Right at Home (South Liverpool & Halton)

My mum and I have been clients of Right At Home for a couple of years and have always found the service to be exceptional. The carers are all kind, caring and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them. I would highly recommend this company.

We cannot thank Right at Home enough for the outstanding care they gave to our dad, John, and the support they offered to our whole family. From the very beginning, the team showed compassion, warmth, and professionalism that immediately put us at ease. Every carer treated Dad with dignity and respect, while also taking the time to bring comfort and reassurance to us as a family keeping in constant contact. What meant the most was how personal the care felt. They truly got to know Dad, made him feel valued, and supported us every step of the way. Their presence gave us peace of mind and comfort during a very stressful time in our lives.

Right at Home became more than just a care provider - they became like an extension of our family. Even one career took my dad out on a day out free of charge to a local football club stadium on her day off, truly wonderful person. They also proved monthly get togethers' at the local church free of charge I will always be deeply grateful.

We get daily reports after the visit which gives us peace of mind as to how she is. We also feel part of one big team all trying to do what’s best. Right at Home is the best company around. Our son has been with them for a few years now, always great carers who look after him. It gives us respite for a few hours three times a week, he loves going out for lunch with a carer and looking around shops, and going to different places like museums, going into Liverpool on a train, he's well looked after which gives us peace of mind. The care given is tailored to my mother-in-law. She has so much more energy after a visit from the carers. It has also been helped by getting her out and about in the wider community where she sings and has a regular kind of party.
