The care provided was excellent, and everyone was so helpful and cheerful. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended the care provider - I could not have had better service. Thank you so much for your care provided for me.

Overall Experience
I had multiple carers attend to my needs for the short time I was there. They were all very nice and very competent. The people on the phone were very helpful and also very competent.

My main carer was a lad who was amazing. Although he would often be late, I know he would be so because he would go above and beyond for those he cared for and you could tell he cared deeply about doing a good job, not because he had to but because he wanted to make sure my needs were met. While the care itself is at the higher end of the price range it is absolutely worth it as everyone from the boss down just wants to provide you with the best care possible.

Overall Experience

Wow what a team, recently changed care providers for my dad, wish I'd of done it sooner! Dad's in a much better position in every aspect of his life now, everyone is friendly, accommodating and highly professional. My dad looks forward to each day with his new support staff, nothing is too much trouble. Excellent communication from the start and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend it to anyone needing support for their family, thanks so much for making things so easy and hassle-free.

Overall Experience

We are so delighted with Right at Home. They took over my mother-in-law's care package from another care provider in November. The difference in my mother-in-law is remarkable. She is so happy with her carers. They genuinely care! They go over and above their brief in order to make sure she is safe and happy. We cannot thank them enough.

Overall Experience

My dad's carer has built up a rapport with dad and often checks on him though the night. He listens and joins in the conversation with dad. We find his carer to be helpful and caring in his role.

The standard of care provided for my daughter is excellent. My daughter has really bonded with the carer and I am more than comfortable leaving her in the care of the carer. Overall, extremely happy with the service provided by Right at Home.

The carer who sits with my mother overnight is very professional, caring, polite, friendly, curious, funny, intelligent and trustworthy.
Overall, I would give him 10/10 and have no problem recommending your staff to anyone.

The care we have been having from our carer workers has been excellent!
They are all lovely and nothing is too much trouble. Having the same carers for my husband is good and he loves them all.

Unfortunately, we have had a terrible experience with Right at Home. Firstly the duty of care has been awful with my nan's wee bag constantly overflowing. They have served inadequate meals containing microwave rice, raw tomatoes, and raw bacon which is not only detrimental to her health being elderly and vulnerable but also has no nutritional value. I am currently in the process of raising a very serious complaint to the local authority and regulatory bodies as there had been a breach of confidentiality including patients' family members' names and financial information. The carer left an unprofessional note directed at the family to which we had responded to. As a result of this, the carer had her partner come around the property of my nan and physically assault her grandson. This caused an extreme amount of stress for my nan. We have now changed companies and are more than happy with the service they provide. The carer is still employed at Right at Home so be cautious.

My mum had cancer and needed carers throughout the day, I was nervous about this, as I wanted mum to have the best care, I had no reason to be nervous, cause the carers were amazing, not just with mum, but with me also, the support they gave was second to none, I couldn't praise them enough, always had a smile on their faces, and always showed mum the empathy, compassion and care she needed, I couldn't recommend this care agency high enough, they are all wonderful people, thank u all so very much for making my mums end of life a comfortable one.

If you need a care agency for ur family member then 'Right At Home' is the care agency to go with, they are exceptional.

Overall Experience

Communication between the carers, myself and Mum is excellent. It feels like a team effort. Great care and compassion. There's a trust that Mum will be looked after with respect and dignity. I am always informed of any changes noticed during visits, Mum has limb contractions and pain so the carers are careful moving Mum slowly and patiently. Carers are friendly, professional, polite and Mum is pleased to have them care for her.

Your firm was involved in the end of life care for my wife. From your first contact, the professionalism of your staff was impeccable. The care you provided was a source of comfort for my wife and also her family. In these trying times can only hope that things can get back to normal. They have been very patient and caring for my mum. They are also very friendly and caring with my mum's needs. My mum was very anxious about being cared for by new people but they quickly put her at ease.

Gavin Preston

Gavin and his team are passionate about making a difference in the lives of their clients. They are constantly looking for ways to improve the quality of service they offer and are delighted that the growing number of 4* and 5* reviews on Homecare.co.uk and the increasing number of word-of-mouth referrals for clients and carers received are an indication that their commitment to constant and never-ending improvement is bearing fruit.

Gavin and his team believe that by looking after their carers they will look after Right at Home South Liverpool's clients. They provide in-house training, supervision and spot checks to ensure quality standards are upheld and look to offer career progression opportunities to carers where possible.
