We were most impressed with the care this company provided for Mum. Knowing that she could at times be a challenging character, matters were dealt with very professionally, with the friendliest attitudes from staff who were most trustworthy and nothing was too much to ask. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Right At Home has been providing me with care services for a good length of time now and at every turn, the staff have been uniformly considerate, capable and kind. The office staff have been considerate during times when my health has been more erratic, the care staff who visit have not only done their job but treated me with dignity, respect and kindness. I could not be happier with their services.

Mum feels safer, knowing that a friendly care team is never too far away, and I feel more confident that both of my parents can cope a little more easily in between my visits. We would have no hesitation in recommending Right at Home to other families who might need a reliable, friendly and experienced team of carers to help support their loved ones.

I have been with Right at Home since December 2018. I have been fortunate to have what I call my main carer (I say this as she is who I have consistently) from the very beginning of my care. My carer helped me come to terms with my illness and to that I needed help. Because of her compassionate, kind and gentle reassurance, I quickly realised how much easier my life was. My carer and subsequent carers that I also now have, have been trained to a high standard, always with a smile to put you at ease, efficient and care for you with compassion. All office staff when I call are polite and courteous and happy to have a quick chat. Right at Home frequently review with clients making sure that we are happy with the service and that all needs are being met. Overall, I feel that so far my level of care from Right at Home has been amazing. A big thank you to all the carers concerned for their compassion and understanding, and to the staff who are on the other end of the phone.

Excellent service - no problems. Nothing much to say other than I/we are extremely satisfied with the care provided by Right at Home. All I can say is that the girls who look after my wife's care every day need a pay rise!

We started using Right at Home last year to support Mum following a number of falls and a general deterioration in her health. Couldn't fault their support. Sadly, Mum ended up in hospital following a fall and was there for over 4 months. Once discharged we did not hesitate to re-engage the team. They have been amazing! Flexible in supporting our changing needs, proactive in providing advice and guidance during this challenging time and genuinely caring. Mum is now wheelchair bound and her carer has gone above and beyond - not only keeping Mum safe and cared for but supporting her mental health and quality of life. Highly recommend and very grateful.

Right at Home Sefton have provided care for my mum since 2021. During April 2023 my mum was receiving end-of-life care. The care from Right at Home throughout was brilliant. The staff were all kind, compassionate, friendly and professional. I felt that my mum was always safe in their care. I cannot thank each of the carers enough and I would have no hesitation in recommending Right at Home Sefton to care for a loved one.

Right at Home has provided great care for my dad for just on 12 months for which I am very grateful. The carers have been reliable, and kind and have shown empathy and compassion. They have been very friendly and both my mum and dad enjoyed their daily visits. The service is very professional and I would recommend it to others.

My mother is very independent and not keen to move from her own place which can be a worry as I do not live nearby, so it is reassuring to know that they are going in regularly to help her with day-to-day things that she finds difficult. She has built a real rapport with all the staff that visit which is lovely. This company was recommended to me and we are very happy with the service received. I knew my mum was well cared for and the continuity of care with the same staff members was great. I got regular updates and any problems the carer texted me straight away and I was able to text her for any issues or anything she needed to know. Right at Home has provided excellent support for our 94-year-old Dad, following an extended period of illness in hospital and at home. The process of arranging care was very professional, quick and straightforward and there has continued to be outstanding communication at all levels, including written documentation, during the four months Dad has received care. All carers have shown the utmost respect and consideration for Dad and provided a high quality and 100% reliable service. Right at Home has been able to respond very specifically to Dad's changing care needs and schedule as well as to our regular family visiting requirements. We have all really appreciated everyone's help in supporting Dad's recovery so that he can now live independently again. We would unreservedly and highly recommend Right at Home and wouldn't hesitate to use their services if or when required in the future.

My experience with Right At Home has been wonderful. This is a good, responsible, honest company. I looked at the website and I can say that the expressions there are correct and true. My calls are all professionally staffed by an above and beyond competent management team. I feel very safe with Right At Home so I am more relaxed and able. Right at Home Sefton attended my mother following her discharge from hospital at the end of last year. Mum found all the care professional and kind. As her son, the care provided gave me much peace of mind at a time when I was unable to visit due to Covid restrictions. The carers provided useful feedback to me - so that when she suffered a little medical setback - I was kept in the loop and able to oversee her medical care. All my dealings with the back-office staff were handled efficiently and I valued the advice they provided. The care provided has enabled Mum to become independent once again. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Extremely responsive and caring. When our entire family and all my daughter's existing carers contracted Covid, we contacted Right at Home at very short notice to help out. They immediately covered the hours we needed and for continuity, provided the same carers. This was so important to us as my daughter has complex needs. The carers were exceptional, as was the management. We were overwhelmed at their commitment, despite having to come into a house with Covid, which must've been very scary. Thank you so much.

My sister and I were lucky to find the services and staff of Right at Home to help us look after our mum. A great find! We wanted to keep Mum in her own home as best we could. The staff, not only the carers who called to see Mum twice a day but also the admin staff, helped us to make the process problem-free and most importantly of all, personal for Mum. Our band of helpers became like a part of the family. Their little personal touches, often going out of their way, meant so much to us and particularly to Mum. It is a testament to the reliability of Right at Home that even during Covid and lockdown we could rely on someone to be there for Mum. Someone who would look after our mum as if she were their own. Right at Home (Sefton) have provided care for my mum for the last couple of years. The caregivers were wonderful with mum and she looked forward to their visits and became very fond of them. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for care for themselves or their family.
