Right At Home were the best we could have wished for in the circumstances we found ourselves in when my dad came home from hospital. In the 6 months they looked after him, they became like family. They messaged me so I knew how he was as we didn't live near him. They kept communications with us with
health and hospital. Nothing was a problem with them. My dad was extremely happy with the level of care and friendship they gave him. We have moved him closer to us now and that's the only reason we are no longer with you. I can't thank you all enough for giving me peace of mind.

My father in law was in a hospital with a water infection and having the onset of dementia A care package was sorted out by Wandsworth Social services. Right at home in Wimbledon was the company that social services used the care was fantastic My father-in-law was happy with the carers which meant we
were happy with the care that he was receiving as we live the other side of London from my father-in-law. The carers were a go-between for us so any time he needed food or doctors appointments this was all sorted by the company they were fantastic.

My carer has been an outstanding caregiver. I was badly incapacitated after a hip replacement surgery and my wife was stricken with shingles. Without my carers, we would not have survived. He took over with care and great proficiency. I cannot rate him too highly

All the carers to date (2 weeks) 3 times daily have been competent, kind and efficient. Occasionally a few logistical problems on timing coordination.

My mother is very happy with the service she gets from Right at Home she finds the carers very polite and professional also their time keeping is prompt and if they're running late they phone to let her know and keep her updated which is a great relief to my mother as she does get very stressed when
people keep her waiting as she gets confused very quickly. I also find the office management are very polite, friendly, professional and prompt when I've changed my mum's care times. Overall I'm very happy with the service from Right at Home and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family in the future.

The service has overall been excellent - all carers are very good and some are truly excellent and I can find no fault with them at all. I am very happy with the service and no complaints whats so ever. This experience of being cared for is new to me and overwhelming at times, but the staff here have

I have been very grateful to all the carers, for the help and care they provide for mum at this very difficult time for us as a family. I have been with this agency since my mother has been receiving palliative care, and all the carers are sympathetic to this. I find they can be irregular with timing,
as such this doesn't affect us too much because of the state of mums health.

Abbie has worked within the care industry for 8 years as a Carer, Senior Carer and Care Coordinator. She is now our Care Manager. Clients would describe her as energetic, outgoing and approachable.
