Job Title: Managing Director Joined: 2025

Hello, I’m Michelle, and I’m proud to lead Right at Home Salisbury & Andover. My journey to the care sector has been shaped by a lifelong passion for people — understanding their needs, supporting their independence, and helping them feel truly valued.

Originally from South Africa, I spent many years working in both healthcare and insurance before moving to Salisbury with my family. I later ran my own photography studio, which taught me the importance of listening, empathy, and connection — values that are at the heart of how we deliver care today.

I believe that great care is about so much more than daily support. It’s about trust, dignity, and ensuring each person feels comfortable, safe, and respected in their own home. Every Client we support is treated as an individual, and I’m deeply proud of the relationships our team builds with families across Salisbury, Andover, and the surrounding villages.

My role involves ensuring that every aspect of our service — from the first phone call to each visit — meets the highest standards of compassion and professionalism. I also love being part of the local community, working closely with other organisations to make a difference in people’s lives.

If you’re looking for care for yourself or a loved one and want a team that truly listens and cares, please do get in touch — we’re here to help in any way we can.

Hello, I’m Claire, and I’m proud to lead our wonderful care team here at Right at Home Salisbury & Andover. With over 20 years of experience in care and management, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people live safely, comfortably, and independently in the place they call home.

For me, great care is all about people — understanding what matters most to each individual and tailoring support to suit their unique needs, preferences, and routines. Whether it’s helping someone regain confidence after illness, supporting families through the challenges of dementia, or simply being there for companionship, my aim is always to make a genuine difference every single day.

I also work closely with local healthcare professionals and community organisations across Salisbury and Andover to ensure our Clients receive truly joined-up support. Collaboration, compassion, and respect are at the heart of everything I do.

At Right at Home Salisbury & Andover, I’m committed to creating a supportive environment for our Clients — where kindness, trust, and quality care always come first.

If you’re exploring care options for yourself or a loved one, I’d be delighted to talk about how we can help.

Hello, I’m Courtney, and I’m proud to be part of our family-run team here at Right at Home Salisbury & Andover. With a PhD in Biological Sciences and Medicine, I bring a strong understanding of health, wellbeing, and how the brain works — knowledge that helps shape the compassionate, person-centred care we provide every day.

My background in neuropharmacology has given me a deep appreciation for the challenges faced by those living with conditions such as dementia and other neurological disorders. I use that insight to ensure our Clients always receive care that supports both their physical and emotional well-being.

Working alongside my parents, Michelle and Martin, I help lead a values-driven business built on kindness, respect, and quality. My focus is on community engagement, building trusted partnerships, and supporting our incredible team through ongoing training and development — so every Client feels safe, supported, and understood.
