The service is essential for my mother with dementia to stay in her own home . The staff support my father by dealing with my mother's personal care needs. The staff seem friendly , professional and kind. The daily reports on the app give good oversight of what is happening. The only issue I would have is with timing. On set up of agreement , I agreed a 9am slot which is actually 10:15-11:15, which is far too late . I would like to have the 9am slot as agreed when we signed up for the service.

I've been with Right At Home (Sefton) since moving into my bungalow independently at the beginning of year. The office staff and management are very professional, supportive, and understanding of my circumstances as I work from home and have an active social life.
The carers I've had are friendly, professional, focused on their tasks, hygienic and wear clean uniforms. Right At Home (Sefton) have really understood that I require consistency because of my job and daily responsibilities meaning that I have the same carers throughout the week. This is so helpful to me as it makes it so much easier for me to go about my day.
The office staff and management are really communcative and if I have a query or concern I can speak directly to them and feel confident that it will be resolved. The Care Planning app is great for knowing who is coming for each call and it helps me to feel reassured.
I'm really satisfied with Right At Home (Sefton's) service and would highly recommend them.

Before jan I had a wide range of people who didn't know what they were doing. The only thing that I have a problem with is that one of the carers called the RCPCA on me which I think is unforgivable.

Right at home is a good care provide. They have enabled my aunt and uncle to remain in their own home instead of having to go into a nursing home. The management team really listen to feedback and try to make improvements to suit the customer. One size does not fit all and right at home are good at flexing care. Caring staff themselves are very supportive and approachable, regularly exceeding expectations . They are friendly, reliable, thorough, and really do try to do their best. Only negative really is that by the nature of the role there is a turnover of staff and the newer care providers are not as efficient but this is to be expected I guess and perhaps customers should get slightly more time when this happens. Also, food preparation and cooking are important to us and on occasion we have needed to speak up about certain individuals who are lacking in capability in this regard.
We have been using right at home now for 3.5 years and highly rate their services.

Right at home (Sefton) have been providing our mum with excellent care, this has only been since January this year. But I would like to take this opportunity to thank them so much. My mum get's four visits a day to assist with her personal hygiene, assistance with dressing/undressing, meal's & medication. Every single carer that has been is so lovely and extremally caring. Me and my sister work full time and were struggling. I feel so grateful for all the help that mum has been given. Mum loves to engage with the carer's as she loves a good chat. I would highly recommend Right at home (Sefton) to anybody, the staff at the office are always happy to help and accommodate us.

Right At Home have been providing a high standard of care for my elderly mother since December 2023, prompting with medications, assisting with food preparation when required and helping with some light housework - washing dishes and the like. My mother enjoys engaging with the care givers, especially when she can regale them with tales of her favourite job as a window dresser in a department store during the 1940's through to the 1960's. We have also found the care staff to be consistently friendly and reliable. Our family are very pleased with the staff and levels of care given, as the high quality of service provided is allowing mum to fulfill her wish to remain as independent as possible, whilst living in her own home. Communication between the care givers and the office are very good, as we are informed of any concerns and
able to address them promptly. We are glad that we chose Right At Home to care for mum.

My decision to ask the company for help following my accident in May was made as a result of the help given by them to my Mum nearly four years ago. The carers who came to help Mum and who have helped me are professional caring people who do their work efficiently and with great care and consideration. I have valued the time they have spent with me and will be sorry when I have to call a halt to their services as I believe they have been a contributory factor in my speedy recovery after my accident. They have been caring for both of my parents since Christmas, administering medications, helping with personal care and light housework eg laundry. My parents have been very happy with the care they have received and enjoy the company of the carers, too; the staff are lovely - friendly, reliable and professional.
Communication is excellent with the office who will call me if they have any concerns; I live a distance away and it is very reassuring to know that their carers are so conscientious and reliable.

Right at Home looked after my 92 year old father in his home until he passed away in hospital in December. I was very impressed by the service we had. When the manager came to visit us to discuss Dad's needs she made a real effort to get to know him and asked about his life and interests so the carers would have something to talk about. A detailed report is left after every visit which I found very reassuring and helpful and the manager phoned immediately if there were any concerns. My Dad loved seeing the ladies and their kind care meant he could stay in his own home until the end which is what he wanted. I would recommend them to anyone

It's always a big decision to make, trusting what starts out as strangers into your home to look after a loved one. However, I needn't have worried. The staff are amazing - so dedicated, caring, and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend this company enough - and although Dad unfortunately has to go into 24-hour care should I ever need their assistance for another loved one (or me) there is no other company I would use.

All of the carers who looked after Dad were very kind to him, 3 in particular. He was always given a shave, changed regularly and the staff went beyond their duty to make sure he was comfortable.

My mum needed help to remember to take her tablets and to have her meals prepared. I live hours away and was anxious about how it would all work. It so happened that I was there when the carers came on a number of occasions. The 'ladies' as we called them were lovely. They were professional and took care to see what Mum needed. They were chatty and kind. Mum settled well into the rhythm and routine. The care manager I dealt with was very positive and made the process very simple. It was a relief to know that Mum was being looked after and that I could rely on her needs being met. I would recommend Right at Home to anyone who needs the security of knowing that their loved one will be well looked after. Thank you Right at Home.

Extremely happy with the care my grandad received before he passed away, they all cared so much and ensured he was always comfortable till the very end, they built a lovely and trusting relationship with his family. They made sure that my grandma was kept up to date with any information needed....
Extremely happy with the care my grandad received before he passed away, they all cared so much and ensured he was always comfortable till the very end, they built a lovely and trusting relationship with his family. They made sure that my grandma was kept up to date with any information needed. Every single carer treated my grandad with so much respect even on bad days. Very grateful for them staying with my grandfather the day he was taken into hospital.
