenal carer with a heart of gold and a level of patience that I can only aspire to, and to Care Manager for being an awesome, who is always open to feedback and focuses on solutions not problems. I highly recommend Right at Home.

I was particularly impressed by the flexible attitude displayed by the Right at Home team, and by the positive and affectionate approach of the carers. The team was able to readily adapt the frequency and nature of care as my husband's needs changed.

My experience is very good. All carers are very diligent and punctual. If they are running late or early I am always informed. The office team are really good and flexible and I feel everyone understands my needs.

The team have been looking after my Mum (afternoons, a few times per week) for a number of years. The service is excellent. The care manager is outstanding, responsive , sensitive and understanding of changing needs. So too is the principal carer who has looked after my Mum the most, keeping her stimulated and well. The rest of the team are very good too! As a family we are very grateful for the support.
