I found the service excellent. The carers were thoughtful and friendly.
* So hard working.
*So sweet.
My nan loves you all.
Thank you for understanding my nan's needs.
The team were unfailingly kind, efficient, supportive and respectful. They made the final days bearable and I cannot thank them enough.
We happy with the service. It is very helpful and supportive. We feel comfortable with this service.
Critically too the observation and response to the medical needs of a client with severe unpredictable epilepsy.
My experience was very good. All carers were extremely good, professional and friendly. Called Dr/district nurses etc. Have helped in many ways, talking etc. I would recommend Right At Home (Wimbledon, Putney & Kingston).
Very happy.
Right At Home went above and beyond for my father. I could not have asked for a better service. Thank you for everything you have done.
All the staff are very kind and helpful. Nothing Seems to be too much trouble for them to do.
All the staff at Right at Home are extremely professional as well as truly caring. The initial assessment of my mother, who has dementia, was thorough and we were given some helpful advice too. I live 200 miles away from my mother so communication with all carers is of key importance to me. I was updated with anything that I should know and I was able to speak to the carers and the Out of Hours team at any time without feeling I was putting on them. The carers formed good relationships with my mother and the level of care was evident. I have employed a PA to care for my Mum so use Right at Home when the PA is sick or on holiday. They are so flexible and nothing is too much bother. I have complete confidence in using this agency and recommend them most highly.
Very happy with the carers. All carers are very helpful.
Very happy...
I and all my family are very satisfied with the pleasant and efficient service they give.
The women who have visited us are friendly, helpful and always happy. The jobs they do are good - hoping to keep them for a long time.
The service is very good and the carers are very helpful.
Right At Home were the best we could have wished for in the circumstances we found ourselves in when my dad came home from hospital. In the 6 months they looked after him, they became like family. They messaged me so I knew how he was as we didn't live near him. They kept communications with us with health and hospital. Nothing was a problem with them. My dad was extremely happy with the level of care and friendship they gave him. We have moved him closer to us now and that's the only reason we are no longer with you. I can't thank you all enough for giving me peace of mind.
My father in law was in a hospital with a water infection and having the onset of dementia A care package was sorted out by Wandsworth Social services. Right at home in Wimbledon was the company that social services used the care was fantastic My father-in-law was happy with the carers which meant we were happy with the care that he was receiving as we live the other side of London from my father-in-law. The carers were a go-between for us so any time he needed food or doctors appointments this was all sorted by the company they were fantastic.
My carer has been an outstanding caregiver. I was badly incapacitated after a hip replacement surgery and my wife was stricken with shingles. Without my carers, we would not have survived. He took over with care and great proficiency. I cannot rate him too highly
All the carers to date (2 weeks) 3 times daily have been competent, kind and efficient. Occasionally a few logistical problems on timing coordination.
The support and care given to my husband has been absolutely excellent. The staff have been tremendous. I cannot ask for more. Thank you to all concerned with my husband's care.
