Since providing care for my mother RAH have been consistent with her care on a daily basis. Always having my mothers best interests at heart. Times there have been short minute changes like Hospital appointments and care has been provided quickly and efficiently. Having recently been my mums 1st contact I have found RAH to be consistent in there communication and respectful of my opinion which means a lot, listening and advising the best they can. I admire the dedication from the staff and know there job isn't easy but I know can also be rewarding Having worked in the Care Industry myself be it some time ago this was in a care home enviroment.
All I can ask for that my mothers needs are met on a daily basis which they are and knowing that brings comfort to my mother and myself.

My brother and I are hugely grateful for the warm and efficient care provided by all three of the Right at Home carers who visit our father. He was initially very reluctant to have carers but their patience and kindness have won him round. They are willing to lend a hand to just about anything my father needs help with, and showed great good humour in face of his initial reluctance. We are also very grateful to the managerial and office staff who have consistently responded with speed and flexibility to our questions and requests. An example was the unexpected need we had for my father to be driven to a dentist appointment - my call was answered immediately and within a couple of hours I was assured that - on the same day as I made the call - the carer's hours could be changed and extended so that she could accompany my father. Right at Home's service has very much reduced the stress of having an elderly parent living alone. A sincere thank you to all the Right at Home staff!

We know that accepting care for the first time can be a huge step, especially when someone values their independence, so hearing that our Carers patience, kindness and good humour helped your father feel comfortable is incredibly rewarding. We're also delighted that our office team were able to respond quickly when you needed support with the unexpected dental appointment. We always strive to be as flexible and responsive as possible because we know life doesn't always go to plan, and we're so pleased we could help when you needed us most.

I came to this company after a recommendation by word of mouth. I only sat down and completed my assessment at the end of last week and had my carer allocated by the Wednesday. I've had 2 different carers so far and both have surpassed what I could've expected. Both girls have been such a pleasure to have in my home and for the first time in my life I have been able to fully trust people I have only just met. This is because the girls who work for this company take their job seriously but know how to have fun. Both days I have been laughing and been more proactive in my home. The level of independence is second to none, to which I would only describe the care as professional but personal. I feel I have made the best decision to have "Right at home" as my carers and I look forward to everyday I have with them. I can't thank Debby and the team enough, you have all changed my life for the better and have given me my independence back, so thank you!

I'd like to say a HUGE thank you to RAH Salisbury and Andover for taking such great care of my Dad whilst I was on holiday in July 2025. My usual carer let me down at the last minute and RAH Salisbury came out instantly and did a thorough assessment of Dad's complex health needs. My Dad loved seeing the carer everyday, who took great care to not just do the chores I asked of her, but also spent time getting to know him, spending time with him so that he wasn't lonely whilst I was away. No job was too much trouble, and the carer always got in touch daily to ensure I knew how Dad was - we were abroad with minimal internet access and so at times this was tricky, but they always persevered. The team treated my Dad with such kindness, respect and with great dignity, and he really looked forward to his visits daily. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone the care that RAH Salisbury and Andover provide, and will definitely be using them again this year when we take another holiday!

Following a needs assessment meeting on 21st Jan we agreed a limited care package with Right at Home starting on 23rd January. But on 22nd January we had a problem with my father which we could not manage alone. I called Right at Home to ask for advice and amazingly they offered to send two people immediately one of which was the manager. They resolved the situation and gave me a chance to leave the house and recover. It was incredible support. I am so grateful.

We believe that responsive, compassionate care should extend beyond scheduled visits, particularly at moments of unexpected difficulty. We are pleased that our manager and team were able to attend promptly, stabilise the situation and provide you with the reassurance and breathing space you needed. Hello, I’m Michelle, and I’m proud to lead Right at Home Salisbury & Andover. My journey to the care sector has been shaped by a lifelong passion for people — understanding their needs, supporting their independence, and helping them feel truly valued.
Originally from South Africa, I spent many years working in both healthcare and insurance before moving to Salisbury with my family. I later ran my own photography studio, which taught me the importance of listening, empathy, and connection — values that are at the heart of how we deliver care today.
I believe that great care is about so much more than daily support. It’s about trust, dignity, and ensuring each person feels comfortable, safe, and respected in their own home. Every Client we support is treated as an individual, and I’m deeply proud of the relationships our team builds with families across Salisbury, Andover, and the surrounding villages.
My role involves ensuring that every aspect of our service — from the first phone call to each visit — meets the highest standards of compassion and professionalism. I also love being part of the local community, working closely with other organisations to make a difference in people’s lives.
