Our carers have been very caring, cheerful, nothing too much trouble. Always punctual. Became like family members. My husband loved them all.

An excellent and very reliable service with good communication access and response between agency and client. Staff extremely helpful. Carers are sympathetic; very caring; obliging; reliable and professional and if necessary, will go that extra mile. Can recommend Right at Home (Solent) highly. Have never (in the last two and a half years since I started using the agency) had any cause for complaint.

Great service, great care. The word care is relevant, as they give it in spades. I'm now allowed to enjoy myself without feeling guilty. They can and do, take care of all of my mothers wants and wishes. 10/10 from me.

Right at Home provided wonderful care to my Dad when he came out of hospital following day surgery. The two carers that were with Dad for 24 hours were caring kind, supportive and helpful. It was reassuring to know that Dad could stay in his own home, which is what he wanted and that he would be looked after so well. This is the second time that we have used Right at Home.for my Dad following operations and they provide a professional and caring service from the moment you call them to arrange care. I would recommend them to other people.

Right at home Solent go above and beyond when it comes to looking after their customers and their staff. They offer a personalised and meaningful service to their customers. As a volunteer, you are treated the same way as the paid staff, valued and respected. Everyone is equal no matter what your role is.

Right at Home are very flexible and did their utmost when we needed more help at a moment's notice. Staff are helpful, patient, friendly and understanding.

I was impressed by the immediate response at 2 days noticed by the agency to provide a carer for an hour every morning on my discharge from hospital. The first visit involved a difficult situation regarding my wound and the carer coped well until the community nurse arrived. Carers and nurses co-operated during the early weeks of my arrival home. Carers assisted me to regain my mobility until I was able to manage to shower myself alone with safety. They always arrived on time.

The service I get for my husband is excellent, and carers I have had and the carer that comes now is also excellent. I would certainly recommend the Right at Home Solent service to anyone who wanted looking after and caring for. It was like the best day when I was introduced to Right at Home Solent.

Right at Home (Solent) is on a completely different and higher level to the majority of care services we have had experience with. From communication on what is to to be done, with weekly sheets so we know exactly who is coming and at what time, right through to the actual care given, I cannot fault them in any way. Our mum gets on so well with all the carers and receives the very best care from every single one of the visiting staff. They are attentive, punctual and very professional in all their dealings with us and mum. It gives us great peace of mind to know that she is being cared for by this company that is just doing things the right way, with no fuss or drama.

Overall, the standard of service was very good. My reason for moving was to get 24hour care. The company would always let me know if carers were likely to be late for the call. All members of the team were very friendly and did a good job with personal care.

Due to my husband's ongoing condition and frailty, we found we couldn't manage without our lovely carers, who have also become friends. Needless to say, we are still Right at Home (Solent). Thank you all.

My mother's care started 2 months ago and both her carers have been brilliant. She calls them her friends and looks forward to their visits. We always know who's coming and when and they let me know any changes or concerns. Both have been flexible in what they've done to help her, from creaming her feet, to changing the bed, or just sitting having a chat if that's what Mum needs.
