We needed some in-home care to support Mum regain her independence after a fall and finding a good care agency was really tough. Right-at-Home have been really attentive, the team and the carers are really good both from an organisation perspective, but most importantly, by caring for the person. The flexibility has been great. We will continue to use the team in the future.

Right at Home recently provided extra care for my eighty-six year old mum after coming home from a hospital visit and have met or exceeded all expectations. Their staff have been kind and attentive at every point and in addition to the essential care, they also encouraged Mum to start walking and getting back to being as independent as possible, which is a challenge with the elderly once some confidence is understandably knocked after health problems. The care is exceptionally good and it’s obvious this is at the core of their values, which other companies claim but do not often deliver. They are also very organised and professional from a business perspective, so that makes them a pleasure to deal with. I hope they maintain this and continue to excel.

I am my husband's carer following his stroke six years ago. Unfortunately, I had to have a short stay in hospital recently and needed some short-term respite to care for my husband whilst I was away. Right at Home was recommended to me by a friend and so I contacted them. From the very start, they were excellent. The carers were kind and professional and ensured they carried out our needs and daily routine as far as possible. I would highly recommend them and will always use their services, should the need arise again in the future.

We used Right at Home for four care visits a day on my husband's return from a nursing home. The owner and manager were very thorough and helpful during our introduction and assessment, and all paperwork was prompt and accurate at all times. The caregivers were all punctual and very professional and friendly. They had an extremely person-centred approach and would also make helpful suggestions as to how we could further improve his support and quality of life. I would not hesitate to use Right at Home again and recommend them to others.

Even though my mum only had the opportunity to receive care for a few weeks, due to a change in circumstances, I would like to thank and highly praise the Right at home team for their professional approach and superb level of care. Since the Manager and her team came on board to help with mum’s care, life has improved for everyone involved. Mum looks forward to the visits and is far more upbeat and we are happy that she is more content. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Right at Home on the island are run by a highly professional team. They blend real efficiency with a superb level of care, through judicious recruitment of their caregivers.

I would have no qualms in recommending Right at Home to anyone. They are very kind and thoughtful. They are always asking me if there is anything else they can do to make things better. Right at Home have been helping my friend for several months now. My friend for whom I am also Power of Attorney was very reticent to have any care provider. I was so lucky to find Right at Home (IOU). I cannot speak more highly of them. They are so caring, flexible, and genuine. Nothing is too much trouble. Beforehand I had so much responsibility for my friend that it was quite overwhelming am now however able to go away and know that my friend will be looked after safely and to a very high standard.
