Right at Home (Lymm & South Warrington)

My husband received excellent personal care at home, which was his wish. The carers had an abundance of experience, they were kind, polite and looked after him with exceptional compassion.

I was very pleased with the service. The carer was waiting at my home when I came out of hospital. Was very friendly and helpful and my old dog no complaints at all. Well done everyone.

Care is always outstanding, team always work together to make sure that Mum always receives the utmost care, they are respectful, and Mum's dignity is maintained to the utmost degree. Clare and team are also so supportive, not just to Mum but to me and Dad too. Thank you.

I very much enjoy visits from my caregiver. I was reluctant to have any help but am so glad I do. They help me with anything I need and we laugh a lot. I also enjoy outings and look forward to seeing her.

We are very happy with the service we are receiving. The carers are very kind, helpful and this has enabled my father to improve in health. Right at Home Lymm look after my nan. She looks forward to their visits and they help her around the house. They do a great job and make my nan happy. The staff and team are all friendly and helpful. They do a great job, are kind and caring. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service from day 1.

There's not enough words to say how 'Right at Home' carers have helped me at a most difficult time with my husbands health issues, they have been carers in every way, taking a personal interest in his welfare and doing their job at the highest level. They are to me 'special people' doing a difficult job. I thank them wholeheartedly and much gratitude and respect. and I thank god for them.

Without a shadow of a doubt, we as a family couldn't have functioned without the help of the carers. Over the 12 months, Right at Home cared for my mum, they did so with the utmost respect. I would recommend them without any hesitation!

I approached Right at Home for companionship for my mum who gets lonely and struggles with her mobility. They have been fantastic with her, taking her out shopping and for coffee's. I would highly recommend Right at Home to anymore, they adapt their care giving and make my mum very happy.

I have been receiving daily visits since returning from hospital on the 9th April. The visits have been 3 times a day with 5 overnight stays. The service has been of the highest class, and I have been very impressed with all the carers who have visited my home. I can recommend this company to all who need care on a regular basis.

We are very happy with the service we receive from Right At Home Lymm. My mum has regular carers and likes the fact that she sees the same carers and can get to know them. They are always very helpful and go above and beyond to make sure Mum is looked after and comfortable. Good communication, too, when necessary.

The care team that came to look after my wife was very special! From the first day, they were very obliging and helpful and looked after my wife as if it was our grandchildren calling bathing her and all her needs she was just looking forward to them coming, they are a very special team of ladies. Myself and my daughter cared for my wife but they knew what other needs she required and I must say they knew a lot of other things. Asking us to pone district nurses on the odd occasions where drivers were leaking? Also, doctors to check swollen parts of the hip that got infected! Excellent, we miss them all.

The care and support given by the staff were invaluable to my husband, myself and my children allowing my husband to be at home with his family. In just a short space of time, we became friends with all the carers who provided excellent support and advice. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

As a family, who were in crisis with two family members requiring palliative care. I cannot praise the team enough! All our expectations have been met and more. The team are reliable, friendly, kind and caring, and attentive towards client and family needs. I highly recommend this care company, they deserve a 'gold star' and I thank them from the bottom of my heart.
