The team at Right At Home have supported mum for over two years now and I could not fault them. Always so helpful and accommodating. And everything done with a smile. It's a relief to know that mum is being so well looked after. Thank you
Thank you so much for your kind words-it truly means the world to us. It has been an absolute privilege to support your mum over the past two years, and we're so grateful for the trust you've placed in our team. Knowing that you feel reassured and that your mum is happy and well looked after is...
Gabby and the team are just wonderful and have really helped support my mom through a really hard year. I cannot thank all the carers enough for their kindness and compassion, we truly appreciate it.
It's been a privilege to support your mum during what we know has been a very difficult year. Gaby and the whole team will be so touched to hear how much their care, kindness, and compassion have meant to you and your...
- Dad is happier - he has a daily laugh with the team and the spark is back in his eyes
- Dad is cleaner and well dressed
- the team has used any unused time to improve dad's quality of life with some local cleaning and tidying. sounds small but its made a real difference.
- in the 2 months dad has been supported there have been 2 medical scares (he's in his 90's) In both cases Emma and team went above and beyond dealing with the GP, hospital and services. It was also the genuine interest shown, checking in outside of the rota to check dad is alright.
My brothers and I have more peace of mind, and dad is frankly happier in himself
We're so pleased to hear that your dad is happier and enjoying the visits, and that the little things our team do each day have made a real difference to his quality of life. Supporting...
The staff are efficient, helpful, willing. They cheer me up, they will go to the shops for me to get my morning paper. They help me with my catheter care which I find most useful. Particularly dear Gabrielle who looks after the changing of my catheter bag on a Tuesday. I am helped to order my medication and manage GP appointments. All staff are knowledgeable and well trained from all walks of life.
We will make sure your lovely feedback is shared with Gabrielle - she will be delighted to hear your kind words. Thank you for trusting Right at Home Portsmouth with your care.
My Mum needed extra care at very short notice due to a family bereavement and as usual RAH put this in place with their usual kindness and efficiency. As a family we are always very pleased with everything they do always with kindness and support.
Thank you so much for your kind words. We are truly sorry to hear of your family's bereavement, and we're glad we could be there to support your Mum at such a difficult time. It means a lot to us to know that our care and kindness have made a difference to you and your family. We'll make sure to share your feedback with the whole team, as they'll be so pleased to hear it
After a hip operation under BUPA I had to arrange my own care. My second hip op so I knew what support I would need. RAH Portsmouth was the first company I contacted. I was impressed with the person I spoke to. My instinct was correct. I signed up for their discharge from hospital package, followed by three weeks live in care, scaling down to two hourly visits a day and then one visit a day until able to go solo again. Everyone was brilliant. Coped with everything, including a hospital discharge that did not go to plan! The live-in carer was a star. Ditto the daily ladies. They were always on time and packed a great deal into those hours. When I had a potential problem with my feet swelling, a District Nurse was called to check them. Package was flexible. Tailored to my needs. Management kept in touch throughout. 1000 characters is not sufficient to fully describe how good RAH are. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Company that does exactly what it says it will.
Thank you so much for your kind and detailed review. We're delighted to hear that your instinct to choose Right at Home Portsmouth proved to be the right one, and that our team was able to support you every step of the way during your recovery. It's wonderful to know that our flexible, tailored...

Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful words. We're absolutely delighted to hear that you've had such a positive experience with our team, from our dedicated carers to the support from our office staff. It means the world to know that you feel supported and satisfied at every level. Your...
The telephone number on my initial support pack was wrong which led to some confusion at first and meant that I could get through to the company to request a change. All sorted now.
Thank you so much for your kind words and thoughtful feedback. We're delighted to hear that all of your carers have supported you with professionalism, compassion, and genuine care, it means a great deal to us. Your insight helps us continue improving our service, and we're so pleased to be supporting you.
I contacted Right at Home after a recommendation from someone. We had social care looking after Dad and were not happy at all with some of the service's. Since Right at Home came Dad is so much better, they really understand his needs and is always perfectly matched to his carers, he can be a handful. They always go above and beyond and I am always well informed if I need to know anything. We couldn't do with out them now. Emma has been brilliant with managing his care team.

I was very impressed by Right at Home. The local organization was efficient, kind, considerate and responsive to my mother's needs and concerns. Moreover the two women who moved into my mother's house while they were needed could not have been nicer and competent. It was very reassuring to know that my mother was safe and well cared for.
Thank you so much for your kind words and positive feedback! We are so pleased to hear that you had such a positive experience with Right at Home and that our team was able to meet your mother's needs. They are good at their job, they help me get better and friendly.
Thank you kindly for your wonderful feedback! It is a privilege and an honour to support you and we are so glad our team help to positively impact your life.
The staff at Right at Home (Portsmouth) have been kind, patient and very caring towards Mum. It has been great to see mum strike up positive relationships with several of the carers who have visited over the last few months. This has helped keep mum going over what has been a difficult period transitioning from living by herself in a flat towards full time care. We would definitely recommend their services.
Thank you so much for your kind words. It means a great deal to hear that your mum has felt supported and built positive relationships with our carers. We understand how challenging transitions like this can be and we're so pleased to know that our care has made a difference during this time. Your recommendation is truly appreciated.
From my point of view, having Right at Home going in every day has given me respite to be able to do my job within the NHS without having the extra stress of the basic needs for my mum.
I can contact the team at any time and nothing is ever a problem. They even came into hospital to see my mum when she was poorly.
As an NHS worker, I have recommended Right at Home to many other people as I find them caring, compassionate, and respectful of my mum's needs and wishes.
My mum and I would not be without her carer and the team at Right at Home.
Thank you for your wonderful feedback. We're so glad to hear how much your mum values her carer and that we've been able to support you as well. Knowing we've made a difference in both your lives is why we do what we do. Thank you for recommending us; it truly means a lot.
I cannot recommend Right at Home enough. My only regret is that we didn't organise their services earlier. They gave my dad, in his final months, such friendship and laughs, they also improved his quality of life immeasurably. His carers were always interested in him and went over and above in the care they gave him. Thank you all.
Thank you so much for your kind words. It was a privilege and honour to care for your father. Knowing that we could provide him with the support he needed means so much, thank you for putting your trust in us.
My wife receives first-class care, and that goes for timekeeping, communication and reliability, would not hesitate to recommend.
Thank you very much for your kind words. It is an absolute privilege and honour to care for your wife. We deeply value the trust you have placed in us and are committed to ensuring she receives the highest quality of care.
We had four main carers, who have all been there for our loved one and husband and also other dedicated carers along the way. Sadly our loved one passed in March this year, she couldn’t have received better care in the last 4 years. Very grateful for all that you do. Thank you.
It was an absolute privilege to support your loved one over the years. Thank you very much for your kind words.
Right at Home (Portsmouth) have been excellent. All of the carers have been lovely and kind. They always arrive on time and are extremely professional. We always know who is coming and a detailed audit of each visit is available to read via the app. They are also very responsive, adding in additional visits at very short notice. It's been very reassuring to know that Mum is now getting the care she needs and I'm so pleased we chose them.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write these kind words, it is an absolute privilege to care for your mother.
I was apprehensive about the care for my brother as he needed companionship rather than physical care. After much consideration, I chose Right at Home and it was the best decision. My brother was in great spirits when I returned after a fortnight and I couldn't have wished for anything better. The choice of carers was perfect.
We are very appreciative of being chosen to support your brother. Thank you for the very kind words.
Very, very good - friendly, helpful, versatile and reliable. I feel comfortable with personal care, which is a lovely surprise because I didn't think I would. My carers are lovely and support me with anything that needs doing. Just what I need, I can't think of anything that could be better or improved.
We are so appreciative of your lovely comments and it is our great privilege to support you.
Thank you for a wonderful, caring service for my mum. All of your team were so amazing, reliable, thoughtful and solicitous of her every need. It was such a relief to know Mum was in such good hands and gave me and my sister great peace of mind. Thank you to the team for going above and beyond.
Knowing that we've made a positive difference in your mum's life means the world to us. Thank you again for entrusting us with your mum's care.
