Right At Home have been providing a high standard of care for my elderly mother since December 2023, prompting with medications, assisting with food preparation when required and helping with some light housework - washing dishes and the like. My mother enjoys engaging with the care givers, especially
when she can regale them with tales of her favourite job as a window dresser in a department store during the 1940's through to the 1960's. We have also found the care staff to be consistently friendly and reliable.
Our family are very pleased with the staff and levels of care given, as the high quality of service provided is allowing mum to fulfill her wish to remain as independent as possible, whilst living in her own home.
Communication between the care givers and the office are very good, as we are informed of any concerns and
able to address them promptly. We are glad that we chose Right At Home to care for mum.

My decision to ask the company for help following my accident in May was made as a result of the help given by them to my Mum nearly four years ago. The carers who came to help Mum and who have helped me are professional caring people who do their work efficiently and with great care and consideration.
I have valued the time they have spent with me and will be sorry when I have to call a halt to their services as I believe they have been a contributory factor in my speedy recovery after my accident. I feel they are now friends and it will be hard not seeing them each day. Thank you to all.

Right at Home is a very professional, reliable and caring organisation. They have been caring for both of my parents since Christmas, administering medications, helping with personal care and light housework eg laundry. My parents have been very happy with the care they have received and enjoy the company
of the carers, too; the staff are lovely - friendly, reliable and professional.
Communication is excellent with the office who will call me if they have any concerns; I live a distance away and it is very reassuring to know that their carers are so conscientious and reliable.

My dad has been under the care of Right at Home Sefton for a good few years now.
He's 94 this year and lives alone.
He needs a lot of help and the carers are excellent with him.
They care for him like he is family.
My family and myself are confident in the knowledge that they are looking
after him.
They communicate any concerns with us all the time and are proactive not just reactive with dads care.
I can't praise them enough.

Right at Home looked after my 92 year old father in his home until he passed away in hospital in December. I was very impressed by the service we had. When the manager came to visit us to discuss Dad's needs she made a real effort to get to know him and asked about his life and interests so the carers
would have something to talk about. A detailed report is left after every visit which I found very reassuring and helpful and the manager phoned immediately if there were any concerns. My Dad loved seeing the ladies and their kind care meant he could stay in his own home until the end which is what he wanted. I would recommend them to anyone

Right at Home Sefton provided the best care we could possibly wish for. My elderly mum had dementia which became more pronounced over time. All the carers were extremely patient with my Mum and became like family members. They provided company and a little chat as well as the much-needed personal care.
I would not hesitate to recommend them.

It's always a big decision to make, trusting what starts out as strangers into your home to look after a loved one. However, I needn't have worried. The staff are amazing - so dedicated, caring, and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend this company enough - and although Dad unfortunately has to go into
24-hour care should I ever need their assistance for another loved one (or me) there is no other company I would use.

All of the carers who looked after Dad were very kind to him, 3 in particular. He was always given a shave, changed regularly and the staff went beyond their duty to make sure he was comfortable.

My mum needed help to remember to take her tablets and to have her meals prepared. I live hours away and was anxious about how it would all work. It so happened that I was there when the carers came on a number of occasions. The 'ladies' as we called them were lovely. They were professional and took
care to see what Mum needed. They were chatty and kind. Mum settled well into the rhythm and routine. The care manager I dealt with was very positive and made the process very simple. It was a relief to know that Mum was being looked after and that I could rely on her needs being met. I would recommend Right at Home to anyone who needs the security of knowing that their loved one will be well looked after. Thank you Right at Home.

Extremely happy with the care my grandad received before he passed away, they all cared so much and ensured he was always comfortable till the very end, they built a lovely and trusting relationship with his family. Prior to needing 24-hour care, we had been using Right at Home for nearly two years.
The carers were always kind, caring, professional and efficient.
They extended a level of care that exceeded my expectations.
Communication was good, and raising concerns and checking procedures were in place, e.g.
when meds ran low.
When contacting the office, any questions were resolved quickly, and information was passed on to the relevant department very effectively.
I had a small problem with the office only once when Mum's visiting times were changed, and I wasn't informed - just a minor glitch though.
I highly recommend Right at Home to care for loved ones.
