Carers have been friendly and efficient. Time keeping not always good depending on traffic/diversions. But they have helped me go out and achieve some goals. The youngest carer has become like a friend and is helpful.

The family will always be grateful for the sensitivity and kindness that was always shown.

My mum has had an excellent experience with Right At Home in the first couple of weeks of being cared for. The care received to date has been exemplary and she has built up a fantastic rapport with one carer in particular who has already gone above and beyond on more than one occasion. Thank you Right at Home for making the transition into this next part of my mum’s life much easier than we all expected.

A big thank You to all the lovely carers who looked after me following my shoulder fracture in November 2023. Nothing was too much trouble and we had some good laughs. I am now well on the road to recovery but I will miss them!

Everyone from Right at Home genuinely cares and have gone above and beyond at times when my mum has needed extra support. The carers that visit are consistent and provide excellent care and support as well as providing genuine friendship. The office team are always helpful and have offered support to find solutions to problems as they arise. I would not hesitate to recommend Right at Home to anyone who is looking for someone to care for a loved one, right from companionship through to more personal care. They are rated ‘outstanding’ by the CQC, and they genuinely are outstanding in everything they do.

My sister and I have been delighted with the care provided by Right at Home. Our elderly mother has Alzheimer’s disease and we needed additional help for the past eighteen months to enable her to remain at home. We were allocated a team of three caregivers meaning that the care provided was consistent and Mum got to know them well. All three caregivers were patient and kind to Mum and provided an excellent level of care. The management team are supportive and helpful. They communicate well and are organised. We would thoroughly recommend Right at Home to anyone looking for care for their loved one.

I was coordinating care for my brother from the USA and working with Right at Home was an absolute pleasure. They went out of their way to communicate and adjust the plan to fit a very specific set of needs. Everyone I dealt with was extremely caring and professional in their approach. The carer that came was first-rate and took the time to really understand a complex situation. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

When my mother needed help, owing to advancing dementia, Right At Home provided an excellent service, offering flexibility and, importantly, pro-active care for her. With this condition, things can change on an almost daily basis and the team at Right at Home were consistently ahead of the curve, being particularly able to accommodate last-minute changes as they arose. The back office team were highly effective and friendly and the team of carers took the best possible care of Mum, very often going above and beyond the call of duty. All dementia-related problems with Mum were dealt with swiftly and effectively and Mum developed warm and close relationships with all her carers.

My aunt decided recently that she needed a little more help in the home and would enjoy some extra company too. When we contacted Right at Home arrangements were put into place very quickly and efficiently and my aunt now has a wonderful, friendly care worker coming in regularly. Auntie really looks forward to these visits which are more for companionship at the moment but the flexibility is there to increase these visits in the future if the need arises. We are all very happy with the arrangement.

Since then, we have been incredibly pleased with the quality and reliability of the service provided. The friendly caregiver is punctual and has already established a good working relationship with her client and the financial aspects of the package are clear and straightforward. We were also very pleased to have a follow up visit from a member of the management team to confirm that we were fully satisfied with all aspects of the service

Thanks to the support of the staff at Right at Home Solent, my parents were able to stay in their own home for as long as possible before going into a residential care home. I am extremely happy with the great work that the carers did, they always went the extra mile and anticipated the needs of my parents and kept me informed. The service we received from all of the carers and the administrative support from the office was first rate and I would have no hesitation in recommending the company to others looking for care in the home. The job that the carers do is not an easy job, and I am very grateful to each individual at the company who ensured my parents were well supported throughout the 3 plus years that we used them.

Service cared for my mum and stepfather from January 2022. All of the carers without exception were wonderfully caring and gentle. My mum had withdrawn into herself through loss of vision, the first time I left her with her carer, I came back to find her doing the conga with the carer and laughing her head off. They would update me with any issues they were concerned with. A massive thank you to all.

The care and thoughtfulness provided by carers attending my mum throughout the week are delivered by a truly wonderful team. Mum usually has regular lady care for her sorting out hot meals, snacks and drinks but on two visits it is for personal care and hygiene with hair washing and setting. She is a true gem and has struck up a lovely relationship with mum based on trust and understanding. Because I have recently asked to increase the visits obviously we are now seeing new ladies coming in to care. They each have the quality of delivering a personal and very caring service. Two new ladies very recently made my mum’s Sunday with some lovely conversations and mum was left feeling very upbeat. Every visit and the care given is one less worry for me. I have a lot of family and full time work to juggle and I know if there are any concerns, I will get a phone call straight away to discuss it.

The caring and professional team at 'Right at Home Solent' have enabled mum to stay in her own home, promoting and now maintaining some independence. The visits from the carers have given mum the much-needed support during the day from help with personal care, medication reminders, meal preparation and companionship.
