My wife has found the carer extremely pleasant and helpfully and always looks forward to her visits

My sons carer is absolutely fabulous. He is happy to see her arrive and has no issues with me leaving. This means that I can fully relax knowing that he is well taken care of.

Right at Home have served my husband and I over the last 2 weeks, with 3 carers who have all shown exemplary care and understanding in our circumstances. They were without exception punctual, and no task was too much to ask. They treated us both with dignity, and showed a way of business, from office to carers that was very refreshing. We had right at home for approx 5 to 6 years caring for my mother. All through they were very accommodating, even at short notice they always seemed to manage someone to come in and look after mum for us. The staff themselves were very caring and also became good friends, some still in contact with us now. Very happy to recommend them both as a company and as people.

My stepfather has dementia and his memory and self-care abilities have been very slowly deteriorating over the past three years. He lives in his own rooms in the family house with my husband and myself who are his primary carers. I have greatly appreciated the flexibility that Right at Home offers. We are able to go away for short or longer periods and have confidence that carers he knows and trusts will visit regularly at set times to provide company, check he is alright and carry out those tasks he may need help with. The carers are patient and kind as well as sensible and able to use their initiative.

My wife required 24/7 support when she was discharged from Rowans Hospice. Options open to us was to put my wife in a Nursing home or use live in care. We used RAH live in care for a period of 2 months. The care and support workers provided to us were 1st class. The care workers provide one to one support to my wife which aided her recovery to get back on her feet.

Setting up this service for my elderly neighbour I cannot fault the care he has received. The carers do a great job and it has improved my neighbour's living circumstances immeasurably. This service has done so much more in to exceed expectations.

Within hours Yas and Leighann arrived at our doorstep (and I cannot stress this enough) literally moved heaven and earth to save us. They found us the most beautiful carers that really looked after Dad like he was their own (Rachel, Ellie, Portia & Katie). Not only that but the three of us were cared for as well which is just honestly above and beyond.

We used Right at Home Solent to help a close friend who had been diagnosed with Alzheimers and needed some home support. This was fairly light to start with but increased over time. The Kind and professional support they were able to give meant that our friend was able to continue to live in her own property. The care was exceptional with regular carers all notified well in advance and any changes handled sensitively. The support from the staff in the office was also excellent and they were always happy to adapt to our changing needs. We would highly recommend RaH Solent for all your care needs.

Right at Home recently took over care visits for my father. He is 92 and has Alzheimer's. The Carers have been amazing, they are kind, compassionate and professional. Dad is very slow now with walking, dressing, etc but they are so patient giving him time to do things slowly. I can relax knowing he is in safe hands and being treated with dignity. Very friendly helpful staff. The carers who look after my dad are fantastic, very professional but at the same time they take on the role of a friend and family when we aren't there. They are a great support network and highly recommend them.

The manager and her team were always professional and very helpful with regards to my mum's care. All the carers visiting my mum were lovely and treated her with respect and kindness. She was excellent for help and advice, and made the whole experience painless and straightforward. I would recommend Right at Home.

I have been very satisfied with the service provided for my wife, both in attendance and quality of service provided, and would recommend this service to others.

I have only one complaint and this relates to cancellation of service at short notice. Unfortunately my wife does not give me fourteen days notice of any health problem , and emergency treatments are likely to occur. which require an immediate visit to the surgery. This means that I have to pay for a service She does not receive.

I have been extremely pleased with the customer service from RAH in respect of the care for my parents. They were very responsive and helpful to my initial enquiry promptly dealing with calls and emails with a personal touch. the initial meeting to clarify needs was professional, personable and well conducted giving me and my parents the confidence to progress. They have delivered as promised and to our complete satisfaction, responding to feedback in a timely manner. The two care givers are professional, caring and proactive. My parents and I have no hesitation in recommending RAH .
