Right at Home Sefton attended my mother following her discharge from hospital at the end of last year. Mum found all the care professional and kind. As her son, the care provided gave me much peace of mind at a time when I was unable to visit due to Covid restrictions. The carers provided useful feedback to me - so that when she suffered a little medical setback - I was kept in the loop and able to oversee her medical care. All my dealings with the back-office staff were handled efficiently and I valued the advice they provided. The care provided has enabled Mum to become independent once again. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Extremely responsive and caring. When our entire family and all my daughter's existing carers contracted Covid, we contacted Right at Home at very short notice to help out. They immediately covered the hours we needed and for continuity, provided the same carers. This was so important to us as my daughter has complex needs. The carers were exceptional, as was the management. We were overwhelmed at their commitment, despite having to come into a house with Covid, which must've been very scary. Thank you so much.

My sister and I were lucky to find the services and staff of Right at Home to help us look after our mum. A great find! We wanted to keep Mum in her own home as best we could. The staff, not only the carers who called to see Mum twice a day but also the admin staff, helped us to make the process problem-free and most importantly of all, personal for Mum. Our band of helpers became like a part of the family. Their little personal touches, often going out of their way, meant so much to us and particularly to Mum. It is a testament to the reliability of Right at Home that even during Covid and lockdown we could rely on someone to be there for Mum. Someone who would look after our mum as if she were their own. The administration and communication were excellent. Our family would not hesitate to recommend Right at Home - we thank you all.

Right at Home (Sefton) have provided care for my mum for the last couple of years. The caregivers were wonderful with mum and she looked forward to their visits and became very fond of them. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for care for themselves or their family.

As a family, we could not have picked a better care provider for our wife and gran. All the ladies caring for our loved one were excellent and always treated her with so much love, dignity and compassion. They were always so quick to adapt to any changes. We cannot thank them enough. We are very grateful to the office staff as well who were always so polite, accommodating and ready to listen and have a chat if ever we needed it. Right At Home have cared for our mum at home with excellent attention to her needs and our requests. The carers have been thoughtful, generous and reliable. They have shown genuine empathy and have provided warm support to Mum in her time of need. They have cheered us all up when we needed it and shown appropriate thoughtfulness when required. We will not forget the welcome ring at the door to herald their visits.

The Right at Home team have provided a brilliant service for my husband. Upon our first meeting with the company, my husband and our family's requirements were given the utmost thought and consideration. The carers met all our needs, down to the times that were convenient for us, to ensuring my husband was happy, comfortable, and safe. Every carer has not only brought their expertise and professionalism to our home but also their friendliness, patience, and kindness. It was a pleasure welcoming them every morning and evening!

Every member of staff treated our dad with the utmost dignity, respect and kindness. They were the utmost professionals and their number one priority was to do their best for my dad. They were also a support to myself and my sister and we felt blessed that we had their visits in the last week of my dad's life.

Right at Home provided a brilliant service for my Mum, the carers were friendly and professional and knowing that they were there every morning gave us peace of mind. Everyone I dealt with in the office etc was great. I would highly recommend this service.

The clue is in the name: my stepmother really was “Right at Home”. She was determined to spend the last years of her life in the bungalow and this company made that possible. Despite complex needs, she had a superb care plan and consistent, skilled carers with the personal touch. As a relative, I always found the team supportive too. We couldn’t have asked for more.

I cannot fault the care and friendliness of the carers who have been looking after my Uncle for the past few years. He has grown very fond of the 'the girls', and I have been impressed by their respectfulness, and care for his dignity. He was recently discharged from hospital to a nursing home; I am hopeful that he will get stronger and be able to live back at home, and if so, we will be delighted to have the Right at Home carers back again. Thank you so much to the wonderful carers who looked after my lovely dad in the final weeks of his life. All the carers treated my dad with such kindness dignity and respect at a time that is challenging for everyone. They were professional and caring at all times and remained cheerful and friendly in their communication with my dad and I believe their kindness made an immense difference to both my dad and our family. Enormous gratitude to this team of very special people for the support and care at such a difficult and sad time.

I have been so impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the team. They have been helping my parents out and ensuring our needs have been met when circumstances changed. All of the staff are friendly and compassionate. They have given me the reassurance needed to know my parents are well looked after. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with the quality of care provided by this company. Organisation and care plan was discussed and handled efficiently. Carers are courteous, polite, friendly and helpful; you only have to ask. Their help has been paramount in recover and gaining independence.

From coming from a different care provider which was a very negative experience, to come to Right at Home where nothing is too much trouble. From every member of the team you come in contact with, whether it be from the carers or the office team, they display the utmost professionalism whilst also being extremely approachable and friendly.

My dad was on end of life care at home and this amazing team of carers looked after him (and the rest of the family) from November to mid-January. During this time, I cannot stress how friendly, caring, compassionate and professional these ladies were - they were a true shining light at a stressful and upsetting time. Each and every one of them very quickly built up a trusting relationship not only with my dad (who loved seeing them every day - they always got a smile from him.) but also with my mum, sister and I. They were efficient in their work, but always maintained dignity for Dad and had time to chat with all of us to make sure that we, as a family were OK and coping. On behalf of my dad, mum and sister, I would like to thank them from the bottom of our hearts for the unbelievable job that they did and for being there for us - I truly don't know what we would have done without them.

Right at Home have provided professional, kind and friendly support for both my mum and myself, nothing is ever too much and the carers go above and beyond. If I have any worries or concerns about my mum I feel really confident asking the carers or ringing the office and they are always ready to give advice and help, I would highly recommend Right at Home to family and friends

It is always difficult finding a good care provider but I have to say, having been given Right at Home for my brother I have nothing but praise for the greatest care given during his last days. The carers were wonderful, respectful people and did a fantastic job both in looking after him as well as fitting in with our requirements. The boss should be rightfully proud of running a high standard care organisations.
