Really pleased with the service that has been offered to my uncle and aunt. It was all set up efficiently and speedily, and communication and meeting expectations have been superb. The care assistant was matched beautifully and all are extremely pleased in these initial months.

After a fall at home and being on the floor for 32hrs, my 86yr old mum was discharged from hospital after 4 days. The Manager from Right at Home visited with mum the following day to assess her and her needs, and chatted with mum regarding her fall, looking at her pressure sores and watching how mum
got in and out of bed etc. She asked to see mum’s discharge notes and was very concerned that mum had not been referred to District Nurses to attend to her sores or physiotherapists to assess mum’s safety within her home. The Manager asked me to ring mum’s Doctor's surgery that day advising me on what to request re District Nurses etc to attend to mum the next day. A Doctor rang me back and needless to say, she was appalled. They all came the next day. Mum has been recognised as an “unsafe discharge”. The Manager not only deeply cares for the elderly, she is their voice. We truly can’t thank her enough. Mum is now gaining her strength and confidence again due to Right at Home and their caregivers. Thank you all.

The carers always come on time and if there was a delay it was usually due to traffic. They performed tasks well and would often do extra things. They took me out in my wheelchair when I wanted to go. I always had good conversations with them. My evening carer even plays cards with me and listens to
my poetry. When one care needs to be replaced it was done straight away.

Responded very quickly to Dad's request for a care package. Flexible and adapted to changes in care needs. Excellent communication from the management team seven days a week.
Provided a live-in carer with 24 hours notice. From day one the carers have been respectful, caring, and looked after Dad in
the way we wanted rather than just a standard package of care which we know Dad appreciated.

Every carer who has looked after my dad has shown him real care and dignity. They are lovely people who really do "care". Not only did they care for dad they also took the time to make sure mum was ok too.

My experience with this care provider is very good. The communication between client, carer and company is well funded. I feel confident with my carer. I changed to Right at Home in April 2021 to care for my mother who has Vascular Dementia. From day one they have been fantastic, I now feel happy that I can go out and my mum is fully taken care of, they go above all expectations and previous experience with another care provider. All carers who attend
have now learnt how Mum works and Mum looks forward to their visit.

All staff were professional and caring. I knew I could rely on them, especially during the pandemic. The carers treated my mum with dignity and respect, they had an understanding of her decline over time, they were never phased. I was kept updated of any concerns they might have. Very easy to communicate
with, friendly and helpful at all times. Thank you for the best care and attention you gave to my dear Mum.
