I find all carers very friendly, give good advice and I am very satisfied with everything.

We called upon Right at Home (East Lancashire & Ribble Valley) in an emergency. The care agency that had been offering live-in-care for our Mum were failing to offer the most basic level of care and respect. How glorious it was then when two carers from Right at Home (East Lancashire & Ribble Valley) arrived. They have offered my Mum the very best of herself, assisted in recent weeks by a third carer. The standard of provision has been faultless. The level of communication has been simply wonderful. We are truly conflicted by the recent need to transition into residential care but my Mum has made three more friends.

Really impressed with Right At Home and how they have helped us. They've been really attentive to our needs and have bent over backwards to please. Would definitely recommend to friends and family in the future.

We started using Right at Home following a very bad experience with another agency. Right at Home have however been excellent, from the initial call. The attention to detail has been second to none. My Mum has improved dramatically since commencing with them. She has had consistency with her care team which has allowed her to build a rapport with them and given us confidence. I cannot recommend them enough.

All of my carers are excellent. They have been very good to me and my son. I am very happy with this service.
