Very friendly helpful staff. The carers who look after my dad are fantastic, very professional but at the same time they take on the role of a friend and family when we aren't there. They are a great support network and highly recommend them.

I have been very satisfied with the service provided for my wife, both in attendance and quality of service provided, and would recommend this service to others.


I have only one complaint and this relates to cancellation of service at short notice. Unfortunately my wife does not give me fourteen

days notice of any health problem , and emergency treatments are likely to occur. which require an immediate visit to the surgery. This means that I have to pay for a service She does not receive.

I have been extremely pleased with the customer service from RAH in respect of the care for my parents. They were very responsive and helpful to my initial enquiry promptly dealing with calls and emails with a personal touch. the initial meeting to clarify needs was professional, personable and well
conducted giving me and my parents the confidence to progress. They have delivered as promised and to our complete satisfaction, responding to feedback in a timely manner. The two care givers are professional, caring and proactive. My parents and I have no hesitation in recommending RAH .

I first started to use Right at Home Solent for 3 hours a week respite care. A care giver would spend the afternoon with my husband while I went out to give me a break from caring for my husband 24/7. I then needed more support and a care giver would assist every morning with getting my husband up and
dressed, showered, having his breakfast and medication. Without exception all of the care was carried out with dignity, respect and extreme kindness. My husband would always comment on their professionalism and formed very good relationships with them. Sadly he became very ill and the care givers continued to provide for his increasing care needs in the same unfaltering way until he passed away.
All of the office staff were equally as helpful and supportive whenever I contacted them. I would recommend Right at Home without a second thought for anyone looking for care and support for a loved one.

We have been delighted with the care that Right at Home Solent has shown our mum since we signed up six months ago. Mum has Alzheimer's and lives at home, and the regular carer visits have made a huge difference to her mood and wellbeing - she looks forward to seeing the carers and feels like they are
an extension of the family. Right at Home is a very friendly and efficient organisation, that takes its responsibilities very seriously; I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We would unequivocally recommend Right at Home as a provider of care services in the New Forest area. For 5 months, Right at Home carers came to our home 5 times a week to look after Mum, who is 68 years old and has frontotemporal dementia.
Right at Home immediately stood out amongst care agencies
that we reviewed as being both very nice and very professional. We were particularly impressed that they understood Mum's need for a primary carer that she would get on well with, and they made an effort to connect us with the right person who they introduced us to before we started working together.
The lady has really got to know Mum as a person and has treated her with the utmost respect, sensitively responding to her needs and moods. She has always treated Mum as a friend rather than a patient.
We really would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a high-quality care agency in the local area - their carers are the best that we could find.

When my dad died so unexpectedly, Right at Home made the process so easy to get the care in place - right from my first conversation, and then each step of the journey when my mum’s needs changed or increased. Any concerns are raised immediately, and having access to the carer visit notes is so reassuring
and means that I can see how my mum is whenever I want to.
Everyone from Right at Home genuinely cares and have gone above and beyond at times when my mum has needed extra support. The carers that visit are consistent and provide excellent care and support as well as providing genuine friendship. The office team are always helpful and have offered support to find solutions to problems as they arise. I would not hesitate to recommend Right at Home to anyone who is looking for someone to care for a loved one, right from companionship through to more personal care. They are rated ‘outstanding’ by the CQC, and they genuinely are outstanding in everything they do.

The care my 93-year-old mum has received, 3 x day has been wonderful. Her caregivers are kind and compassionate, always ensuring she is comfortable and has everything she needs.
I particularly appreciate the continuity of care as it’s important for Mum to see familiar faces which enables her to build
a relationship with them.

My sister and I have been delighted with the care provided by Right at Home. Our elderly mother has Alzheimer’s disease and we needed additional help for the past eighteen months to enable her to remain at home. We were allocated a team of three caregivers meaning that the care provided was consistent
and Mum got to know them well. All three caregivers were patient and kind to Mum and provided an excellent level of care. The management team are supportive and helpful. They communicate well and are organised. We would thoroughly recommend Right at Home to anyone looking for care for their loved one.

I was coordinating care for my brother from the USA and working with Right at Home was an absolute pleasure. They went out of their way to communicate and adjust the plan to fit a very specific set of needs. Everyone I dealt with was extremely caring and professional in their approach. The carer that

When my mother needed help, owing to advancing dementia, Right At Home provided an excellent service, offering flexibility and, importantly, pro-active care for her. With this condition, things can change on an almost daily basis and the team at Right at Home were consistently ahead of the curve, being
particularly able to accommodate last-minute changes as they arose. The back office team were highly effective and friendly and the team of carers took the best possible care of Mum, very often going above and beyond the call of duty. All dementia-related problems with Mum were dealt with swiftly and effectively and Mum developed warm and close relationships with all her carers.

My aunt decided recently that she needed a little more help in the home and would enjoy some extra company too. When we contacted Right at Home arrangements were put into place very quickly and efficiently and my aunt now has a wonderful, friendly care worker coming in regularly. Auntie really looks
forward to these visits which are more for companionship at the moment but the flexibility is there to increase these visits in the future if the need arises. We are all very happy with the arrangement.

Following a visit to Right at Home’s friendly office in Fareham and a comprehensive home visit from their care manager all aspects of my mother’s needs were thoroughly discussed and we agreed a package of care.
Since then, we have been incredibly pleased with the quality and reliability of the service
provided. The friendly caregiver is punctual and has already established a good working relationship with her client and the financial aspects of the package are clear and straightforward. We were also very pleased to have a follow up visit from a member of the management team to confirm that we were fully satisfied with all aspects of the service

Hello – my name is Kev Popat and I am the Managing Director of Right at Home Solent.


Right at Home Solent exists solely to improve the lives of those we care for, not merely maintaining their quality of life but with a genuine focus on improvement.


I truly believe that everyone deserves the right to quality care, the same sort of care that I would want my Gran to receive. And nothing but the best would suffice for my Gran! Likewise, nothing but the best should suffice for any member of your family.


I’m fortunate to have been brought up in a joint family home, so spent most of my early years with my grandparents whilst my parents were working hard to secure a future for my brother and myself. I have so many fond memories of these initial years (mostly drinking tea and eating biscuits!). Imagining my Gran receiving care from someone who has no interest in her is the reason I’m here today.


There is no better feeling in the world than making someone’s day; the team we are putting together will be making people’s days, every single day.

As Operations Director, I manage the daily operations of the business to ensure effective planning and overall efficiency. I go on-site to supervise and evaluate middle management. I also lead recruitment and address questions and concerns from staff, address problems and shortcomings, and provide insight to streamline the business.


I have further interest in ensuring we are fully integrated with the local community we serve.
