Right at Home has an amazing care team (rated Outstanding by the CQC in January 2022) of Home Care Assistants, Live in Care Assistants and a fabulous office team. They work hard to find the best people and, in order to hang on to them, need to make sure they are happy in their jobs.

The managing director asserts that gone are the days of care work being a dead end, minimum wage job. Carers are amazing people and Right at Home puts a lot of effort into finding the right people, with the emotional intelligence and empathy, to be able to become a great carer. They then receive the full support of Right at Home's management team to develop their careers if that is what they wish to do.

Right at Home has developed a framework to support the whole team in their efforts to be fantastic at what they do. My father has been a client of Right At Home for almost a year now. We feel so lucky to have found them. The attention to detail my dad receives is amazing. Dads care manager has been amazing as a point of contact and all the office team are brilliant. The carers go above and beyond with the support
they give my dad. I am particularity impressed that they pick up if there is anything wrong with my dad health wise. Excellent service.

My nan uses this service to take her shopping once a week. She has found it invaluable as she has macular degeneration and could not manage this herself. The ladies that visit treat her with dignity and respect and she really enjoys their company. She has also needed extra calls for hospital visits
and they could oblige when needed.

From the outset, Right at Home have provided a friendly, efficient, and professional service. Starting with the manager's visit to assess our mother and support that best suits her requirements. The allocation of carers, through the ongoing monitoring, help/care, and feedback provided on a regular basis.
The carer have provided on a regular basis. The carers have provided professional attentive, kind, and engaging not only are they helping her during the time of their visits we have noticed a definite improvement in her mood and outlook at all other times.

I have received exemplary service for my Mum. Not only has the care manager been amazing, but the whole office team are so helpful. The care for my Mum has been outstanding.
In nine years of caring for my Mum, I have tried several different companies and Right At Home has been the best by far. They

We thank you all for all the support you provided for my Dad while being looked after. You always ensured carers were fully briefed on his needs and liaised with GP and district nurses as his needs changed. The reaction was very quick when issues arose and took leadership in a multi-agency care team.
The family was kept fully engaged, and very reassuring.
We are very happy that my Dad was able to live out his final years at home with dignity, and well looked after both physically and mentally. We would happily recommend Right at Home to other families.

Having carers come in has changed my life. They take me out so I now don't feel so isolated. They are always happy and nothing is too much trouble. The office staff are helpful and put me at ease. I feel I always get five-star service.

The care manager and all her staff were brilliant. The words 'thank you' seem inadequate to describe how I feel about the wonderful care and attention my mum received during her last couple of months at home. Mum is now in a care home but still misses her carers.
Right at Home Epsom deserves plaudits

Right at Home provide a reliable, personal and truly caring experience. My aunt has benefitted enormously from the companionship, as well as bed care, feeding, laundry and light housework. They truly deserve their outstanding rating and I really don't know what we would have done without them. The individual
carers have proved, beyond a doubt, that they will go above and beyond to ensure my aunt spends her final weeks in a warm, loving and respectful environment in her own home.

We have been employing Right at Home since January to care for a friend in her 90's who has dementia. The team is very well led by the care manager and doing an excellent job on top of the usual personal care, they act as personal assistants to her by organising appointments and any household repairs.
Of all the agencies we appointed, Right at Home was the only one to offer this service. Carers are kind, efficient and smart, nothing is ever too much trouble.

Right at Home has provided an amazing service and relationship in the care of my mother. They look after her every need, including self-care, cleaning, washing, shopping and running errands, but more importantly, they provide amazing companionship. My mother loves her carers and looks forward to their

I was struggling to source the care we required for my mother as her complex care needs, including motor neurone disease, were progressing. I came across Right at Home and met the care manager who instantly made a great impression on us. She was friendly, proactive and engaging and took the time to
understand Mum's needs. Both the care manager and the care team gave my mother fantastic care. Very professional.

I am so happy with the care that my mum receives. Her carers treat her with respect and dignity. Communication between myself, the office staff and the carers is great, everyone is very helpful. My mum's carers will go above and beyond to help my mum and that in turn helps me out. I always know my mum

Right at Home have been able to come at short notice with a flexible, competent offering. The carers are consistent carers who have become family. Really important to have people in the home who "fit", and these do. When I have needed help, Right at Home have always been there, I can't rate them highly
enough. My dignity has always been maintained, even when very vulnerable. Thank you.
