From the first day that Right at Home started, well what can I say - fabulous, friendly team, so caring and well we all feel like a big family. Always in contact with myself and I know I can pick up the phone and someone is there for me as well as dad. Dad loves all the team and the times they are with dad he's laughing. It's hard when someone is at end of life but the care my dad gets and also myself is 100%

We have used Right at Home for my father-in-law and also my mother since 2020. The service we receive is exemplary, and the staff are compassionate, caring and kind. My mother has a regular carer, who she adores. It is so reassuring to know she has consistency with the care she receives. I have heard from other friends whose parents also have care that some agencies are unreliable and uncaring, but Right at Home is superb, and I highly recommend them. Thank you.

Meet the Team (5)
Clare has been working with Right at Home for 7 years and comes from a previous career in the NHS, Clare is passionate about Right at Home's mission and values, supporting clients to remain as independent as possible for as long as possible in their own homes with the highest possible quality care.
Although Carla works primarily in the back office managing our accounts and payroll, she also has many years of providing care to a cherished family member. With her experience in both accounting and providing care, she is a much valued member of the team, supporting our ethos of quality and supporting people to remain independent at home.
Working in retail leaving college is all I have ever known, but after a short illness in 2020, it finally gave me the motivation to get out of retail for good. Stumbling upon Right at Home in 2022, I decided it was time for a change. From supporting people with day-to-day tasks within their homes or helping families care for their loved ones, I can honestly say I wish I had done it sooner!
I came into care 5 years ago as I thought it would be rewarding but did not really know what to expect having met so many amazing and inspirational people over the years I can't imagine doing anything else, every day is different and I always love going to work, what more could you ask for.
Katie first started with us as a CareGiver and in January 2025, started working in our office supporting accounts and the general office, and more recently, marketing and recruitment. Although she has many years of office experience with strong skills in marketing and communications, she continues to provide care calls as she has a real passion for caring and supporting people.
