While I have been unwell myself, they have done everything possible to look after him for me, including shopping at very short notice. They constantly keep me updated on all his care, and have also phoned me, to see if I was OK! I cannot recommend them enough! A care agency of the highest standard.

Fantastic service. We changed from one care provider to Right at Home and it was the best decision we ever made. They look after mum as if she were their own relative. Communication between the agency and family is excellent. If mum needs anything we are told the same day. I cannot thank the carers enough. It meant that mum, who has dementia, can live at home where she is comfortable and in an environment that she knows.

My grandma has Dementia. Having cared for her over the last few years has taken its toll on myself and the family. The service provided by Right At Home has been incredible. The caregivers were friendly and communicated well. My grandma resisted the caregivers initially however after the first few sessions they had become friends and enjoyed her time spent with them. The love and care given was excellent. Highly recommended Right at Home Solent.

Always very accommodating and very prompt response when a concern is raised. The only concern for my mum is that the turnover of the care workers is very rapid and that often upsets my mother, as elderly people thrive on a familiar face.

We are incredibly grateful for how the Right at Home team have helped us through a very difficult and emotional time of trying to get our heads around having care at home. Everyone has taken the time to get to know not only my mother, who they were caring for, but each member of the family involved. It has been a privilege to get to know the team and we would recommend them highly.

I can highly recommend this care provider, having never dealt with one before during a very difficult and emotional time with my terminally ill mother, they were outstanding. The care my mom received was outstanding, and every carer cared for her. The office provides great support when dealing with any concerns and I was kept informed on all matters concerning my mom! Completely recommend.

We were recommended Right at Home Solent for care and support for my dad, who has Alzheimer's. My main priority was for the caregivers to provide company for my dad for the hour they visited and to make him lunch. They did this very professionally, and I was always kept informed via their feedback online if they had any concerns. We were told at the beginning of his care that we only had to ask if we felt he required more care at any time. I would recommend them to others.

A very friendly professional care service. Very flexible, helpful and accommodating with some lovely caregivers. They gave support, companionship and the admin staff were really helpful. The supervisors made regular visits to check everything was working well. I would definitely recommend them.

We first started using the agency after my mum had fallen at home. It was going to be temporary but worked so well we have continued using the services for more than a year. My dad has Alzheimer's and it is extremely important that he feels comfortable with the caregivers. He does and more recently he has had a carer helping him shower twice a week. That has worked very well. My sister and I don't live locally and I can't stress enough how much support the agency have offered both during the lockdown period and at times of emergency when my mum had to go into hospital for example. Being able to trust an agency and its carers is essential. I have no hesitation in recommending Right at Home.

Right at Home have been amazing since we started to need help for our mother. Mum was fiercely independent and against any help but in time got to know the carers and looked forward to their visits. Mum's needs started changing mid-December and during Christmas week she started to become unwell. Not only did the carers go that extra bit to support Mum, the office staff stepped in to provide extra hours which we had asked for but knew this was difficult due to the Christmas holidays. Any new staff were shadowed first and never visited on there own before meeting Mum. Sadly, Mum passed away in hospital on New Years Day but had her wish that she remained at home and was an amazing 95 years old. We could never have helped her with her wishes without the support of the Right at Home staff. Thank you all.
