The Office, management and carers are all very caring, efficient, empathetic and knowledgeable with any request I have had has been dealt with in a very swift manner and all of my sister's & Mother's needs have been taken into consideration and met. They work very closely with me and openly invite me to discuss any issues I may have. Myself, family, mother and sister are very happy with the care provided. He is always polite and caring, and takes so much time to chat with mum, he makes her laugh all the time. My husband was treated with dignity and they worked really hard they made him clean and comfortable. My husband looked forward to his wash in the morning. I cannot thank the staff enough; they were absolutely brilliant, advising me how to turn him and getting the right equipment.
