Thank you to Vicky, Aleesha, Katie, Ellie & team for the excellent care you give to mum. You have been super-helpful and very flexible. You take the time to understand what mum needs and provide great reassurance to myself and my sister.
As always the most consistently excellent service from the individual carers to the management team and owners. Genuinely caring people doing a fantastic job in often very difficult circumstances. Communication is exceptionally good. I have no hesitation in recommending everyone needing care in the home to use Right At Home as their first and only choice. Keep up the good work, you are all very much appreciated
My carer privides a consistent and cheerful service.. it is good that I have received a service from the same carer over the past year. Administration is clear and well presented.and I have confidence that if. My needs change the sgency will be responsive
They are all timely and offer to fill their hourly commitment every day. Advice is also provided re health issues and possible referrals to other specialist services.
Twice a month we have a visit from a friendly lady/carer who helps to bath my wife. It's a visit we both look forward to and whoever is on duty that day (although usually the same person), it's always a pleasure a see them, smiling and cheerful. They always treat my wife with dignity and regularly bring a little sunshine into her day.
Thank you for your lovely review of our service. We are extremely happy we bring a little sunshine into your wife's life.
The process from requesting support to arranging a visit was swift and professionally managed. I particularly appreciate that Vicky matched a career professional who would be a suitable fit for my mother's needs and personality.
Their support was invaluable and the care received was reassuring ensuring my mother was in good hands.
Thank you for your kind review of our service. I know the ladies really loved caring for your mother during her time with us.
They have seamlessly slotted into companion care for my 87 year old grandmother and every carer selected for her team has worked with the family to ensure she is cared for in a way that is best for her. A very exacting woman, who has a handful of age related health concerns and a very set way of being- some days can be easier than others for the team but none of it is too much trouble.
From taking her out for lunch, to meaningful spots, washing her hair, cleaning the house- it all gets done. When I called with an out of hours emergency, a carer was there within an hour to relieve the neighbour and had her settled in less than 20 minutes. Modifications in Jan 26' to her care have been taken in stride. RAH grow with her needs and ours.
I live abroad and can honestly say that RAH have given me a large part of my life back as i navigate my own personal health needs, all while ensuring my grandmother is supported, respected and loved.
They are providing 24 hour care for my son in his own home. All the carers are well trained and managed. Right At Home management are professional and committed to providing quality care packages. They have worked with us as a family to ensure
They understand my son's needs and what we want for him. They have exceeded my expectations. Its not about just covering care hours, they provide quality of life. My son is surrounded by a care team that are happy and enjoy working for Right At Home. For the first time in 20 years I can relax and have a life myself. I can't speak highly enough of them.
Thank you for taking the time to review our service. I know all of the team love supporting your son.
The team at Right at Home in Bembridge have been fantastic. I don't live near my Mum who is in her 90s and lives independently so the team have been really supportive and have gone the extra mile to give me peace of mind. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.
Thank you for taking the time to review our service. We are thrilled you would recommend us to others.
Right at Home have provided an excellent service for my father, especially when he was discharged from hospital. They managed to put in additional visits at short notice and the staff are always helpful, going the extra mile when needed. I live a considerable distance from my father, which can be difficult but I know I can rely on Right at Home to provide excellent care for him.
I have used R@H for nearly a year to help look after my husband and I can honestly say that they have all been extremely helpful with every aspect from planning what care might be needed to fulfilling those needs with kindness and professionalism every step of the way. They are all a delight to work with from the smallest detail and always go out of their way to help. We always look forward to having the girls in our home and we both appreciate them and their smiles! Thank you Right at Home, we're are extremely lucky to have you.

Review was a positive pleasant process. Questions asked answers given. Helpful, calm & useful.
Excellent service. I find that the carers are amenable and kind. Nothing is too much trouble. They help things like on-line shopping and ordering weekly shopping from Morrisons. Collection of medications. It's also good to see someone for a chat
Thank you very much for your kind review of our service.
Absolutely fabulous ladies that came to look after my mum. She is new to having care and loved seeing the ladies every day. Was so reassuring for me to go on holiday knowing my mum was cared for by such an amazing caring professional company. We can't rate them highly enough. Many thanks again

The Right at Home team have looked after my 90 year old father for 2 years. The quality and level of care that they provide is outstanding. Always reliable, responsive and reassuring. My father never fails to tell us how much he appreciates their kindness and support and he really enjoys their company. They allow him to stay in his home which is where wants to be.
Thank you very much for your kind review of our service.
Efficient and well adminstered service. Given confidence that service could be extended if my needs change. My carer is cheerful and responds appropriately to any requests - timekeeping is good and the service has been reliable.

The carers who came were so cheerful, competent and considerate. They were also friendly human beings and a real pleasure to have in our house. They looked after my wife and myself beautifully.

New members of the team are introduced, and the large format timetable with photos is a real help. They sensitively check on mum and make sure she is happy and settled and Mum says its like having a friend drop by.
Thank you team for a great servie!
Thank you so much for your kind review. I know the team love going round to see your mother.

Meet the Team (3)
At Right at Home Isle of Wight we provide Quality, person-centred care at a time that the client wants. Our staff are the best in the business. They are highly trained and focused on quality care with a personal touch.
Since then I've worked for the past 16 years in the Automotive manufacturing sector which I enjoyed very much.
Moving into the care sector is the best decision I've ever made. My wife and I were looking for business opportunities and noticed a gap in the market on the island for a quality home care provider and the Right at Home provider ticked all the boxes for us in terms of ethos and quality.
My Dad was diagnosed with Alzheimer's at the age of 64 and went into various care establishments around the island that couldn't cater for his needs. Watching Dad's condition deteriorate is probably the hardest thing I've ever had to deal with. I knew that I could provide much better care than what my dad received and that's what drives me today.
We opened Right at Home Isle of Wight in 2021, two years after Dad passed away. We are partnered with the Alzheimer's Society and specialise in dementia care. We train our carers to the highest standards, and support them so they feel like part of a family and not some corporate brand. I ask myself one question when taking on carers and that is: Would I be happy to let this person care for my Dad? If the answer is yes:
Welcome to the family.
My family moved to Bembridge in 1985 after my parents fell in love with the Island having stayed here for their honeymoon and then for subsequent family holidays. I was very lucky to grow up and go to school in such a lovely place. Growing up I spent lots of free time with my Nan, who moved with us to the Island, and I always loved our time together.
After school, I moved to Portsmouth for a few years where I trained as a Chartered Accountant while working in private practice. Once I was qualified, I opened my own practice in Portsmouth which I later left when I decided to move back to the Island to enable me to spend more time with my family. I spent the next 9 years working as Head of Finance for local automotive manufacturing companies until I decided it was time for a new challenge.
Paul and I decided to change our career path and move into the care sector after personal experiences made us re-evaluate what we would like to achieve for the future. We had experienced first-hand the shortage of high-quality care and support available for both the client and their families, and this drove our passion for our career change.
Alongside wanting to provide the highest quality of care, we also want to ensure our CareGivers feel supported and valued. We will strive to provide an Outstanding service to our clients and to become the number one employer of choice within the care sector.
We live in Bembridge and can often be seen walking our two sprocker spaniel dogs, Molly & Luna, around the village.
Hello, my name is Katie and I am the Registered Manager here at Right at Home – Isle of Wight.
I have worked in the care industry for over a decade, and it is a sector which I absolutely love. I have worked in many different care settings and with a range of different individuals with varying health and social care needs.
I am passionate about promoting independence and supporting individuals to live a healthy and fulfilled life whilst remaining in the comfort of their own homes.
Being part of the team here at Right at Home – Isle of Wight enables me to do this. The support from the whole team, including the franchisees and national office team is second to none. It really does have the ‘family feel’ you want from a workplace and this also extends to the people we support. Right at Home continues to offer training in all areas of my role to ensure that my knowledge and skills are maintained and improved.
People would describe me as bubbly, approachable, empathetic, and compassionate. These skills enable me to manage the team effectively and enable them to deliver outstanding care to individuals in our community.
In my spare time I enjoy walking with my dogs and enjoying the beauty of the Isle of Wight and spending time with family and friends.
