Right at Home (South Liverpool & Halton) is a high-quality, family-owned home care provider serving Allerton, Aigburth, Childwall, Cronton, Garston, Gateacre, Halewood, Calderstones, Mossley Hill, Woolton, Halton, Widnes, Runcorn, West Derby, Huyton, Grassingdale, Speke and Hale. The service is nurse-lead and overseen by Co-owner and Director of Care, a former Head of Nursing & Allied Health Professionals at Liverpool Women's Hospital, who brings over 25 years of NHS experience.

As a CQC-registered TDDI (Treatment of Disease, Disorder and Injury) Provider, Right at Home delivers both standard and complex care services. Standard home care includes companionship, personal care, medication administration, respite care and end-of-life support. Complex care includes catheter, PEG, stoma and would care, IV medication, epilepsy and diabetes management, vital sign monitoring, dementia care, spinal injury support, management of challenging behaviours and ventilation care.

The experienced care team provides person-centred support, treating every individual with dignity, respect and genuine compassion.

Really pleased with the Right at Home team. I was nervous about introducing "care" into my dad's life, mainly concerning how my dad would take the suggestion that he needed "care". Right at Home have been so supportive and helped with approaching my dad, explaining the benefits and ensuring it was his
decision. The team have given my dad the companionship he was missing. He even joins in the tasks like cleaning, tidying, washing which is ideal. He loves the banter with his carers and always seems more buoyant on the days they have visited. He and I have full trust in the team and I am eternally grateful in easing this transition in my dad's journey with Alzheimer's. I recommend Right at Home to patients and relatives at work frequently as I have seen them support patients and go the extra mile, and now with my dad too.

Fantastic care provider!
Very responsive, caring and listen to any needs/requests, dealing with them promptly/professionally.
We recently needed to have mum discharged from a hospital promptly (due to the poor level of care whilst under the care of the hospital).
The care provider could not have
done any more for us at short notice to enable this to happen. They bent over backwards to make it happen with the entire team pulling together and for mum to get back to her house.
Absolutely brilliant!

Could not have asked for a better experience since starting to explore help with looking after my dad. Management were just so friendly and helpful when meeting us to establish exactly what care would be best for Dad. His carer has been visiting him for six weeks now and I have nothing but praise and
gratitude for her help. She is friendly, caring and very willing. Dad likes her.
Management have stayed in contact with me to check that all is well and to assure me that once Dad’s needs change then they are ready to adapt.
