I signed up with this company 12 months ago for my dad. It took him a few months to warm to this arrangement. Overall the care has been very good. We have had a couple of problems when the carer didn’t collect the weekly medication from the chemist.
Always a friendly person answering the phone. Someone always rings me back when I’ve left a message.
The half-hour calls suit my dad as he doesn’t need a lot of care just yet.

Very happy with Right At Home.

Would like to thank one member of staff, in particular, for organising care for my Mum and to thank the caregivers for all they are doing for her.
Mum has found the carers very friendly, helpful and lovely to chat to.
The care provided has given the family the peace of mind to know Mum is in safe hands and supported.

Thank you one and all for time, trouble and care.

Right at Home offer a safe, consistent and reliable service. They are both professional and respectful. They are great to have a laugh and chat with as well as being both responsible and trustworthy.
I have had other care company support in the past but none so good as Right at Home. Top marks from me.

Thanks

Mum and Dad have needed support for almost 12 months now. I am sure most people initially resist someone coming into their home. However, the introduction was made and the help offered in a way that they felt like friends had arrived.
We have since increased the attendance from a few mornings a week to every day, mornings and evenings. Mum and Dad have help getting ready in the morning and have a cooked meal at night. The house is also a lot cleaner.
All the ladies who attend are helpful, attentive and considerate.
If there are issues/things needed I get an email or phone advice. Living some distance away, this helps me provide support and gives me peace of mind.
I even arrange groceries to be delivered when the ladies are present, so they can ensure the items end up in the right places!

I recommend the service for anyone who needs support.

The carers arrived on time as stated using the key safe. They are polite and well turned out and tidy. All were pleasant and I had a good time with each one. Everything I asked of them was done well. I would recommend the service to anyone who asked me. Thank you.

Mum was very reluctant to have carers and it took much persuasion to get her to agree.
However, she now looks forward to the company and support of the girls on a daily basis.

I feel that Mum is well looked after and if they have any concerns I always get a text or call from the manager, which gives us as a family reassurance.

Overall Experience

We have been extremely happy with the care my father-in-law has received to date. They made time to analyse his needs and listened to our views and concerns to ensure they matched the most appropriate carer to his needs. The staff are cheerful approachable and reliable, nothing is ever too much trouble. They put my father-in-law at ease from the first visit. We have found them completely reliable they are punctual to every appointment and the owner regularly make care to check we are happy and monitor our satisfaction. An excellent job!
