Thank you for taking the time to give a review. We do try our best to provide a high quality of service and care. Over the many years I think we can say you've got to know us and the care team well.
Thank you for mentioning all of us, the Care Team and the Management Team, in your lovely review. We do pride ourselves on our communication, which of course starts from the carers observations shared to us, and thereafter we like to keep the families in the loop too. It was lovely supporting your Mum, after a few visits she began to build a good rapport with our carers . We wish her well in her new sheltered accommodation.
Thank you so much. I've let the care team know, you've taken the time to write a lovely review. The carers thoroughly enjoyed their visits with your mum. We felt as if we worked in a team with the family too, and this is how we like to be. Great family support and a lovely client.
Thank you for taking the time to give a lovely review. We enjoyed our visits with your mum. She loved showing and telling us all about the family photos, and her life experiences. Coffee and cake outings were great too.
What a lovely review, thank you Georgia. We felt privileged to enable your Mum to continue doing what she enjoyed. Creative works and trips out. Her positive can-do attitude, rubbed off on the carers too. She will always remain in our thoughts.
Thank you. We absolutely try to make a difference, and to help clients smile throughout the day. Enablement to continue to be as independent as possible is our aim here. Getting to know the family is an added bonus for us. Makes us smile too.

Thank you, Helen. Communication is so important, and we always try our best to keep everyone in the loop. Glad to hear it helps with peace of mind. It's a great call, and we are pleased we helped to make a difference.
Thank you Jill. The carers enjoyed their visits and the laughter that was had. We would have loved to have known her for longer, but we also admire her determination of independence, not to want care initially. At peace now. Thank you for taking the time to add a review.
Thank you so much for the lovely review. Your dad is such a gentleman the care team thoroughly enjoyed supporting him. On a separate note it was great getting to know you both too. With best wishes for the future.
Thank you for your time in giving a review. Our carers loved their visits to your parents and thoroughly enjoyed helping to recall past memories, hearing life stories and promoting their independence.
Thank you for this lovely review. We are so pleased you see an uplift in your mum's mood. The carers are thoroughly enjoying visiting. Prompting and enabling your mum to do things for herself. The shopping visits are enjoyable, especially when mum says I don’t need anything, yet chooses a shopping basket of groceries to bring home! We love keeping people as independent as possible, Your mum is a joy to be with and as the weeks go on the rapport will build even more. (I’ve shared your lovely review with your mum's care team.
Thank you. It means a lot to us to receive feedback from our clients. I will of course let your team of carers know you are happy with the support and that you've kindly put it into words. They always say they enjoy the good conversation and the daily laughs they have with you. A lovely first call, to start the day off with a smile!
Thank you, Hugh, for such a lovely positive review. It's so nice to hear that our support helps to make life a bit easier. The team of carers love engaging with you both. Getting to know the family has helped to provide a full background for likes and dislikes and enables us to be truly person-centred. I can't wait to tell your team of carers about this review! Thank you.
