Right at Home (East Lancashire & Ribble Valley)

My mother fell a few weeks ago and I needed some care over a month so I could get some respite at weekends. The care she had over night and through the day was excellent and all the carers were friendly and very helpful at all times.

We have been very happy with the care Mum has received. Great communication. Mum likes the carers they have been reliable and always happy to help out. Office staff also communicate well and always happy to help.

Choosing Right at Home as the care company for my 89 year old Mum was based on finding them online, but it has turned out to be one of the best decisions we could have made.

Mum absolutely loves her carers. They are warm, kind, respectful, professional, incredibly supportive and genuinely care about her. She looks forward to their visits.

Right at Home visit my sister twice a day. She was reluctant to accept care at first but through their warmth & friendliness, she regards them as friends. Although physically fit she suffers from dementia. They are good at finding misplaced items and ensuring she eats. They supervise medication and change her hearing aid. They give me peace of mind.
