Right At Home are professional, flexible and always try to accommodate the client's needs and wishes.

I receive minimal hours of homecare - just an hour a fortnight. This helps with the heaviest tasks but is more an insurance policy for me as I get older and the spinal condition continues to to slowly get worse. Service is friendly and there is minimal admin. I have had several changes of carer over two years but the service has been consistently friendly snd capable.

The care mum currently needs is not currently filling the full hour but I am trying to encourage her to let the ladies do more to fill that time.

What an absolutely superb team we have. always jolly , pleased to be here early in the morning , ,Kind, respectful and always professional, would recommend Right at home anytime, couldn't wish for better.

Consistently exceptional service. Lovely carers who really do make the connection with my father and provide him not only with food and medication but social interaction which is so important for dementia sufferers. Office and management back up always available. Good feedback on issues which are always quickly resolved with positive outcomes. Out of hours response is immediate and effective which is very reassuring. Keep up the great work and convey my gratitude to your carers.

Excellent and timely service, with all carers being role models who also offer good advice as well as helpful and caring support. I would be happy to recommend Right at Home to anyone else who needs help for dementia.

Vicki and her team are absolutely brilliant. The carers that support my mum are always punctual and reliable as well as caring, competent and good fun. Mum has a relationship with a relatively small team of carers all of whom she has made friends with and enjoys their company during their visits. I or we would strongly recommend them to an elderly person considering at home support.

A very positive experience from the first contact until we had to move to the next stage of care. Kindness and caring help to Mum. Supportive advice to family members. All of the team were approachable and responsive. As a family, we were supported.

Twice a month we have a visit from a friendly lady/carer who helps to bath my wife. It's a visit we both look forward to and whoever is on duty that day (although usually the same person), it's always a pleasure a see them, smiling and cheerful. They always treat my wife with dignity and regularly bring a little sunshine into her day.

Their support was invaluable and the care received was reassuring ensuring my mother was in good hands.

I live abroad and can honestly say that RAH have given me a large part of my life back as i navigate my own personal health needs, all while ensuring my grandmother is supported, respected and loved.

They understand my son's needs and what we want for him. They have exceeded my expectations. Its not about just covering care hours, they provide quality of life. My son is surrounded by a care team that are happy and enjoy working for Right At Home. For the first time in 20 years I can relax and have a life myself. I can't speak highly enough of them.

The team at Right at Home in Bembridge have been fantastic. I don't live near my Mum who is in her 90s and lives independently so the team have been really supportive and have gone the extra mile to give me peace of mind. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

I have used R@H for nearly a year to help look after my husband and I can honestly say that they have all been extremely helpful with every aspect from planning what care might be needed to fulfilling those needs with kindness and professionalism every step of the way. They are all a delight to work with from the smallest detail and always go out of their way to help. We always look forward to having the girls in our home and we both appreciate them and their smiles! Thank you Right at Home, we're are extremely lucky to have you.

Excellent service. I find that the carers are amenable and kind. Nothing is too much trouble. They help things like on-line shopping and ordering weekly shopping from Morrisons. Collection of medications. It's also good to see someone for a chat

Absolutely fabulous ladies that came to look after my mum. She is new to having care and loved seeing the ladies every day. Was so reassuring for me to go on holiday knowing my mum was cared for by such an amazing caring professional company. We can't rate them highly enough. Many thanks again
